Impresionante condominio justo al lado de la playa, en el corazón de St Augustine Beach.

¡BIENVENIDO A LA PLAYA DE SAN AGUSTÍN! Relájese y disfrute de este condominio de 3 dormitorios, 2 y ½ baños. Esta casa está ubicada a una cuadra y media de la playa y está a poca distancia de tiendas y restaurantes locales.

El piso principal cuenta con un plano de planta abierto con mucho espacio y luz natural. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable y está totalmente equipada para que los huéspedes preparen sus propias comidas. El salón cuenta con cómodos asientos con TV de pantalla plana, wifi y cable Xfinity. Los tres dormitorios y dos baños completos se encuentran arriba, con medio baño en el primer piso. Hay una cama king size en el dormitorio principal y camas queen en el segundo y tercer dormitorio. Salga por la puerta del patio a un patio bellamente ajardinado que está cercado para mayor privacidad. Patio cuenta con muebles de patio para su comodidad y comedor al aire libre. Se proporciona estacionamiento privado.

Disfrute de días soleados en la playa de arena blanca, largas caminatas al atardecer o cualquier estilo de vida de playa que haya estado esperando.

National Geographic califica a San Agustín como uno de los diez mejores lugares del mundo para ver las luces navideñas. Durante las Noches de Luces, el distrito histórico de 144 bloques cuadrados centellea con dos millones de bombillas (cada blanco, por ordenanza de la ciudad). Mediados de noviembre hasta finales de enero.

Perfect location, short walk to the beach and a nice taco spot and coffee option just a couple minutes walk. Comfortable beds and TVs in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms, in addition to the main living room. Extra towels for the beach. And really cute patio in the back with a grill (although we didn't use the grill, nice to have as an option). Enjoyed our stay!

Great Location! Nice Quiet Neighborhood

There were 6 of us in town for a family event, and we stayed for 6 nights. The photos absolutely do not do this place justice! Loved the comfy sectional couch and easy chairs; Plenty of fluffy towels, beach towels and beach chairs - the beach is a quick 5 min walk across the A1A. Comfy beds and nicely appointed kitchen. Great water pressure for showering too! And a full size Washer/Dryer came in handy. We did not do much cooking as there are way too many fun and tasty eateries to grab a bite right nearby!! St. George Street attractions are quick drive as well. The property is so quiet both inside and out. Lots of privacy upstairs for sleeping and relaxing. The enclosed patio was fun for the little ones, they enjoyed hunting for shells as we sat outside for a bit soaking up the late afternoon sun and watching the mini lizards. Oh, and the Roku(s) worked great too on the TVs. Would book again in a NY Minute!! Thank You!

The perfect place

This property is so close to the beach, and is very easy to get too. Even had beach chairs to use. There are local restaurants within walking distance. Right down the street within 200 feet is the A1A burrito works. The line was long but worth it. (Spring Break). The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, glasses, pans, and utensils. The family room was perfect for relaxing and played card games. the three bedrooms were perfect for us. The host was a text away if we needed anything. The drive into the old city was short and easy from the property. My wife said if we ever come back, we would want to book the same place to stay if available.

The condo is in an ideal location on St. Augustine Beach. There were days my husband and I didn’t go anywhere in our car…we walked!! Yummy restaurants very close. The condo was well-stocked, clean and had plenty of linens and towels. We plan to be back!!

Great St Augustine Beach Location

The unit is clean and comfortable. Property managers get back to you quickly. Good Roku TV’s that allow you to stream your own apps. Close to so many good restaurants, Beachcomer, Sunset Grill, Coneheads, Salt Life. Don’t miss the Wednesday morning Farmers Market a mile North at the Pier. 5 miles to main town of St Augustine.

New year Celebration

Brought in 2025 in St Augustine. Lovely, clean home in a safe neighbourhood. Close to the beach,restaurants, and coffee shops. Home is well maintained with so much space! We were 4 adults and never felt crowded. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun, easy, beautiful stay in St Augustine!

Great rental close to St Augustine Beach

We were so happy with this rental. The inside is totally updated and clean, comfortable and so well equipped. The beds were comfortable and had quality sheets and pillows. The bathrooms were modern and had soft fluffy towels. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils need to make a meal. Great back patio for enjoying time outside. The rental is a short walk to the beach and a short walk to drive to many great restaurants. A 10 min drive to the city of St Augustine give access to all of the historic sites there. We’ll come back again!!!

Good location

There are a lot of restaurants in the area and easy access to St Augustine. We went to a show at the St Augustine Amphitheatre which is only a few miles away. The condo had everything we needed for leisure and for meals. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Location!

We loved staying at this place. It is super close to the action near A street, but not noisy. It is spacious and clean. The owners were friendly, helpful, and highly communicative. Would definitely recommend!

Very spacious

We had an amazing stay here. Communication was more then amazing, Lee and Steve were very responsive. The house had everything you could need. The towels were soft, kitchen well stocked, house was a lot bigger then I expected. Master bed was super comfy. Rooms had black out windows making it very easy to sleep. Walking distance to the beach and food. There’s that yummy taco place on the corner. There’s fans in every room as well. Pretty much everything you need for vacation is in this condo. Driveway fit both our SUV and car. Will be coming back!

Nice & Close to Beach

Very nice vacation spot. Home had plenty of room with decently stocked kitchen. Home was surface level clean - could use a good spring cleaning. Would stay again! One recommendation, have a child lock on cabinet under kitchen sink that houses chemicals.

Excellent Property

The property was clean and very spacious. The mattresses were so comfortable. Everyone in the family commented on this. Towels were plush, kitchen was well stocked and had every utensil we could need. We also appreciated the beach chairs, as we had forgotten to bring ours. I would definitely stay at this property again.

St Augustine Getaway

Property was just as described, and the reviews were spot on. Very clean, close to the beach and great foods/drinks, and all the amenities you could think of. Great Place!

Clean and comfortable! Lots of room to move around. We had everything we needed. We had some young people out on the street on Friday night making a ton of noise, it made it difficult to sleep. Other than that it was a great stay. Close to restaurants, the beach and downtown.

Perfect Beach Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Condo was cozy with everything we needed, including big fluffy beach towels. The brewery and burrito stand were patronized often. Stir It Up had great smoothies. Lee was very hands on. We’d definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and convenient

We had a wonderful stay, the condo is very comfortable and is in a terrific location. The condo had been well cleaned well before our stay. There is some wear and tear—bedroom carpets could use deep cleaning. For instance, a small bath rug was placed next to the primary bedroom’s bed, turns out it’s hiding a large stain. Some of the paint is worn or a bit dirty. But I can’t stress enough that the kitchen, bathrooms, hard floors, and linens were quite clean. There were more than enough bath towels and beach towels. The owner provides beach chairs, but that was it. I purchased two inexpensive beach umbrellas/anchors, and two boogie boards, which I told the owner I was leaving for future guests to use. Since we were flying, we couldn’t take them back with us. There is not a wagon provided to transport chairs, etc. to the beach, unfortunately. The kitchen is decently equipped, and appliances are in working order. The stackable washer/dryer work well and are surprisingly large. The owner and property manager were very responsive. I would definitely stay in this property again in the future!

Great Location, Great Home, Great Host

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2.5 month-long stay. The area has it all - the beach, restaurants, and things to do. Not far from old town St. Augustine which is well worth visiting. Our host, Lee, kept in touch, and even bought new pots and pans for the unit when we mentioned a need.

Great vacation

The condo is very clean, comfortable, has everything you need! Very efficient kitchen, all new appliances, all the beds are super comfortable. The area is very nice, coffee shop around the corner, steps to the beach. We will be back next year!
