Ubicado en un auténtico barrio parisino, este elegante y espacioso apartamento de dos dormitorios ofrece una base ideal para descubrir París. Magníficamente ubicado en el segundo piso (con ascensor) de un edificio típico de Haussmann, decorado en un estilo tradicional con todas las comodidades modernas, este apartamento de 83 m2 tiene capacidad para cinco, posiblemente seis personas.

Memorable stay in this gorgeous Parisian apartment. This place exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, clean, spacious and well equipped with lovely furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. We loved this part of Paris so much - the market around the corner was amazing and we loved trying out the local restaurants and coffee shops. Easy access to the metro or train station and lots to see in walking distance. It was such a peaceful oasis. The only problem with this apartment is that it’s very hard to leave and you will wish that you booked for longer!

Beautiful, comfortable apartment in a quiet neighbourhood with excellent patisseries, restaurants, supermarket and fresh food market at your doorstep. Option of 3 different metro stations within short walk.We were greeted warmly on arrival by Natasha who couldnt have been more helpful. It felt like a home away from home with everything you could possibly need and made our time in Paris all the more enjoyable. Would love to stay again someday.

A fantastic apartment in a terrific location. We had an absolutely wonderful two-week trip and the apartment was a huge factor. Comfortable and convenient to everything in a neighborhood you will adore. The owner and property manager were lovely and the apartment is charming.

The apartment is spectacular. It is both elegant and spacious. The kitchen, not that you will need it much given the food in the area, has everything. The apartment is in an area of Paris less visited by tourists, so when you walk out the door, you fall into the ordinary life of the locals. Absolutely charming.Natasha went way out of her way to help us through an unexpectedly difficult arrival. She was fabulous.

Convenient and Quiet Neighborhood

This was our fourth visit to Paris, and this is the type of neighborhood my husband and I enjoy staying in… out of the crush of tourists, but accessible to the metro and therefore all of Paris. The apartment is as listed and comfortable with a nice view of the area. There are several nearby cafes, restaurants, a large farmers’ market, bakeries, wine stores and a supermarket. The building is located at the corner of a two block long pedestrian-only street that ends at a park. Check-in in was easy, and we immediately felt at home.

Fantastic location and beautiful space!

We loved our time in this beautiful, quiet apartment. One of the best parts was meeting and talking with Natazha for the check-in. She is fantastic, and gave us so many great tips for exploring. The location was perfect for all that we wanted to do--shopping at the local market, exploring the Canal and Promenade Plantes, as well as easy to get to must-see tourist spots to show our niece. Unfortunately, the VRBO website directed us (and later our niece) to the wrong address, a block away. Also, VRBO's recent merger eliminated my account and I couldn't access and correspondence with the owner. Fortunately, I was already in contact with Natazha.

Beautiful Neighborhood & Apartment

We stayed in David's place in the 12th Arrondissement and it was everything we hoped for! The property was perfect for our family of four! The living space was was spacious with a living room/dining room/fully stocked kitchen with laundry. The two bedrooms afforded us enough space to sleep and unpack for our 2 week stay. The main bedroom was beautiful and spacious with a comfortable bed and the back bedroom was perfect - we split the bed into two twins for our 8 and 10 year old girls. The bathroom was modern and updated! The building is an old Haussmann style with lots of charm in the apartment. And we loved our view and balcony's looking on the street. The neighborhood was everything we hoped for! The location near Place d'Aligre was perfect! We went to the indoor market daily and the outdoor market is set-up 5 days a week. There were wonderful Boulangeries, Cheese & Wine shops all with in 5 minutes distance. And one Monoprix and one Franprix that were large with everything else you may need! Again ALL within 5 minutes distance!There are wonderful restaurants in the area that we tried. Including Molly's pub that is around the corner. It was a perfect burger after a long day of flying and staying up to fight jet lag! Finally Gare de Lyon station is less than 5 minutes walk with four major metro lines available. And then line 8 was a 5 minute walk the other direction. This spot is perfect!!

Awesome stay

We loved the apartment! The location and neighborhood were great, loved the pedestrian feel. It's like you are living in Paris for a week. Close to several boulangeries for that morning baguette as well as grocery stores. Easy to get to multiple metro lines to take you anywhere in Paris. It was a pleasure meeting Natasza and she gave us a thorough briefing on the apartment and neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Apartment gem in 12th

The apartment evokes 19th century charm with exquisitely detailed crown moldings and original herringbone floors. The sofa is comfortable. The kitchen is modern and has everything needed to cook and bake lovely meals. The main bedroom has a true American king-sized mattress. We were so pleased with it. I like tempurpedic and my husband prefers traditional. We were both happy. The star in the kitchen is the stacked full size washer dryer. There was bit of a learning curve for us foreigners but wow it was a pleasure to use. The coffee maker was perfect. The neighborhood was new to us but we had so much fun walking the streets and checking out the different restaurants. The most amazing covered market filled with a variety of fresh meats, poultry, seafood, cheeses, and prepared foods. Outside was an open market

Another wonderful stay in the 12th!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this lovely flat, and I can’t imagine ever wanting to stay anywhere else in Paris. The space is charming, clean, and lends itself to Parisian living at its best! The neighborhood is lively and authentic, and having the market nearby cannot be beat. We hope to be back again!

Charming 12th arr apartment

Great location--convenient options for Metro, bus, RER. Steps to Marche Aligre. Quiet building with an efficient elevator (a rarity in Paris!) The apartment is classic but not overdone. The modernized and well-equipped kitchen made cooking and laundry easy. We also appreciated the modernized bath. Natasza's introduction to the house and neighborhood made us feel like old friends. One item to note--we found the King bed mattress too be too soft--but others may prefer a softer bed than we do. Fortunately the mattress in the second bedroom was firmer. We've stayed in several vrbos around Paris, and this is one of the best.

We can't wait to return

We had such a wonderful stay in Paris at David's place. It was perfectly located in a beautiful neighborhood, conveniently located near the Gare de Lyon train and Metro station. We found many delicious and welcoming restaurants in the neighborhood, as well as the amazing market around the corner. The local host was traveling, so we were met by another person (Benoit), who was very helpful and welcoming. The apartment itself is gorgeous and very comfortable. We stayed with our two sons and had plenty of room for the four of us. The apartment had everything we needed and more. We especially appreciated all of the recommendations in the binder, as well as the travel books. We felt like we were living in Paris for the week, rather than just visting. Can't wait to return!

Living like a Parisian

If you’ve seen the monuments and visited the museums try staying in a real Paris neighbourhood in an updated late 19th century apartment. Buy your fresh bread daily from the local boulangerie. Shop for fresh fruits and vegetables at the farmers market just two blocks away. Dine at the many local restaurants and wine bars. Catch the 1, 8 or 14 metro lines or RER trains, all within short walking distance, to just about anywhere in Paris and beyond. Experience Paris more like a Parisian than a Tourist.

Living the Parisian life!

The apartment at 2 Rue de Charles Beaudelaire is the perfect Parisian experience. The location makes you feel like you're a local. Within walking distance to so many cafes, restaurants, shops and markets. But nothing touristy here! Which is what we wanted. Inside the quaint apartment we were thrilled with the modernly updated bathroom and kitchen. And we were very happy that the beds were so comfortable. Natasza is a wonderful hostess. She greets you with such happiness and charm you feel like you're visiting a relative or friend. She spent lots of time getting us oriented to the apartment and the area. One note: If you are calling for a taxi, give the address of 89B Rue de Charenton. This is just a few steps from the front door at the corner of Rue de Beaudelaire and Rue de Charenton. The drivers seem to find it difficult to find the exact address of the apartment. Also give 89B Rue de Charenton for returning to the apartment. Thank you David!

Wonderful Paris Apartment

This apartment is so charming and in a great location, we were sad to leave! Very comfortable with plenty of space and all the amenities needed to feel at home. There are lots of great restaurants, bakeries, etc right in the neighborhood, and it's easy to get to other neighborhoods with the metro nearby. The personal welcome at check-in was much appreciated, with tons of helpful information and recommendations for visitors. Thank you for a fantastic stay and we hope to be back!

Fabulous apartment in a wonderful location

This apartment is great, with two nice sized bedrooms, a separate living and dining room, and an excellent kitchen. The neighborhood can't be beat, with the Marché d'Aligre just a block away and two metro stations within a short walk.

Einmal im Jahr besuchen wir eine europäische Metropole. In diesem Jahr fiel die Wahl auf Paris und fanden diese bezaubernde Wohnung. Wir sind sehr glücklich einige Tage hier verbracht zu haben. Beautiful property!

We can’t say enough about this property. It is a beautiful place in a very nice neighborhood. There are a lot of restaurants and boulangeries as well to choose from. Natasza met with us upon arrival and showed us around, and gave us recommendations throughout the week. We especially liked coming back each night and opening up the beautiful French doors and listening to the hustle & bustle. These doors keep the noise out at night. And, it’s very light in the apartment during the day as well! I highly recommend this property!!

Outstanding

Apartment was perfect for us. Well situated, modern kitchen in a beautiful building. Security doors and an elevator were greatly appreciated. Numerous restaurants in the area and the Metro and bus stops were a five minute walk. Our check in was extremely easy and efficient.
