Updated 2 Bedroom & Loft Beach Front Condo in Crystal Beach! This unit comfortably sleeps 7 with its King, King, Queen, and twin single bed. Nestled in the Quiet West End of Beautiful Crystal Beach, Crystal Villas Offers a Quieter Atmosphere With Only 26 Units in the Complex and Your Own Private Beach. We Do Our Best to Offer Our Guests All the Comforts of Home for Your Getaway and Relaxation. The beach service is provided from March 1st-October 31st. There are community charcoal grills located on the sides of the buildings.

Nestled in the Quiet West End of Beautiful Crystal Beach, Crystal Villas Offers a Quieter Atmosphere With Only 26 Units in the Complex and Your Own Private Beach. We Do Our Best to Offer Our Guests All the Comforts of Home for Your Getaway and Relaxation.

This Third Floor Unit With Its Spectacular View is Just Far Enough Away from All the Hubbub of the First Floor. Enjoy Spectacular Views from Your Very Own Private Balcony. Watch the Dolphins Swimming Leisurely by While Sitting Back Enjoying Your Favorite Beverage.

Unit is on the 3rd floor, there is NO elevator.

The beach service is provided from March 1st-October 31st. There are community charcoal grills located on the sides of the buildings.

*7 night minimum (Saturday - Saturday) Memorial Day - Labor Day / Spring Break & Fall Break*

Amenities included with your stay include:

- One complimentary round of golf with cart at Regatta Bay, per paid night stay.

- One complimentary half-day deep-sea fishing trip for one adult, per paid night stay.

- One complimentary Snorkel tour per unit, per paid night stay.

- One complimentary adult fare aboard the Sea Blaster per unit, per paid night stay.

- Unlimited movie rentals, two movies out at a time.

The location can't be beat! This beautiful condo is laid out great and has a fantastic view. If I did not have to stick to whole numbers, I would give it a 4.5. My reasoning for not giving it a 5 is that items you expect in even the most modest hotel room are not available. Providing 1 small roll of toilet paper per bathroom is just silly. Additionally, there was no Kleenex, shampoo, or body wash. No big deal to bring your own soap and shampoo... but toilet paper? Of course, no salt & pepper or coffee filters either. These small cost items that are typical of extended stay hotel rooms would be very helpful to the renter and make a difference. The only other things I noticed were that the screen door was unusable and the kitchen utensils were getting worn. Again, these small things would take it from a 4.5 to a 5. The location, the umbrella service, the private beach, the view, the decor, and the extra-large TVs were all great! I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay! The location was amazing, the private beach was pristine, and the interior of the condo was beautiful! This will totally be our go-to place to stay any time we are in Destin! Check in and out was so easy.

My husband and I wanted a long weekend at the beach for our 33rd wedding anniversary. Found this condo/villa to be perfection. Easy beach access, the beach was less crowded than other parts of Destin. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean!!

Beautiful views and beautiful condo!

My husband and daughters had a great time at this condo! From the moment you walk in there are breathtaking views! The condo was cleaner than any we have ever stayed at with plenty of room for everyone! And the beach was literally stepstepsaway!

Perfect end of summer trip

My husband and I always take an end of the summer trip to Destin and this was by far one of our favorites. The condo was everything we were hoping for. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and the provided beach service was an added bonus. The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. It was stocked with everything you could think of if you were wanting to cook. We had our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the Gulf. I am ready to book for next year.

Great property and perfect location!

The property was everything the listing promised! There was plenty of space, the finishes and furnishings were nice, and the private beach and proximity to it were wonderful. The property manager's communication was excellent and they went above and beyond to accommodate a special request I made. Definitely would stay here again!

Awesome Location

This location was the best! Loved the private beach that was right out the back door. The condo was clean, equipped and decorated well. Enjoyed the more relaxed feel of this place with less crowd during busy season. Make sure to eat at Camille’s just down the road. This will be our go to condo for our next trip.

Beautiful condo on the beach!

My family enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean, beautiful, and looked just like the pictures. It is right on the beach. The view was absolutely beautiful. It is close to a public beach entrance but that was not a deal breaker. I was initially worried that being on the 3rd floor with no elevator would be a problem for my mom but it wasn’t bad. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Spring Break Getaway

My family & I stayed at this amazing property for Spring Break and we truly enjoyed our stay. Condo was as pictured and suited for our family of 3 perfect. We enjoyed waking up to the ocean every morning and watching the sun set each night. We would stay at this property again in the future.

Awesome family vacation

We loved this property and our stay. It is a fabulous location. The beach wasn't crowded at all. The included beach chairs were great! Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. We had a small plumbing issue but we notified management and it was promptly fixed.

Great location

Location was great. Condo was clean. A few minor complaints: Condo could have been stocked a bit better for cooking. All of the pans were warped and knives were in terrible shape. The right sliding glass door would not shut properly. Would stay here again.

The condo was beautiful and convenient. We had a couple of small issues but when I contacted the host they were taken care of quickly. We loved everything except carrying our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Needs an elevator for older individuals.

Gulf and golf

Great place with perfect access to the beach and nearby golf courses. This condo is right next to a public section of the beach but they do have an attendant keeping people off of your area thankfully. Only issues we had was the upstairs room was locked when we arrived. They did come and unlock the next day but too late for the first night to call. The master bed upstairs is lumpy and the sheets were old and pilling. I called management several times and no one came to change. Pillows are flat and old. Needs to be replaced. Master bed had newer sheets but cheap quality. Stove burners are on one temp. Very hot. Hard to cook. They do have both a drip coffee pot and Kerig which is nice but didn’t realize until we arrived. Fans and extra blankets were provided. Beautiful view. Ice maker in fridge but no filtered water.

I honestly didn't like it, that the sheets on the beds had red and orange stains and hair, it was also terrible not being able to enter the pool because the code didn't work.

This was a beautiful space and location. Beach is incredible, everything you need is close, and there was plenty of space in the condo for our family of seven.
