Islander Condo # 207 es una unidad de platino con vista al este que tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Evite los ascensores con fácil acceso a la planta baja y al estacionamiento a través de las escaleras cerca del condominio. Ingrese a nuestro paraíso tropical convenientemente ubicado para un acceso rápido y fácil a la playa o a su elección de dos piscinas.

La cocina se ha actualizado con nuevos gabinetes, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, y está totalmente equipada con todas las herramientas para satisfacer sus necesidades de cocina. Reúnase alrededor de la nueva mesa del comedor con capacidad para 6 personas o relájese en el área de estar con muebles renovados para ver el televisor de 40 "con un reproductor Blue Ray y acceso a cable digital. Hay un sofá cama doble disponible para los huéspedes.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con muebles nuevos con una cama king size y un televisor de 32 ". El baño tiene un nuevo tocador actualizado con dos lavabos y encimeras de granito, así como también una cabina de ducha. Our room was so comfortable and decorated so pretty. We were disappointed with the elevator breaking a lot while we were there. We were glad to be on the second floor since it was so busy and one or both elevators stopped working during our stay. We also did not like that there was no hose to rinse the sand off closer to the dock or at the pool just a shower. Other than that it was very nice! We loved Allen , he was so helpful and pulled my wagon through the sand for me which was very nice!!

First time to Destin

This was our first time in Destin. The property was in a great location, with east access to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment. The unit was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for a family of four. You can see the water from the balcony, but being on the second floor it is not high enough to get the full view. Other than that it was a great place to stay a few days.

I have stayed in Destin a couple other times and have always loved the rentals along this area of the beach - the Islander was no exception. This unit is clean, updated and full of all the amenities you need. I also love that the second bedroom has 2 full size beds. The pools are clean and warm and the white sand of the Destin beaches is truly amazing as are the sunsets! I will definitely be back!!

You have a great view from the balcony and bedroom.The pool and grounds were kept very clean. The Gulf of Mexico is absolutely beautiful you can walk the beach and take a seat when you done . Thanks to Alan who had all the chairs set up and ready! We really had a wonderful stay here and can not wait to book again! Islander Unit 207 Review

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay at the Islander Resort. Reservation made easily. Check in went smoothly. Welcomed enthusiastically after a long day on the road. Unit appeared acceptable and as described. The unit was completely adequate for our stay but the floor made our bare feet and socks turn black so it obviously wasn’t clean. We wanted the Florida experience of being able to go barefoot while on vacation but instead had to wear shoes indoors which was a disappointment. The living room rug is also filthy. It’s visibly dirty showing clean only under the coffee table. The color of the rug is bad due to it being so dirty. The kitchen was wonderfully appointed (I appreciated the teapot) but the toaster should be thrown away. It is filthy inside brown & crusty with food particles all stuck to the heating elements. This was way more than just the crumbs you might expect. Also when the AC ran, a nasty small like urine was present. It disappeared when the AC shut off. We could not detect the urine odor on any surface, even the filthy rug did not give off an odor. The striped upholstered chair in living room is very broken down in the seat and needs replacing. It made my back hurt to sit in it. The sofa and other chair are not much better. Please replace them. The Unit needs a deeper cleaning and some TLC to make it top notch. The mattress on the king size bed was great. There were ample towels and the kitchen was very clean except the toaster. The second bath was clean but quite small, and the sliding shower doors are no good for taking a bath. This seems like a well managed property but this unit needs some attention. McGuires Pub is a great dinner choice with entertainment and Merlins Pizza was delicious. We enjoyed the many beaches nearby and the property’s private beach, although small and somewhat crowded. We may stay here again but not in this Unit. For the price we expected more thorough cleaning and furniture that wasn’t broken down. The t

I wouldn’t complain about the stay at all. Some areas of attention in my mind are updating the door knobs, the shower head in the master, the closet doors, the refrigerator, and updating the smart TVs to work with current technology. I would definitely stay at this unit again. The included beach service is a major plus.
