Islander Condo # 514 es una unidad de platino con vista al oeste que tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Evite los ascensores con fácil acceso a la planta baja y al estacionamiento a través de las escaleras cerca del condominio. Ingrese a nuestro paraíso tropical convenientemente ubicado para un acceso rápido y fácil a la playa o a su elección de dos piscinas.

La moderna cocina abierta ha sido recientemente renovada con nuevos gabinetes, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, y está totalmente equipada con todas las herramientas para satisfacer sus necesidades de cocina. Reúnase alrededor de la nueva mesa del comedor con capacidad para 6 personas o relájese en la sala de estar actualizada con muebles nuevos para ver el televisor Smart 4K de 55 "con un reproductor de Streaming Blue Ray y acceso a cable digital. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay and facilities were great, but because I had an emergency at home we had to leave over a week, 9 days early. I asked the staff if I could receive a small refund, for the 9 days I was told "NO". I could understand if I left 1 or 2 days but leaving 9 days early there should a 25% refund. I know they put the unit available to rent. Please consider making some type consideration for anyone leaving a 7 days or more early because an emergency.

The main shower doesn’t have a bench or much room to put you items on the one shelf. Master bed looks wore out the bed frame was peeling and the furniture seemed large for the room. The only mirror was in the bathroom and none in the master bedroom. Looking for more of a beach decor feel.

Only complaint is the basketball goal is very old and broken down, but that is a property issue and does not reflect on the condo itself

It was the first condo in Destin where we have stayed that was not beachfront, so we were a bit uncertain, however this is now our favorite! The westerly view was perfect for relaxing with a view of the beautiful sunsets! It felt more private! We all loved the exposed concrete floors also! The condo layout and furnishings met our needs perfectly.

This is a great spot to enjoy your time in Destin! Walking distance from beach access and beach views from the condo. Definitely planning on a return trip!

We had a great time at the beach and this place didn’t disappoint. Nice and clean with plenty of towels! We had more than what we needed which it unheard of! Lol! Would definitely stay again!

Great place - but lame neighbor

Property was great.. convenient spot.. great view of the fireworks on the 4th.. only issue was tenants in condo below kept smoking on the balcony which made sitting outside to read, have coffee etc nasty.. Called front desk due to it being a nonsmoking property.. They said a manager would address it.. But they must have ignored them they never did stop

We had such a great time! the condo was great, super close to the beach. the only problem we had the whole time was Wednesday evening while walking the beach around 430-5ish there were two boys who worked there telling people to get out of the water, when they reached my girlfriend & i they made gagging noises at us so that pretty rude. other than the two rude boys it was great. also, we loves Allen he was so nice

Memorial Day Weekend stay

The condo was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the balcony view. We were close to coffee and food. Really loved the flooring as it made it super easy to sweep up sand during our stay. (We could find a broom, but a dustpan would have been good to have too.) We would definitely stay at The Islander again and would choose this condo again as well. The only negative of the whole stay would be the mattress in the master bedroom. It didn’t ruin my stay by any means, but an upgrade would be a good idea.

Great Unit with EXCELLENT location and amenities

We checked in on Friday afternoon at 3pm. The check-in process was smooth. The newly renovated unit was beautiful and the sunset views couldn't be beat! The grounds were immaculately kept. The beach service was great and the staff helpful and personable. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations. The only negative we came across was the double bed in the second bedroom that was advertised as a queen. Even that did have much impact on our stay...we just snuggled a little closer. ☺️
