Esta unidad brillante y cómodo es de cerámica en todo y cuenta con una cama king en el dormitorio principal y dos camas dobles en el segundo dormitorio. Las habitaciones y el salón están equipados con TV de pantalla plana. Ofrece un gran sofá seccional y chimenea eléctrica en el salón para un ambiente añadido. El balcón privado tiene 2 rockeros, 2 sillas y un salón y ofrece una hermosa vista de la playa y la zona de la piscina para su relajación y disfrute. La unidad está clasificada como de plata: se alquila a la tasa de bronce..

T was OK, but maintenance required.

Reviewer Comments: Nice kitchen, ceiling fans nice. 2 full size beds (instead of twin size) in guest bedroom were niceOutlet on the right side of sink in master bedroom not working. Right side sink in master bathroom very slow draining. All bathroom doors & bedroom doors stick and need to be adjusted, you have to lift up on doorknob to open without making a lot of noise. All beds creek and make loud noise getting in or out of our any time you roll over or move.Outlet behind dresser & headboard in master bedroom very hard to reach.Headboard had a cutout for the outlet, but you could only reach the bottom receptical.

Excellent property

Unit 407 at The Islander was great! Clean and a beautiful view. Loved being able to open the door and hear the waves! The only complaint we would have is the master bedroom bed. Very creaky! Not sure why.

2024 Family Vacation

There was plenty of room for our family and the view of the gulf was amazing! The sofa and master mattress was a little uncomfortable but the other beds were fine. Overall a beautiful room in a fabulous location!

Our favorite spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 10th year staying at the Islander and as usual it was amazing! We love all that the Islander has to offer and hope to go back again soon. Only one major disappointment this year...Our beach attendant Allen wasn't there and was replaced with people who could care less if you even existed. Alan was a great piece of the Islander and they should definitely find a way to get him back.

We loved the location and closeness to the beach. I never did get any responses back on my messages to our host but thankfully the front desk of the property was very helpful. One downside of the condo was the lack of outlets. In this day & age, even just the basics would have been appreciated. I almost thought if we had known ahead of time, I would have brought extension cords/power strips. We did enjoy the overall experience but the condo is definitely dated. I would still stay there again though.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such an enjoyable stay over Spring Break 3/16-3/23. The condo is in an ideal location just steps to the pool and beach. We were pleasantly surprised— amazing ocean view from the balcony and master bedroom window. All beds were incredibly comfortable and the condo was clean. If anything needs improvement, it would be updating the bathrooms and sofa / decor in the living area. All were fully functional and in perfect working order, just looking a bit tired and in need of refreshing.
