Islander Condo # 108 es una unidad East View, Gold que tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Evita los ascensores con esta unidad de planta baja. Ingrese a nuestro paraíso tropical convenientemente ubicado para un acceso rápido y fácil a la playa o a su elección de dos piscinas.

La cocina actualizada está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable para todas sus necesidades de cocción. Reúnase alrededor de la mesa del comedor con capacidad para 6 o más personas con un banco de estilo familiar y un ventilador de techo. Relájese en la sala de estar frente a una chimenea eléctrica para ver el Smart TV de 40 "con acceso a cable digital y un reproductor Blue Ray. Hay un sofá cama doble disponible para los huéspedes.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size y un televisor de 28 ". El baño ha sido actualizado recientemente con nuevos armarios. El dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen y un televisor de 28 "con reproductor de DVD. El baño de visitas se ha actualizado con nuevos armarios.

We loved our stay at the Islander. It was clean, convenient, great location, and had great amenities, especially for those with kiddos! Would definitely recommend and will plan on staying here again on our next trip to Destin!

The only issue we had was loud talking outside and kids running along the upstairs walkway and knocking on doors at all hours of the night (2AM, 12AM, etc...). Our toilet overflowed twice (with no toilet paper to clog it).

Great location

Great location. You’re right by everything. It was extremely nice with four small children being able to step out of the back patio and you were just steps away from the pool. The walk to the beach is not bad either. The condo was very nice the only thing I suggest is the cleaning people do a little bit better cleaning the floors. Our feet were black five minutes of being there. Also, the smaller bedroom smells like cigarette smoke. Overall though, would stay again! Mainly for the convenience.

This time we stayed in unit 108. While this unit supplied our needs for our stay. The couch and loveseat in this unit are filthy. They are need of much replacement. We were even sure about sitting on them. Other than that we had a great time during our stay and of course we love Alan at the beach! Always good to see him every visit. The east pool was great too. See you next visit.

Someone threw a beer bottle down from one of the upper floors and almost hit our kids playing in the yard. We will probably look for somewhere else to stay next year. Front desk wasnt real friendly.

Plenty of towels, pillows, and the room was clean, beds were comfy and there was little to no noise when we wanted to sleep. The pool was kept at a perfect temp, and my kids enjoyed it! Couches probably need to be replaced they were kinda gross, but the overall appearance of the room was clean. Also in the guest bedroom there was something wrong with the outlets and the wires were crossed and it drained my daughters battery on her phone instead of charging it. We also couldn’t figure out how to get the lamps on. Minimal issue though. The room was great!We would definitely stay here again.

Small family vacation

First impressions, upon entering our unit we noticed that the whole place was not clean from the last visitors. It was evident that the cleaning lady left in the beginning stages of cleaning, we promptly reported this to the front desk who told us she already left for the day. The front desk woman was kind enough to come provide us with a bed change, fresh towels, and some free condo perch to help. She also refunded our cleaning fee for the stay and set up to have housekeeping come by the next day. I lucky read prior reviews and took cleaning supplies and trash bags for our stay. The overall experience was ok. The unit is dated and could use a really good cleaning and maintenance, especially in the bathrooms. We really enjoyed the location to the beach and the town.

Easy great stay

We really enjoyed our time here. It is so great to be on the ground level. You cannot tell from the pictures, but the pool is RIGHT outside the sliding glass door. The kitchen is a little dated but is fully stocked and functional (except having a few spices like salt and pepper). Thanks for letting us stay!

Quick Weekend Fall Getaway

We had our 2 gradaughters with us (ages 3 1/3 and 9 months). It was perfect to be on the ground floor so they could play in the grass outside the unit and in the sandy area beside the pool. Just perfect!
