Islander Condo # 111 es una unidad West View, Gold que tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Esta unidad es perfecta si desea estar cerca de la piscina y no quiere luchar contra las escaleras o el ascensor. Está a 50 pies de distancia de la piscina y el balcón da al césped. Ingrese a nuestro paraíso tropical convenientemente ubicado para un acceso rápido y fácil a la playa o a su elección de dos piscinas.

La cocina, recientemente renovada y abierta, cuenta con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, nuevas encimeras y está totalmente equipada con todas las herramientas para satisfacer sus necesidades de cocina. Reúnase alrededor de la nueva mesa del comedor con capacidad para 6 personas o relájese en el área de estar con muebles nuevos para ver el televisor de 55 "con acceso a cable digital y un reproductor de DVD. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Unit 111 for a few years now. The rates went up again this year & no updates in the condo. The counters were NOT clean when we got there, 1 of the chairs was broken on patio, the lamp in living room is wonky and the couch is NOT comfortable. We had 4 people in the condo & had to wash forks every day, as is a minimal amount. on the upside, the decor very nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Islander EVERY year that we have been to Destin, since 1998 (a few years we missed, due to life happening). This is the 3rd consecutive year that we stayed in 111 & it is AWESOME. High end unit w/super comfortable beds. 1st day issue with sand in the spare bed & on outer deck, but NOT owner's fault. Also, lawncare people did NOT blow off grass on deck or pool area, also NOT owner issue. Front desk is AMAZING!!

It turned out to be an enjoyable stay

A little disappointed initially from inaccuracy of room and beach scenario listed. it sounded as though the beach was visible and right outside of room which is not the case. I do not like that I cannot lower the air conditioner below 69. In one of the reviews someone said the king size bed fell toward the middle. At that point I was going to scratch that room however, the owners replied stating the mattress had been replaced. NOT SO! Apparently the placed a foam cushion on top of the sagging mattress which made it hot to sleep on and the mattress with foam on top still sags toward the middle. The king size mattress does need to be replaced. I left with a back ache. other than that the condo is was well stocked and the facility had an activity for the kids everyday which was nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love The Islander, we have been visiting for 31 years. The casualness, friendliness and ease to the beach is our thing. We would like to see a litte better upkeep to the condo in areas of ownership as: the couch bed was unusable - springs are missing and mattress fell to the floor; clean the extra dishes and appliances from the pantry so that we have room to store groceries; remove extra bed spreads for master suite. Just some basic TLC. It is obvious the owners use the condo as a dump for unwanted items or simply just never visit and "clean out". The unit is clean and tidy, but needs to be uncluttered. Needs a dust pan.

We loved being on the first floor where we could walk right out to the pool or beach! The unit was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We loved having the laundry machines in the bathroom! The only negative was that the King mattress in the Master bedroom seemed to sag in the middle. We put some towels under that area, and it slept fine. Maybe its time to replace that mattress? Overall, its a great unit, and we would highly recommend it to others!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed 6 different units for a family reunion. All units had their own personality. Having in-unit laundry was a plus. Decor was nice. The unit was clean, comfortable and sized just right. Wouldn’t have minded a few coffee pouches to have coffee the first day since we had no way to prepare , not knowing what type of coffee maker would be in the unit. This is our fourth stay at the Islander and we will be coming back in the future!
