Hermosa casa de playa en una comunidad orientada a la familia en Seagrove Beach.

La casa está a solo cinco minutos a pie de las playas de arena, la comunidad ofrece dos piscinas, estanque de pesca y dos canchas de tenis. La casa tiene pisos nuevos. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king-size, un armario con vestidor y un baño principal con lavabo doble y bañera de hidromasaje. El dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen-size; La habitación de los niños tiene dos camas individuales y acceso al porche delantero.

La casa cuenta con internet de alta velocidad, una silla alta y un parque infantil, tres televisores, sombrillas, sillas de playa, juguetes y también dos bicicletas.

Estamos a solo 20 minutos en coche de Destin y Pier Park en Panama City Beach.

Another Great Stay

This is our third stay and we have enjoyed the house each time. It is in a great neighborhood and close to the beach. I enjoy spending time on the front porch rain or shine. There is plenty of room to relax when we are around, but of course we spend most of our time out at the pool, beach, or eating out. The hosts are great and happy to help if you need anything.

The house is nice, clean and spacious. Owners were very communicative and considerate. We love this neighborhood - this is our 4th or 5th stay in Cassine :)

Fantastic stay

We had a great vacation! The house is exactly as advertised and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is tucked away, yet right in the middle of everything 30A. My wife and daughter loved riding the bikes to various coffee shops in the morning. The beach was a short walk away and the beach cart made the walk much easier! We are looking forward to returning next year!

Clean and comfortable

Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the nearby Eastern Lake trails. It was too cool to use the pools. We were disappointed that the access across the street to the beach was under construction. The house had everything we needed but could not access live tv.

Perfect quiet neighborhood

Loved the neighborhood and front porch. Short walk to the beach. Easy bike ride to neighborhood communities (we rented our own bikes). Our kids used the pools. We loved the beach access. Sunsets were fantastic. Kitchen could use a few extra supplies and good cleaning. Overall, fantastic place and would stay again. Thank you!!

This house is a gem!

This house is just as described and we couldn’t be happier with our stay! Cozy home in a quiet neighborhood, super close to pools and the beach. This was the perfect choice for us with 2 babies under 1 year. The beach wagon, bikes, umbrella and chairs were much appreciated. The kitchen was well-supplied (nice blender, waffle iron!) and the beds were comfy. The closest public beach access is a 5 min walk from the house, but it can be crowded during peak season as it shares beach front with a high rise. Other accesses are less crowded and just a little bit further down 30A by bike (less than 0.25 miles). We didn’t mind this and enjoyed biking everywhere. There is also a nature trail to explore in the neighborhood. Overall this place is a gem.

The place is located in a quiet neighborhood. Family-oriented. We enjoyed having access to the beach chairs, umbrella, and especially the wagon. The public beach access is a 5 minute walk from the house which is very convenient. This beach access is very crowded. The home is beautiful and for the most part clean. There were small black ants that would appear at random times crawling in the kitchen and bathroom counters. Also, the outside outlets do not work even with using the suggested outlet from washer/dryer room. There are hornets in the covered outside outlet. The trash was left in the trashcan from previous renter. It leaked everywhere when we went to carry it out to the dumpster. The owner was made aware of the ants and outlets. Not much he could do from his end except offer a suggestion for the outlet. These were minor things, but worth mentioning. The water pressure in the master shower is great, but the shower/tub/bathroom is dated. I would rather have the water pressure than an updated bathroom. Overall, a great stay and beautiful home.

Ok, but not as great as it could be

The location of the house was great. Quick walk to beach and the access was easy, no lock codes or gates. The master bed was very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The pool was a little underwhelming. Looked once but didn’t stay to swim. But, we were there for the beach so it didn’t really matter! The garbage disposal didn’t work the first day but the owner was very responsive about getting someone out to fix it within a few days. When we arrived at the house, the fridge smelled so awful of rotten food-we had to let it air out before using it. It smelled the entire house up. The house is also in need of some updated decor, it’s starting to show its wear/tear and makes the house look cheap. Overall, the house was ok but could be better with some updated decor and a deep clean.

Amazing value. Great house and owners

We absolutely loved our stay at Heavenly Sunshine. We wouldnt hesitate to stay here again! In fact we just got home but we are already considering booking this house for next summer! The house was perfect for our family. Not too big but not small either. The layout is open and was great for spending time together. The house is decorated nicely, very beachy. The beds are among the most comfortable we have ever slept in a rental property. The kitchen had everything we could have wanted including a Keurig coffee maker, a pressure cooker, and on the back patio a grill. The front porch is a perfect place to relax with your morning coffee or after a day at the beach. There is beach equipment and even bikes available to use during your stay. We brought our own so I cannot comment on those. It did look like they offered chairs, toys, and an umbrella. The neighborhood is quiet but still close to everything in Seagrove. Brozini Pizza and Dough Sea Dough Doughnuts are super close by and some of our favorite places in Seagrove. The beach access across 30A from the subdivision can get extremely crowded. I would suggest driving down to Deer Lake Park for a more relaxed beach experience if that is what you are after.

Feels like home, best neighborhood close to beach

Overall, this was a 10/10 property, with cleanliness, amenities (umbrella, chairs, bikes, grill all provided) and location. We loved biking up and down 30A and the neighborhood was quiet and a short walk to beach and pools (easy with wagon and small children). The only reason for 4 stars is the internet issue we experienced— no WiFi all week but not for lack of trying. The hosts were very gracious and communicative throughout trying to resolve issue, and it was just simply out of their hands waiting on customer service from internet company. The hosts maintained excellent communication and made a sincere and prompt attempt to fix the WiFi, and even issued a small refund to compensate for our trouble. Truly appreciate their efforts and love this house!

Beautiful week in the beach

The house is cute and beachy with plenty of space and all the needs for a family week at the beach. I especially loved that there was hand soap, a few trash bags and dishwasher pods to use. Also, loved the beach umbrella, toys and bikes for use. Our hosts were quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect location. Perfect house. The beach items were awesome. The twin beds are a bit small but my adult boys slept just fine. The kitchen is well stocked with air fryer, crock pot, and instapot. The WiFi works great. We walked down to the beach every day. It is easy with the wagon that is provided. They had 4 chairs, one umbrella, several goggles, bikes. Just about everything you need. The owners were very helpful and responsive when Amazon messed up a delivery. We loved our time here!

A Fabulous Stay

This house is so wonderful and in such a cute and quiet neighborhood. My husband and I, and our 2 kids (ages 4 and 3) felt very much at home. The beach is only a 7-ish minute walk away, and there are 2 different community pools less than a 5 minutes walk away. The house is well stocked with everything you need. We loved our stay so much that we have already booked this house for next year!

You feel right at Home!

We just love this beautiful home! Close to the beach and in one of the best neighborhood areas you can find along 30A, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house is perfect for families. Plenty of amenities, open floor plan, and a lot of beach gear too. We were blessed to have great communication with the owners and we're definitely looking forward to staying again!

Cozy Beach House

We have stayed in the neighborhood before, but this was our first stay here. The owner sent all of the codes in advance so we checked in easily. The house is very comfortable and has a lot of the little things that are nice to have on hand. It’s close to the beach and several restaurants. There is a fish market across the street so you can cook as well. Overall I would recommend it.

We are so grateful to God for the blessing of owning this property. We designed and built the house with the comfort of families in mind. This is a family-oriented community, the kids will love the pond, pools, and hiking trails. One of the few communities with free tennis courts/picklellball for guests.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This is one of the few communities on 30A where you can be close to restaurants and activities without the crowds and noise. At the end of the day seat at the porch and say hello to the people walking by.
