"Lakewood" is a handicap accessible, 6 bedroom home with a private pool and only 70 feet from the beach entrance. It is designed with families in mind, this spacious home that has everything you need for your upcoming large group getaway. Settled just off of the iconic 30A, this home is the perfect private oasis! Spend your days in the sparkling Gulf of Mexico waters, explore the Emerald Coast by hiking the nearby trails, or visiting local shops and restaurants in Seaside. After a day of fun, come back to relax in the private pool, kick back on the screened-in porch, or make a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen!

"Lakewood" is a two story home with driveway parking for up to eight vehicles. The home has ramp access to the front door, 36 in wide doors on the main floor and grab bars installed in the main floor bathrooms. This beach house offers six bedrooms, each with its own private bath. For those who have a difficult time using the stairs, "Lakewood" has two main floor queen suites. Up the stairs, the second level offers four additional bedrooms including a master king suite with new custom tile shower, a queen suite, a guest queen and twin combo suite (1 queen bed & 1 twins), and a double twin suite. Each bedroom has its own flat screen tv.

The open concept living room offers a flat screen smart tv and the guest powder room is conveniently adjacent to the living room. The over-stocked kitchen features an abundance of counter space with new granite countertops, new tile backsplash and an elevated bar height counter with seating for four. This kitchen has stainless steel appliances, two refrigerators, dishwasher and handicap accessible oven. The drawers and cabinets are fully stocked with flatware, an array of dishes, cookware and pots and pans. There is a ceramic cooktop as well as a built in wall oven and microwave. The family size dining table seats 8.

At "Lakewood" you can rest and relax in peace as this home has plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy. The giant screened in porch is full of seating including a porch swing, chairs and a bistro table. The outdoor ceiling fans provide a fabulous breeze allowing you to enjoy the outdoors in comfort after a long day at the beach. The front of the home has an additional covered deck area and the second floor of the home has another covered balcony space great for a glass of wine and book. The enormous pool deck is wrapped with a 6ft fence for your privacy. The pool has steps and a ladder for access and also has a sitting ledge. On the pool deck you will find lounge chairs, a table for a quick snack and two charcoal grills.

Stroll down the streets lined with shops and restaurants, watch a movie or concert at the outdoor Seaside Amphitheater, or pick up fresh produce at the farmers market.
