El condominio # 706 acomoda a hasta 6 personas con un rey en el televisor de 48 'del dormitorio principal, una reina en el televisor de 24' del dormitorio de invitados y un sofá cama en la sala de estar de 50 'TV. Destin's Beach está a pocos pasos con una hermosa vista desde su balcón privado. El baño principal tiene encimeras de granito y una ducha. I love the view, the amenities and activities this place has. The complimentary beach chairs are always a plus as well as the shopping carts and luggage caddy which are my favorite part! 7th floor- one elevator

Though there were two elevators, only one worked our entire stay, and it broke down during our stay as well, briefly. We spent much of our time waiting for the elevator to take us seven floors. Our stay was not well managed by the front desk overall as we had difficulty waiting for them to get off the phone to speak with us.

We love the place or we would not keep coming each year. We like the facility and have always had a excellent week stay. Reviewer Comments: The Islander building had a major renovation outside during our vacation, nobody informed us prior to arrival that we might to have some problems during our stay. The balkony area was totally blocked and couldn’t be used at all by us.nobody was able to solve this problem for at least 3 days.

Reviewer Comments: Room was nice and clean, had all the kitchen items you could think of, beds were super comfortable, plenty of blankets, plenty of pillows, big nice beach towels. The view was amazing. They even had to floor fans in the rooms. Would definitely stay in this room again. Love the new keys and the private beach. Comes with two chairs and umbrella daily on the beach. They even set them up for you.

Great Time and Great View

Really enjoyed our short trip to Destin! Unit 706 could use a little TLC, but it was comfortable, and the view from the main bedroom and balcony more than made up for any shortcomings. Plenty of seating, and the couch is a pull out if needed. They let you know ahead of time, but make sure to pick up or bring extra TP, paper towels, trash bags, coffee/tea, soap etc. Beach chair/umbrella service was incredibly convenient, and the walk to the beach was shorter than I had anticipated. The property itself is so so. Not the easiest building to maneuver around, but the staff were friendly and helpful, and location was amazing. Certainly would return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the Islander. It is in a great location away from some of the larger resorts. Unit 706 was exactly as described and had plenty of room for all of us. Kitchen could use a few more items but overall it was wonderful. All the staff were kind and very helpful. We came just after Labor Day so it was not very busy. I would imagine everything would be quite crowded during the busy season. It was so nice having dedicated beach chairs included. It was a little frustrating that people were able to claim chairs up front first thing in the morning and then not even come to the beach until well into the afternoon. If you are going to claim beach chairs you should have to be at the actual beach. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation!

Would NOT recommend this unit to anyone!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is considered “platinum” however I would not even give it a 1 star. When we arrived we seen several roaches. The unit is not very clean nor updated... I don’t know how it got bro be platinum. I cleaned the unit with Lysol wipes and Lysol because the bathroom still had hair in the tub and sink area. I kept our stuff put up. The next morning while cooking breakfast one of the burners in the stove did not work either.I have stayed at The Islander before not even in a platinum unit and it was much much nicer than this one!
