Este condominio de vacaciones frente a la playa se encuentra en Destin Florida a lo largo de la Costa Esmeralda. El alquiler de condominios # 517 tiene capacidad para 6 personas con un rey en el dormitorio principal, King en el dormitorio de invitados y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Destin's Beach está a pocos pasos con una hermosa vista desde su balcón privado. Todas las unidades son para no fumadores.
Condo 517 ha sido completamente remodelado en 2016, con nuevos azulejos grandes en todas las áreas de vida, y cuarzo contra-tops y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable instalado en la cocina. I thought the linens could be updated as Sheets in MBR were kind of old as was top cover.There were no directions for the TV which required Kendall from the Islander to assist The MBR shower was too complicated to use (no information provided) and the pressure was not goodWe had to use the other shower and while pressure was better bathtub/shower etc has not been updated

This condo here at The Islander was much more spacious and very well-kept compared to what we had experienced until now. We really liked the gated private parking and how the exterior grounds and pool area was kept extremely clean. The staff was also very professional and helpful. We really liked the location of the condo and the beach was not as crowded as we anticipated. I would encourage anyone who is wanting to book a vacation in Destin to check out The Islander because I think you will be very pleased with your stay.

Delight at the Islander condo 517

Condo 517 far exceeded my expectations. The view of the sunset each evening out my balcony was exceptional. The master bathroom, laundry options and Kitchen facilities were excellent. My brother and wife were suppose to join me, but illness prevented them from traveling. Other family members stayed in another unit. I am excited about reserving for next year; I will explore this option for the future.

The condo was beautiful, the location was perfect & the owner was wonderful to deal with. We will for sure be back. Would Stay Again!

It was great having the washer/dryer in the unit to do laundry in the evening without leaving our room. The shower in the master bedroom was very nice. The walk down to the beach was easy and not too far. The staff was pleasant and professional. I like the resort's location being off the main thoroughfare; it seemed to be in a nice and quiet neighborhood.We did have an issue on the first night that was beyond management's control as it was caused by other guests. I only bring this up to brag on the staff who quickly took care of a very difficult situation, and the rest of our stay was without issue. The guests in the neighboring unit were extremely loud and causing a disturbance, but they seemed to be an a-typical guess as the rest of the stay was quiet and peaceful.

Very Comfy Spot

Dirty unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Unit 517 was not cleaned properly after previous renters. Sheets were not changed, there was sand all over the bed and floor. There was a stain on the bed sheets and missing sheets in second bedroom. There was a dirty wet rag in the shower. Floors had popcorn and hair all over them. There was couple of dirt plates in the cabinet. The ac vents had dust bunnies hanging out of them. I feel like this unit was never cleaned fully. They come in straighten the beds to make it look like it was cleaned and say they cleaned it. On top of all that this is during the pandamic when they are supposed to be doing extra cleaning to help stop the spread of COVID. The Islander is a very nice place, I've stayed there before few years back and did not have any issues at all with my room. The staff was very apologetic and came up to my room right away to bring me new sheets, but I did have to change them myself. The next morning they sent in someone to clean the apartment. The location and privet beach is amazing, I would like to come back and stay here again hopefully they will replace their cleaning crew by then.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The decor was very nice overall. There is a need to deep clean the furniture or maybe re-cover it. If the cable doesn’t work or the drains don’t drain, call downstairs. They will help you. Only real negative was the dryer takes 3 hours to dry one medium load of laundry (no exaggeration). The kitchen has better pans/etc. than any other condo here. The view is amazing with the boats coming in and out. Don’t forget to watch the Thursday night fireworks from the balcony!!
