Islander Condo # 209 es una unidad con vista al este y oro que tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Evite los ascensores con fácil acceso a la planta baja y al estacionamiento a través de las escaleras cerca del condominio. Ingrese a nuestro paraíso tropical convenientemente ubicado para un acceso rápido y fácil a la playa o a su elección de dos piscinas.

La cocina abierta se ha actualizado con nuevos gabinetes, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable que incluyen un refrigerador de dos puertas con una máquina de hielo y agua en la puerta, un Keurig, y está totalmente equipado con todas las herramientas para satisfacer sus necesidades de cocina. Reúnase alrededor de la mesa del comedor con capacidad para 6 personas o relájese en el área de estar con muebles renovados para ver el televisor Roku de 54 "con reproductor de DVD y acceso a cable digital. Great Stay

Our stay here was great. Quiet, easy beach access, pool was right there. My family had a great time. The condo we stayed in was nice clean good accommodations.

As Described

Everything was as described. I will definitely book again at Holiday Isle but perhaps a different unit. The living area was clean but felt dirty simply because of how the walls had been painted and/or stained. Even the fire alarm had paint/stain on it. Otherwise, the unit was indeed clean and rather nice! The location was ideal on the second floor right near the elevators. Sadly, one elevator was out of service for part of the stay. Sometimes things like that just happen. The reception and customer service was EXCELLENT!!! They were always so kind and extremely professional.

Room 209

When we checked in the lady at the front desk was really nice!! The room was also nice!! BUT the cleanliness of the room was something else!! I dont like wearing shoes in the house so of course i didn't wear them in the room!! Sad to say before l could put my shoes on or get in bed my feet were black so I needed to wash them!! The floor hasnt been mopped in quite a while!! Also the couch felt damp!! Not sure what kind of bugs were on the couch but there were a few!! When we went to the beach our last night there the guy that sets up the umbrella and chairs was VERY rude!! But all in all we enjoyed our time there!!

My Stay

Reviewer Comments: While I have no issue with the room itself, location or cleanliness my issue goes to management and staff.This location was booked over 1 year ago for a beach wedding at sunset. Prior to the setup we were told the beach chairs would not be up and ready for the wedding as the management would not ask people to vacate the beach 30 minutes early. Upon asking to speak to management we were told the previous manager that booked the wedding had quit and their commitment would NOT be honored as well as the current manager had "called in sick" and would not be made available.While the wedding did go off, it was late as well as after hours of disruption and aggravation.In addition, the linens supplied for the reception were wrinkled and had to be ironed BY US prior to the wedding.I do NOT suggest you hold a wedding at this venue.

My July family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall everything was great. We have stayed there before so we had an idea of how things would be. The difference this time was we didn't drive so getting to and from places was harder. We did shop at the local market several times for food and supplies. I asked the front desk to buy a few items from the islander so that I didn't waste things like trash bags, toilet paper but they said I couldn't do that. If you all can sell laundry detergent and dryer sheets having a few other things for sale would be so nice for those who came by airplane. She said you all used to have a small shop and I wish you still did. Also bike rentals would be a good addition as this could have saved using an uber for all of my trips. The only other thing was the bed pillows. They are not good. I had to ask for an extra one and it took a day and a half to get one. She gave me pillow cases so I could put throw pillows in and that helped but having at least 3 good pillows would have been better. The last thing would be cleaning, the condo was clean but we noticed behind the end table was fake eyelashes and trash from them. Just thought you would want to know maybe the cleaning people should sweep behind the tables and couch.

Reviewer Comments: Light bulbs did not work in the master bathroom, had to put a lamp in the bathroom to use the shower had to use the spare bathroom to blow dry my hair. The toilet seat was broken in the master bathroom had to use the spare bathroom. It was a very cold weekend so had to use the furnace, unfortunately it blow out cold air. Overall the unit was very dated and dark and dingy. We expected more for the money we were charged. Good thing we only stayed 3 night. Very unhappy would not recommend this unit #209.

We’ve stayed in multiple units . This one didn’t live up to expectations as a gold room . The beds are so uncomfortable to say the least . They have made some nice upgrades as far as granite but the beds are awful . The carpet is stained and very gross . There is a microwave cabinet in the bathroom which is odd .. 6 hangers for the entire unit no fan . We asked for more hangers and they said what’s in there is what you have . First time to be disappointed in our stay . Still love the property it’s always very well taken care of . This unit just needs to not be a gold and needs to get new mattresses..

Always Love The Islander!

After our Orange Beach Vacation got cancelled due to Hurricane Sally, we decided to return to a place we had always vacationed at while our children were younger. The Islander did not disappoint and it felt like home. The staff is always helpful and kind. The grounds and pool are always kept up and clean. We had a wonderful week. Booking so late we did not have many units to choose from, but Unit 209 was well appointed and comfortable. The only complaint is the lighting in the master bath is way to dim and dark.

We love the islander we come every year but never again will we stay in #209 the staff was great and the pool area was very nice we love the beach we will be back just not in #209

The unit is conveniently located within the complex, with easy access to the beach, pools, and parking lots. We cooked most meals in the unit, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials for preparing snacks or large meals. We had a great overall experience and hope to stay in unit #209 next year.

Worth staying great place and lovely location!

This is a great location love the spot amenities were really worth it. The showers were kind of slimy like they didn’t clean them and the toilets could’ve had a better clean job. The linens felt clean the extra spare blankets and pillows in the closets could’ve been replaced you can tell that a group of young people stayed and had a party. By the way the trash shoots are between floors two and three that could be better explained.

Outstanding

We were very happy with the ease of all aspects of our stay. The condo was excellent, great condition with beautiful views of the golf. There were a few things that were a bit of an issue, the people downstairs smoked on the patio which led up to us, we could not sit outside and enjoy our balcony. On our last night, my husband and I both woke up smelling an unpleasant smell. It smelled like a sewer gas, we are not sure what it was (not us), it was unpleasant and woke us up.

Last minute getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very tastefully decorated and very clean. The only issue was on the first night the entrance gate got stuck and we waited over an hour to get in. I finally walked through the pedestrian gate and ask the lady at the front desk if she could open the exit gate. She finally went out and pulled her vehicle up so that side would open. Our kids were very disappointed because they didn’t get to swim that night because it took so long to get in the pool closed. I do think the pool should stay open later.

Unit 209 East Wing

My one complaint, extremely small, is that the TV remotes didn't work on the ROKU TV so we were not able to utilize the Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.
