Dúplex limpio y moderno frente al mar a poca distancia de restaurantes, lugares de entretenimiento y tiendas. Ambas plantas están disponibles para alquilar. El primer piso está listado bajo VRBO # 1136138. Este dúplex de arriba y abajo ofrece 3 dormitorios (7 plazas) y 1 baño por piso con estacionamiento fuera de la calle (2 vehículos por unidad). Disfrute de hermosas vistas de la playa y el océano desde la cubierta superior y vistas parciales del océano desde el nivel inferior debido a las dunas de arena. La cubierta superior también ofrece un toldo retráctil.

Cada unidad tiene una cocina completa, aire acondicionado centralizado, lavadora, secadora, ducha al aire libre, parrilla a gas, 2 televisores de pantalla plana y Wi-Fi. Sillas de playa, sombrilla y 6 insignias de playa también se proporcionan con cada unidad.

Awesome place

The home was cute, area was nice and quiet, tenants below were friendly and the homeowner was so responsive to my concerns. I would recommend this place and will be returning. Also it’s great to finally find a place that lets pets stay also! Loved my stay!

Slice of heaven

The 2nd floor deck presents a beautiful, unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. It is with you all day and during the night; the moon and the ocean create such a show. A rabbit or two on the dune! The house is clean, comfortable and cozy. A very inviting home that I miss when I leave.

Dream Beach House

Wow, what an amazing house, location and overall experience! We absolutely LOVED this property- you cannot the beat the 2nd floor balcony views or being right on the beach. We are a family of 4- 2 adults, 3 year old boy and 5 month old daughter. Our cousin stayed in the downstairs which had great fire pit access and beach sand for the kids :) We already booked again for next year. Clean, beautiful and everything you need a walk, bike ride or short drive away!

Great beach front spot

We enjoyed our stay for a long weekend during the LBI Kite Festival. The view of the festival granted us VIP seats and avoided the crowds. The house and amenities are top notch. The only complaint (very small) was there was not a clothes line on the property to hang our wet towels.

A Wonderful Experience

Our time in Adrienne’s and Dan’s beachfront home was perfect! The 2nd floor has beautiful windows that allow viewing of the entire beach, ocean, and sky...whether inside or outside on the lovely deck... the ocean is with you all day and through the night’s moonlit surf.. Spectacular! Our senior dog found her spot on the sunny deck and loved watching the walkers going over the dune to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need and is very easy to “work” in. Dining and living area are cozy comfortable! Bedrooms are welcoming. Pastel walls in all rooms are just perfect We would love to return for another vacation! THANK YOU, B0TH! Connie, Dennis and Layla

Excellent Beach House

We were blown away by this property! We recently rented for our “pandemic staycation.” The location and views were absolutely incredible! The house has an excellent floor plan, perfect for our family (2 yr old, 4 yr old, parents, grandparents) and was stocked with everything we could have needed. We loved coming right off the beach to the outside shower! The upper deck was spacious with a million dollar view and the retractable overhang was wonderful to beat the mid-day heat with a drink! The location is ideal, close to the bridge and restaurants, shops and ice cream all within walking distance! We had the best week, in fact my son still refers to it as “our beach house” every time we come back down to the beach! Adrienne was so accommodating and made it as stress free as we could have asked for. A perfect vacation experience. We can’t wait to go back!

Everything you need & clean!

From the moment I walked into the upstairs apartment I was pleased! It was spotless! The kitchen has everything you need, so don't pack any of your kitchen tools. I always bring my own mattress pads with plastic lining when we rent a place since I've had some experiences where they are dirty and stained in the past, but didn't need them. The beds had beautifully clean & fresh mattress pads so you won't get skeeved out making (and sleeping in) the beds. The owners obviously freshen up every season & make improvements every year as well. What's in the house is what you would want if you had your own shore house. The view from the deck is perfect and it's awesome that it has a latching gate so our dog could hang out with us and we didn't worry about him. As you can tell, we had a great week. Thank you Adrienne for a wonderful place to stay! We definitely hope to get a week next year!

LBI 2019

Location, house, the beach were all perfect cant ask for better. Thoughtful touches througout the house made it very comfortable. Very well lit at night. We had the top floor, the view of the ocean was incredible, espcially watching the sunrise and seeing the farmers moon. Shops and restaurants were all.close by by walking distance. The owners were absolutely nicest people i ever rented from. Thank you Adrienne and Dan. Regards Sabrina

Ship Bottom beach house

We had a great week in Ship Bottom in this wonderful beach house! Great views from the awning covered deck and the living room and kitchen. The house had everything we needed and felt like home. Five stars!

Great location. Cute house.

We have been coming to LBI for almost 10 years now. We have tried out several different houses on the island. This by far was the best place. Being right on the beach is great ! Some days you don't even need to go to the beach ! It's like you are right there anyway. We stayed in the top floor. The shade over the deck was necessary as it gets hot up there.Cute house with everything you need. We have a family of 4 and it was perfect. The bunk bed is nice for kids or if a guest shows up. Bagel shop, pizza, a bar and mini golf ALL very close. We can't wait to get back...

Warm and Sunny

This 2nd floor beach house is by far one of the best places to vacation. The views of the ocean are just spectacular and the house itself is immaculate. It has a warm and sunny feel to it - regardless of the weather - just a great vibe to the place. Plus, it has some great restaurants within walking distance. From start to finish, it all went seamlessly and I am thankful to Adrienne and Dan to have been able to stay at their beautiful beach house! Didn't want to leave and neither will you :)

First Class Accommodations

The house and location are beautiful! Perfect view of the beach, you never have to leave the deck unless you want go swim in the ocean. Adrienne and Dan are awesome hosts. Everything you need is in the rental so just come down ready to relax and enjoy the views.

Bright, clean, and great location!

This is a great place! It is bright and clean, and just enough space for our family. Located right at the beach, we could easily go back and forth the house. The owner is very responsive to any inquiries. We had no issues, the house had everything we needed, and we could just relax! We had a great time!

Beautiful ocean views in a great location

This house has everything you need plus beautiful ocean views! It is very clean and well kept. The location on the island is great, with restaurants and shops within walking distance or a short drive away. The owners are very accessible and eager to answer any questions. I recommend this home to anyone looking to relax at the beach.

Nice clean house. Excellent location.

We stayed on the bottom floor. The house was just the right size for us (4 adults, 2 kids, 2 dogs). While the second floor has better views of the ocean, we were able to enjoy our porch during the blistering sunny days, as well as, rainy days and the ocean was just steps away. We will certainly stay here again next year if we do another LBI trip.

We chose LBI for the surf fishing and relaxing atmosphere. We chose this property for the views and the rental history. Since then, we've come to appreciate the original beach cottages located on our block and the homeowners who maintain them. It feels good to be here and we hope our renters will feel the same way.
