Este adorable dúplex en el segundo piso está a solo unos pasos de las hermosas playas de Beach Haven Terrace (LBI, NJ). Una casa fuera del agua. Magníficas vistas al mar. Este alquiler de vacaciones no podría ofrecer una manera más conveniente de disfrutar de la costa de Jersey.
Esta unidad tiene tres habitaciones privadas (1 Queen, 4 camas Twin), 1 baño completo, una cocina completamente equipada (platos, ollas, sartenes, etc.) y una acogedora zona de estar. "The Beach House"

The location, one off the beach, fantastic ease for beach access. You want a top notch view? THIS is the spot. Water views galore. Absolutely gorgeous, we spent every morning for sunrise and coffee at the picnic table on the deck. The meals we didn't dine in for, we spent enjoying al fresco on the deck. Listening to the waves crash so close, brought my soul back to center on this trip. Plenty of room in the unit, large 6 seat kitchen table too. Full kitchen with everything you could need. The bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows, you bring linens and towels. The Beach House is on a quiet, residential street, which made the sounds of the waves, heavenly. Jennifer is the best host! Easy communication, she gave us all the needed info, check-in was a breeze. She made us feel so welcome. We cannot wait to visit "The Beach House" again. Thank you so much Jennifer, for everything. We look forward to making more memories!

Perfect spoy

Communicating with Jen was very easy and quick. She let me know prior about entry. Upon arrival, the house was clean and neat. The location is perfect and the views are amazing. The house and beds were very comfortable and clean. Jen was very responsive and proactive. Easy, peaceful and perfect.

Beautiful view from the porch

I loved this house so much, the view from the porch was stunning. The owner had very good communication, responsiveness and was very hospitable. The house was so cozy and perfect! Would love to stay at this house again!

Everything about this house and our time in it was perfection! Jennifer went out of her way to check in with us and offer help and suggestions from the first moment we reached out until after our check out. Our family will absolutely stay here again- we were looking at availability for returning before we even left. Thank you for providing a space for our family to connect and decompress!

Made me feel like I was home again.

I am from the area originally and haven't been back in a few years. This rental made me feel like i was back home and not in a rental. Decor was nice and sime, not to over done. Plenty of space and a good seating area both inside and out. Bedrooms had good storage and enough room to be comfortable and have your own space. Great view of the ocean and the sunrise every morning. And being the second house from the beach, access was simple and close. Plenty if places to grab a bite to eat or a quick drink within walking distance and the area was nice and quiet. Overall i would recommend and i do plan on making this a yearly trip. Thank you again for making it feel like home.

Amazing stay for our babymoon

This property is located on a quiet street in Beach Haven Terrace, one house from the ocean. We were looking for something peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Beach Haven, and this ticked all the boxes. We loved sitting out on the deck hearing the waves of the ocean in the morning. The house itself is cozy, welcoming, and very clean. The beach was wonderful and not crowded at all for our MDW stay. Jennifer, the host, was communicative, easy to work with, and welcoming of feedback. She even left a babymoon gift for us, which was such a nice gesture. You'll be walking distance to plenty here - restaurants, ice cream, Wawa. Dockside Diner is very close as well! Plenty of beach gear is provided, as well as a grill and well-stocked kitchen. This place would be excellent for couples and families. Thank you, Jennifer! We can't wait to visit again someday!

Best beach house!

Perfect beach house for a family getaway! Second from the beach, makes it an easy walk and there is a lovely view of the ocean from the upstairs deck. Down the block on the boulevard are restaurants to walk to. Great location. House was nice and clean; everything was set up to be enjoyed. True to the pictures. Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. Super responsive and easy to reach. I would highly recommend this Vrbo! We actually used to stay at this house when I was a kid in the 1970s and 80s, so finding it on Vrbo and staying here again with my family, after all these years, was just incredible. Beyond words! Jennifer – thank you so much!!

Much more beautiful than photos!

Had a delightful stay. House is immaculately clean. Communication excellent. What's most amazing is the view from the deck. You can see the beach and ocean. And actually hear the waves it's so close to the beach. Lots of space. Fun closet full of board games. Location within walking distance of restaurants. Had such a great stay. Thanks!

Great location and wonderful owner!

We had a great stay last week at the property. The location can’t be beat - two houses up from the beach and right in the heart of Beach Haven! Jennifer was wonderful to work with - incredibly responsive and made sure we knew what we needed to know to have a great time!

Fabulous location

We had a small family gathering for the Memorial Day weekend and LOVED the property. It's in a perfect location and had all of the immenities as well as an outdoor shower. Jennifer was fabulous to deal with and responded very quickly to any questions. I can't wait to go back!

Wonderful End-of-Summer Getaway

We had a wonderful, late summer stay with my wife, daughter and parents at this great house, only steps away from the beach. Jennifer was communicative and available throughout the entire week, answering all of our questions. There really is nothing like waking up every morning and watching the sun rise over the ocean from the deck. And we were only a 5 minute walk to multiple restaurants and even the Wawa. Definitely looking forward to returning soon for another stay!

Second house from the beach!

This is our second year staying on this property. Can’t beat the location being so close to the beach which makes the walk so much easier. The second floor deck gives you a view of the ocean and beautiful sunrise. The house is clean with everything you need. Love the large kitchen with lots of elbow room. The living room area is also large fitting 2 couches. Each bedroom is also roomy with enough closet space. Although only 1 full bathroom, it was fine for the 4 of us last year. The street is very quiet even in middle of summer and this time, came during our most favorite month, September. Jennifer is very responsive and last year, even caught us before we were on the causeway to inform us on a bag we left behind.

Beach Haven Terrace gem

We visited LBI after a 12 year hiatus and was lucky enough to stay in the top floor at this location. Just one house from the beach entrance. Convenient and quiet neighborhood. The owner, Jennifer was available and responded immediately for any/all questions. Check in was a breeze. House is fully stocked with everything needed. Linens and towels not included but local service is available to supply. Closet full of games, washer/dryer, beach chairs and umbrellas, fully stocked kitchen. Wonderful deck overlooking the ocean with picnic table and chairs. House has central A/C, but windows on either side of house for cross breezes. Lovely in Sept. Highly recommend this location and we plan to return.

As easy as easy gets!

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay on the top floor where we enjoyed views of the surf from the outside deck. The storage area was a treasure trove of all things beach related, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys for the kids, etc. Plus the owner was quick to respond with any information we needed. We plan on booking again next year!!

Incredible Location, Even Better Host!

This location is fabulous. Close enough to enjoy the beach and the great Beach Haven digs, but also a quieter street. Jennifer was incredibly kind and helpful. Our goal was to not bother her over our long weekend stay and there was no need to as everything was perfect. Thank you a great father's day weekend!

Perfect Family Getaway

This property is the perfect place for a family trip to the beach. Located just one house away from the beach entrance, the views were breathtaking from the upper deck and the walk with children and a wagon full of toys was a breeze. The house had everything you could need: dishes, cooking utensils, television, ample seating, outdoor picnic table, etc. The host was phenomenal. She was very communicative and checked in on us via text which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this property for families or even adult only groups! It really can’t be beat!

Amazing getaway

We have visited LBI since 2008. This rental is an absolute treasure. The location is nested perfectly within biking distance of Beach Haven shopping and restaurants. The morning ocean views are spectacular. I highly recommend this rental.
