Este condominio para seis personas se encuentra a una corta distancia de tiendas y restaurantes, ya solo unos pasos de la playa. Cuando haya terminado de aventurarse por el día, puede regresar a casa y admirar las plantas en macetas y los colores discretos, o darse un baño en la piscina.

Relájese en el amplio sofá seccional de la sala de estar o tome asiento en el sillón reclinable cercano. Donde quiera que elija relajarse, tiene fácil acceso a las puertas del exterior, así como a un televisor de pantalla plana.

Los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de la cocina y la barra de desayuno para cuatro están muy cerca, lo que hace que la preparación de las comidas sea tan fácil como debería ser. ¡Coma en la mesa cercana para cuatro y deje los platos sucios para el lavaplatos!

Hidden Gem

We stayed for three days at the Island, but spent a lot of time indoors due to weather. Luckily this condo is big, spacious and beautiful.

great location, Vacasa not great

The rental was through a company called Vacasa. We had an issue with our parking spot being unavailable. We were unable to reach anybody by phone. We were able to text with somebody, but as soon as we described the problem he/she stopped responding to text messages. Very frustrating.

Great stay, great memories!!

We have stayed at this property several times, (it is now part of our yearly family traditions) love how close it is to the beach. There is a beach access on the other side of the road. Pool is great for the kiddos, great experience.

We loved everything

This condo is in the middle of just about anything you'd need, it's right by the beach and in short walking distance of other shops, bars, and the Gravity Park. We had a great time with the family, we can’t wait to go back really soon.

Gorgeous space close to everything!

This place was beautiful and comfortable! And so close to the beach access! We read all the details, looked at all the pictures and we’re still surprised by how large, spacious, and gorgeous it was! Especially for the price!!

Very nice

The condo was really great. Very clean and had a bunch of appliances. The beds were comfortable and the fold out futon was very nice. It was like coming home after a full day at the beach. Everything was only a couple minutes walk away. The beach is right across the street with a walk way so we didnt have to load up the car to go park somewhere to get to the beach. Everything was very accessable and convienent. Will be staying here again for next trip

Beach access condo

We loved this 2 bed 2 bath condo with across the street access to the beach. The accommodations were perfect for our family of five with the futon couch. Pool and hot are also great if you need a beach break. This is my second time staying here and I plan to do so again!

Condo Not Clean! Not as advertised!

When I arrived to the condo with my family we discovered that the place was not cleaned very well. Floors were dirty. Food crumbs in several areas of the kitchen and living room area. Also on all the couch cushions and recliner. The microwave was dirty and there were dishes in the dishwasher. I called and left a message for the property operations manager and never received a call back. I called a Vacasa number and spoke to a nice young lady named Christine who seemed concerned about the cleanliness of unit and said someone would be reaching out to me. The call happened on Saturday around 5pm. No call on Sunday and still no call on Monday. Vacasa sent me a text asking specifically about how clean the unit was on a scale of 1-5. I responded with a 1 being the lowest rating and I got a reply asking for more details so I provided them and I was assured I would get a call but no call came through that contact as well. Finally, on Tuesday evening I texted back stating no one had contacted me. This resulted in a call back and refund of my cleaning deposit along with the items I purchased from Walmart to clean counter surfaces. One of the reasons I went with this unit is it was advertised as having a grill which it did not have. The pictures on the Vacasa sight showed different furniture and bedding. I told this to the Vacasa representative and I was told they acquired this unit from another management company. This makes Vacasa look worse in this experience as I would expect them to inspect the unit they are acquiring before renting it to someone. This unit also had a lightbulb out in the kitchen area and on the patio. The fan in the secondary bedroom was wired backwards meaning the fan turns on in the off light switch position. That's not on Vacasa but a lazy owner who doesn't care about the quality of work in their unit. The secondary unit had locks on the closet which was odd so there was no place to hang clothes in that bedroom. The last piece of feedback is the main security gate and one on the west side of the complex do not close easily allowing them to lock requiring a key to enter. Everyday we were there we found gates that were not fully closed making the required gate key a non-issue as we could walk right in. The operations manager needs to address this immediately. I will say there are security guards walking the perimeter at night which is nice. Our trip was still great despite these issues. We love the location being across the street from beach access. You can see the fireworks on Tuesdays and Fridays from outside your door. The pool area is very nice. This was our first time staying at this location on the second floor. If you have alot to haul back and forth to the beach I would recommend looking for a unit on the first floor or keep your beach essentials in your car so you are not lugging them up and down the stairs. The Beachview Condo's are reasonably priced and a great place to stay with your family to enjoy all that South Padre Island has to offer. While our experience at this unit had issues and should be addressed with the owner, operations manager and Vacasa management that should not deter someone from staying at the Beachview Condos. I would not recommend this unit until it has had a deep cleaning and the other items I mentioned have been addressed.

Excellent rental

The condo had plenty of room for our group (2 adults, 2 teens). The master bed (king) was very comfortable, as were the 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom. Plenty of pots and pans/utensils for cooking! There was no grill, as the manager said the fire marshal banned balcony grills (not the fault of VRBO). The pool was very clean and well maintained. Beach access is directly across the street - made it super convenient! Oven, fridge, a/c, water heater, wifi worked perfectly. Parking was easy with 1 vehicle. All grounds were clean and well maintained. On check in, the condo was over the top clean, and smelled fresh - not musty. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

The location of this condo is perfect. Walking distance to just about anything you need. The access to the beach is a quick walk across the street. The condo worked well for our family of four as far as size and layout. The cleaning crew could definitely do a better job of cleaning in my opinion. There were several areas where you could clearly see built up dust like it hadn't been wiped down in weeks. The showers could definitely use a deep clean and re-grouting. We ended up rewashing the linens because on every bed we could see hair woven into the fabric. When checking under the beds to make sure we weren't leaving anything behind on our departure there were tons of dust bunnies. We also had to wash just about every dish we grabbed because there was either sand/dust/ or left over crumbs on them. Just a little more attention to detail by the cleaning crew would make all the difference. The condo grounds were well maintained and the pool was cool and refreshing. We lost power for about an hour. I placed a call to the property manager and he answered right away, assuring me this was normal for the island and power should be restored within an hour (which it was) For the price we would stay here again with the understanding that we might need to take the first bit of our arrival to get the cleanliness up to our standards.

Loved it here!!

My husband and I came to celebrate my birthday. We absolutely loved the location of this property! So much within walking distance. The beach, restaurants, mini golf, go carts, shops, coffee, are all just a short walk away. The condo was quiet and comfortable, and perfect for a couple or small family. The pool and hot tub were very nice! We appreciated the toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap that was supplied. We would definitely stay here again!
