New toilets, newly painted and new decor. Fresh and Clean! With our condo we provide "starter kits" of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner to get you started! Separate bath and beach towels, blow-dryer, games, beach supplies, Fully equipped kitchen has pots and pans, WINE CHILLER. cutlery, coffee maker. You will enjoy ceiling fans in each bedroom, new beds/mattresses Roku/Smart Tv, free 5G wifi, Perfect for the active family, beach bum, ocean lovers, adventurers who like to enjoy a quick walk (just cross the street!) to the beach, restaurant, Cocoa Beach bar, music and more! We've provided a very clean condo that sleeps 6 (3 queen beds) in our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo. washer/dryer in unit. Our condo is unique in this complex because we have a PRIVATE porch in the back with a little enclosed fenced area with an outdoor shower! This also has a private fenced covered patio with OUTDOOR SHOWER and private gate exit out to the beach walk. We have some beach supplies for you as well. In case you feel like cooking, we have loaded up our kitchen so you can cook your catch, or whip up some fresh seafood from the local market. See the fireworks from your front door

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. I reached out to the owner on one occasions for my oversight, and she was very kind and patient. We only had to walk across the street to get to the beach. The condo was very cute and comfy. The price was a great deal for the location.

We had a great stay!

The property was very nice, clean, and had all of the essentials for us to use. Loved the location; just a short walk to the beach each day and centrally located to everything, so we didn't have to stray far from the condo during our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing

The property was amazing. Had our own mini backyard, the place came with everything we needed inside, and was close to the beach. This was the best place I have stayed at in so long. The owner was so nice and helpful with our stay. One of my best air bnb experiences

Awesome place and location with an excellent host!

This was a last minute booking and of course what caught my eyes were the reviews on it regarding the location because a lot say feet away from the beach and then they end up being mile away but not this location it’s a brisk walk to the beach location is excellent with some fast foods nearby now the apartment is a 2 bedroom one bath very clean with all ur basic essentials ready to use Serena is very responsive to texts wish I could’ve stayed longer here but do plan to return.

The perfect place to stay

Our stay at the condo was beyond our expectations. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. We loved being able to walk to the beach. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo were clear and concise. We had a great time and the weather was perfect. We highly recommend this place.

Clean, spacious and great customer service

Booking process was flawless, unit was clean, spacious and centrally located to beach and amenities. Serena was prompt with communication and made our stay effortless. Perfect place for a family. Price was excellent. 10 out of 10 recommend. I will definitely be coming back next vacation.

Perfect Getaway!

Our stay was wonderful and our condo was perfect! It's location made it perfect to get to any part of the Island without much effort. The unit itself was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean! The layout was great, the furniture was really comfortable and the unit had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We even got to know the neighbor who was very helpful in giving us area information to enjoy our stay! Can't wait to come back!

Perfect Place

We had 5 adults and 2 children under three, and it was a perfect size condo for us. Clean and very comfy. Serena is an amazing host, easy to communicate with and very responsive. A very, very short walk to the beach and walking distance to great entertainment. Will definitely book here again without hesitation.

Fabulous 50 year birthday bash!

We had a great time on SPI and a cozy place to stay at provided by Island Rentals SPI. We had everything we needed for our stay. Besides food and beverage of course. We were a walk away from the beach among Karma Coffee and some other sites to see, eat and enjoy. I definitely recommend booking with Serena. Easy and detailed info before and during your stay. She is a true delight to work with.

Absolutely fantastic!

This condo is in such a great location to enjoy everything on SPI! Everything we wanted to do is in walking distance. The beach access has a nice restaurant that made our time on the beach really enjoyable. Directly across on the bay side is a row of restaurants/bars that have music every night and is a great place to watch the fireworks. The condo was very nice and clean with plenty of space and a full kitchen. Can't wait to come back!

This place is BETTER than the pictures!

Such a clean, beachy vibe and it is literally right across from the beach! Beds are super comfy and the WiFi is great! Enclosed patio in the back with the outdoor shower is such a plus and has everything you need in the kitchen to cook. Oh, and the location!! The location cannot be beat. Literally walking distance to the cutest coffee shop, shopping and multiple dining options as well as a fun amusement park! 10 out of 10 would recommend. We plan on staying here again!

Best location on the Island

What a fantastic location on the island. There’s so much you can access by just walking out your doorstep. The unit is One of the nicest that we have stayed at and the property management is very responsive and was great to work with. Do unit has a fully stocked kitchen private entrance in the rear with outdoor shower which was great so we didn’t track sand into the unit. We would love to stay here again and being two minutes from the beach was such a blessing. We were surprised that we were walking distance to the Tuesday firework show, go karts, pizza and food trucks.

One of THE BEST

We truly felt like locals and got to enjoy the vibe of this island with this Clean charming condo!! It was so cool being able to wake up and walk right to the beach in two minutes, or walk to a local coffee shop in two minutes!! This condo had everything we needed, including a private, fenced back area with an outdoor shower. We could leave all our beach stuff outside and not have to worry about bringing sand inside or somebody taking our items. We could see the fireworks right from our front door. It was amazing.

Great location and perfect stay!

This condo is absolutely perfect!!! First floor unit in the middle of the entertainment area made it easy to get around and enjoy everything. The beach access across the street has a quaint bar and grill with live music & Tequila Sunsets directly across on the bay side also had great music and dancing. Meatball Cafe around the corner is great for a more formal dining experience with awesome Italian food. The condo itself has everything you need and is well maintained and clean. The back patio is very roomy and has an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach. Serena was super friendly and attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return next year!
