Este es un dúplex recientemente remodelado con nuevas láminas de roca, pintura nueva, nuevas unidades de aire acondicionado / calefacción en todas las habitaciones. tiene 2 habitaciones, la habitación principal tiene una cama queen size, el sofá tiene una cama extraíble, la habitación de los niños tiene una litera y una doble. debes traer tus propias sábanas, hay muchas almohadas nuevas. Está a 1-1 / 2 cuadras del océano, las esquinas tienen luces, desde la cubierta hay excelentes vistas de la puesta de sol. Está a poca distancia de la bahía, donde hay un parque para niños, pesca, kayak, vistas de los navegantes y vistas del atardecer. ¿por qué no traer su barco? Ship Bottom tiene su propio barco que se lanza a pocas cuadras de distancia. Great rental, right near the beach!

I stayed here with my two children and we had an amazing time! This was perfect for us and we walked only 2 blocks if that to the beach daily. You can walk to everything-ice cream, bagels, sports bar/restaurant.....it was super convenient. The place was updated and very nice. Everything was super easy and I would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Great location. Cozy but plenty of space for what we needed it for. Bathroom is a smidge tight but every other room was more than adequate size. Lots of modern appliances, AC units, ceiling fans. (The only very minor constructive criticism is I think the master bedroom bed or at least mattress could be upgraded.) Owner communicated all necessary info in a reasonable timeframe.

Great location

Communication with John was very good, the property was as advertised, we basically had what we needed to enjoy our stay. Fortunately my sisters had rentals near by where I could go to do laundry. Unfortunately, the property cleanliness was not to standard. We arrived at the property around 7 pm and had to run out to meet up with family. Upon returning, I spent time sweeping the entire unit, wiping down inside cupboards and drawers, and found the comforter on the queen bed to be stained and smelly. And the twin bed comforters needed washing. I believe they did not get cleaned because there is no washing machine available at the property. The couch was also sandy and damp. We used one of the twin comforters to put over the couch and borrowed a blanket for the queen bed. John was receptive to my complaint about the cleanliness and addressed it with the cleaning company. Hopefully the next renters will walk into a cleaner environment. Overall, the place was just right for me, my daughter and my 2 grandchildren (5 and 6 years old) They took turns sleeping in the top bunk. I would not recommend 7 people staying here due to the size but is work for the 4 of us.

Beautiful like-new condo in quiet Ship Bottom!

First trip to LBI & we loved it! Ship bottom is quiet & family friendly. Newly remodeled, clean condo, with pretty, neutral beach decor & comfortable furniture made for a very pleasant stay! Short walk to beach with traffic lights & cross walks. Highly recommend for a family of 4 or 5, with school aged children. It is on the 3rd floor, up 2 flights of stairs, so be aware of that for the old and the young. Outdoor table was very nice & made up for the limited kitchen seating. Well stocked kitchen w/ nice appliances & a sink deep enough to bathe a baby (no bathtub). Bring a pan if you plan to use the oven, or you can use the grill outside. The space is very small but nicely laid out & worked out well for our family. We found most everything that we needed provided in this lovely home. The pull out couch is just a flat surface (no mattress) but we put an air mattress on top & it was good. The doors close off the living room between the bedroom & kitchen for privacy as a sleeping space. There is nowhere to hang wet swimsuits or towels, and no washer or dryer or dishwasher, so just bring plenty of bath/ beach/ kitchen towels for the week.* :-) There are no beach supplies so bring your chairs, umbrellas & beach toys (beach tags are $25 for the week per person cash only). Walmart pickup is 15 minute drive & came in handy for anything we needed. The pictures are very accurate & we are so glad we found this lovely place on sort of short notice. :-) Thank you! *****

Nice place in Ship Bottom

Small but nice unit (we stayed on top floor). The owner was available and tended to any needs we had. The place was clean but needs some updates. The only thing that would have been nice to know was to bring a firestick (no smart TV to log in to Netfix, etc).

LBI is always wonderful! We would have loved a real outdoor shower that’s enclosed , a place to hang wet towels etc. and at least one pan that you could use in the oven

Memorial Day Week Getaway

My husband, and friends of ours rented this house for the week. John was very responsive and ensured we had a great stay. The balcony was a great place where we enjoyed dinner each night! The house was close to the beach and to the bay! We enjoyed our stay very much.

I am a mechanic and my wife is a school teacher we have two children and spend alot of our free time at the shore. I like surf fishing early in the morning my children and wife love the beach and come meet me later where we usually spend the rest of the day on the beach.
