Farmhouse in a small group of houses in a farm with an above ground swimming pool, suitable for up to 6 persons in 2 double bedrooms, one bedroom with two beds, one bathroom with shower and one with tub and shower. Guests can use a furnished terrace for outdoor breakfasts, a barbecue, a small garden and parking.

Outdoors and pool
The farmhouse features a beautiful courtyard/terrace with a parasol, a gazebo, a table for outdoor meals and a barbecue. The above ground swimming pool is 50 metres from the house, measuring 6 metres by 4 with a depth of 1.30 m, in a stunning olive grove with a great view of the surrounding vineyards. The garden boasts several relaxation areas, one of which is in the corner of the farmhouse and which features an outdoor Jacuzzi (for 2 persons). There is also a wine tasting room open to farm’s guests, in front of the terrace.Interior
The interior is divided into 2 apartments (for a total of 126 sq. meters) which are rented together, joined only externally. The property is well furnished.
The first apartment has a living/dining room on the ground floor with TV and direct access to the shared terrace, and a well-equipped kitchen. The 19-step staircase leads up to the first floor, with one double bedroom, one bedroom with two beds, one bathroom with shower. The rooms have air conditioning and mosquito screens.
The second apartment has a dining/living room on the ground floor with a fireplace, TV and direct access to the furnished outdoor terrace, a small kitchen, one double bedroom with air conditioning and mosquito screens, one bathroom with tub and shower.

Location
Pieve di Campoli is on the outskirts of a small, picturesque medieval hamlet which is home to the farm, in a panoramic location overlooking the surrounding hills, immersed in the Chianti Classico area of the Tuscan countryside.

The farmhouse has wifi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, central heating, baby bed, high chair, hairdryer, mosquito screens in the bedroom windows and parking.

The price includes bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), water, electricity (air conditioning not included) and gas (heating not included), internet, a baby bed and a high chair. Hired help, tastings in the owner's cellars, cooking courses and dinners are available upon request.

Important information
The above ground swimming pool and the Jacuzzi are open from May 1st to September 30th. Small pets are permitted. There is another farmhouse 20 metres away from Pieve di Campoli (with a separate entrance) with another apartment and tasting room for the guests and owners of the winery.Activities and distances
