Nuestra unidad 1409 está en el 4to piso (superior) donde el balcón de 40 pies tiene una vista lateral del Golfo con sol de la mañana y sombra de la tarde.

La sala de estar con un sofá nuevo y un sofá de dos plazas son ideales para noches de cine o para ver deportes en el televisor inteligente de 60 pulgadas. El cable e internet están incluidos, así que relájate.

El Master con su baño privado y acceso al balcón incluye una cama king size y TV inteligente de 43 pulgadas y reproductor de DVD. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y 40 "televisión inteligente. A los niños les encantará la litera en el tercer dormitorio pequeño con ventana y vestidor. La ropa de cama y las toallas se rotan regularmente.

La cocina está bien equipada (microondas, cafetera de goteo y Keurig, licuadora y tostadora) con electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable. Se proporcionan todas las vajillas, cubiertos, ollas y sartenes. También hay una lavadora y secadora y una gran despensa.

Hay una piscina en la parte delantera del complejo, otra piscina climatizada con bañera de hidromasaje hacia la parte trasera, varias parrillas junto a la piscina, un gimnasio, baloncesto al aire libre, canchas de tenis, tejo y una casa club comunitaria.

Maravilla está convenientemente ubicado cerca de muchas de las tiendas y excelentes restaurantes de Miramar Beach / Destin o Santa Rosa Beach. Si desea más que nuestras maravillosas playas, puede encontrar fácilmente un paseo en helicóptero, parasail, pesca, alquiler de botes y motos acuáticas, golf, nadar con delfines y mucho más.

Maravilla - Miramar Beach stay

The property was just like the online pics. It's easy to find and right across the street from the beach. Chairs and umbrella were ready every day we went to the beach, Nice! Communication was great, would stay here afain.

Nice location and good price

We had 4 of us staying here, and there was plenty of room. We loved the location and the views. Only critiques would be there was construction on the building during our stay, and we weren’t aware. The place overall was decently clean, but some of the dishes were dirty. I think that’s because there wasn’t any sponges or cleaning brushes to do dishes, so we had to use the dishwasher or use our hands and soap for items that can’t go in the dishwasher. Overall, we had a great time and will be back especially for the location and price!

Location!!!

Condo was in great location! Shopping, grocery store, and restaurants were within a 5-10 minute drive with two exits to the property. The beach was a short walk and had excellent beach service with the chairs and umbrella. Condo itself is just as described and pictured. We enjoyed our stay!!!

Great condo

Despite a week of rainy weather, this condo met our expectations! We enjoyed our stay at Maravilla for the 2nd year. The condo was very spacious for our family, and we really enjoyed having our dog with us for the first time! Our youngest loved having her own little bunk room! We would definitely book this condo again!

Close to beach!

Our family of 4 did have a great stay at this property. The listing says it's a 2 minute walk to the beach and it is true! Having chair service right on the beach was really great and very efficient! The property is centrally located and it was easy to get around town to see all of the attractions Destin has to offer. The condo itself was nice, the description in the listing is accurate. We really were comfortable in the condo. However, the only comments I would make as a suggestion to the owners (full disclosure, I did not contact the owners with any of these comments that you'll read below they are strictly my opinions and did not adversely affect our stay at all): As someone who likes to cook meals for my family rather than eating out every meal, the pots and pans need to be updated-the pans have many scratches in them and probably aren't the safest to use-we used them anyways out of no other choice. The kitchen drawers are well stocked, but it was a turn off to find the dog nail clippers in the same drawer as the cooking utensils (we didn't use anything from that drawer). The knives are very dull and not sharp enough to cut through food safely. In the hallway bathroom, there is plaster coming off of the wall near the tub and the grout in both bathrooms needs to be cleaned better. Again, these comments are strictly my opinion and did not affect our stay. They are all purely cosmetic things and can be easily addressed if needed. The buildings at the resort were really clean, the pools and hottub were nice, everything was within walking distance. It was really great to have an elevator. Overall, our stay at this property was really good and I would recommend it to anyone.

Not bad but not what we were expecting

I won’t say the place was horrible, but I did expect better for what was paid. We arrived in town an hour early, and I checked to see if we could enter the property. I was told that we could not, at the cleaners request. Not a problem, completely understand. Upon entering, we were left a little disappointed by the cleaning efforts. Nothing was a dealbreaker, but not up to my expectations. The floors were probably the main issue. We left our shoes on the entire time because your feet would become black quickly, walking around barefoot. Used the one Swiffer floor wipe we found and mopped the floor ourselves, but it definitely needed more. The refrigerator was also quite dirty. Really the only other issue is, our second day there, we had no internet or cable. I gave it a few hours to come back on. After that, I contacted the owners to see if they could find out if it was an outage or just an issue at our condo. It took a few hours to hear back, in which I was told that they had tried to call Cox but hadn’t been able to reach anyone. We waited around that whole first day, in case we needed to be there for someone to come in and look at things, but I never heard back. That evening, I finally got tired of waiting around & not knowing what was going on. I reached out to Cox myself, and was able to get assistance about the issue. I had no issues getting through to someone, but it did take a bit to get things info since I am not on the account. I finally heard back from the owner the next day, asking me if it ever came back on. Again, not the end of the world, but I didn’t think I should have to be the one to get the issue resolved and waste a day waiting around to hear back. Overall, the condo is pretty nice. The beds were super comfy. Appreciated the ceiling fans and box fans, as we are a family that sleeps with fans on. The kitchen was well stocked. The beach is in close proximity, and though it’s fairly crowded, it wasn’t too overwhelming. The carts to take your luggage up the elevator were really great too. Made that process much easier. Also, I was concerned about noise level, in such a big complex, but it was very quiet. A little noise from the front of the unit, from people passing by the door, but overall pleasantly surprised by how quiet. Besides the cleaning & cable issue, the only other issue that I had was blackout curtains would have been great in the master bedroom, as the sun coming in each morning, made it warmer & hard to sleep in.

Beautiful property, exactly as listed. Needs cookware updated. If you use the complementary chairs in the beach, paperwork says to text to get chairs that is incorrect it seems only owner are to text and request chairs via text. We only got option. of second row or a trek to the horseshoe setup. I truly felt like the second class all week long from the company that handles the chair rental. Again beautiful property.

Wonderful Stay!

This was a great place for our family of four, plus our two dogs! We had everything we needed, and the umbrella service on the beach was so nice, as well. The beds were comfortable, the unit was clean, and the complex is very dog friendly! Our hosts were kind and quick to respond, and the check-in/out instructions were very clear. We had a great trip! Definitely recommend:)

We had a wonderful time vacationing at this property. The Condo had everything we needed. The condo was clean when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable as well. I had a couple of questions for the owners and they responded very quickly. We would definitely stay there again!

We stay at Maravilla every year and it’s a great place. Great amenities and great location to everything in the destin area. This unit was extremely nice and had everything needed to make you feel at home. Wonderful place and would 100% stay here again.
