Stunning Residence With Golf Course Views On Royal Westmoreland
Located within one of the newest avenues of Royal Westmoreland, this Sugar Ridge property is a recently constructed 4 bedroom 3 bathroom semi-detached residence that offers views of the golf course and out to the island’s coastline.
Featuring an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped Miele kitchen, a private pool, and an outdoor dining terrace, this property is ideal for family holidays and island retreats. The Master Suite offers a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the pool deck. Bedrooms 2 and 3, also located on the ground floor share the second bathroom with Bedroom 2 offering a queen size bed and bedroom 3 offering two twin beds. The 4th bedroom; located on the entry-level of the property, offers an en-suite bathroom and queen size bed.
Your rental includes the services of a housekeeper, 6 days per week, excluding public holidays.
You also have access to the Royal Westmoreland facilities (see fee below) including golf, tennis, gym and the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club at Mullins Beach, which is a short drive away.
Estate Amenity Fee – Effective May 1, 2026
Starting May 1, 2026, Royal Westmoreland will introduce a daily amenity fee of BBD $20 (US$10) per person for all guests staying on the estate. This fee is payable directly to Royal Westmoreland upon collection of resort passes. Guests who choose not to use the resort facilities (including the beach club) may opt out of the fee. Please note, however, that partial or selective day access is not available—the amenity fee must be paid in full for the duration of your stay to enjoy access. Please note that children under 16 years old are exempt from the daily amenity fee.
Please note the cost of groceries is not included in the price. However, we can arrange to have your initial groceries delivered to the property for your arrival. This would be payable directly to our local house managers.
This property rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics. It can cause irreparable damage to linens that are not visible until laundered. Guests must check that their sunscreen does not contain P20. Guests will be charged up to USD$50 per damaged towel or up to USD$300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.
