With a bunk bed and two double bedrooms, this is a true family house suitable for all ages. Grandparents can join and enjoy a master bedroom. The enclosed garden is perfect for small children. With several seating areas in the garden, a spacious living room and kitchen, large bedrooms and the beach just around the corner, this is also a wonderful place for parents with teenagers.

For the youngest guests the following items are provided: a baby bath with accessories, changing mat, toilet reducer, step stool, children’s tableware, a highchair, 2 small stools and a travel cot with 2 children’s pillows.

The bungalow is all on one level and therefore suitable for wheelchair users. Being ground-floor does not always mean user-friendly, but this bungalow has wide doorways and several facilities in the bathroom and bedroom. Are you less mobile or a wheelchair user? Then this holiday home is highly recommended!

Layout & facilitiesFrom the entrance you walk into the cosy living room. The dining area has an oval table with a bench and 3 chairs, seating for 6 people. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and various coffee machines (Senseo, filter and capsule). With so much choice and comfort you can enjoy your favourite coffee and the view of the beautiful garden.

The spacious living room is stylishly furnished with a corner sofa, swivel chair and armchair, and for hours of entertainment there is a flat screen with smart TV.

At the entrance you will also find the laundry/utility room with a washer/dryer, baby items, a foldable and movable shower chair, reading table, foldable bed rail, iron with ironing board and drying rack. The entire home has underfloor heating with additional heating in the bathrooms.

BedroomsThis bungalow has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom – near the entrance – has a bunk bed suitable for adults. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located at the back of the house, as well as a toilet. The 2nd bedroom has access to the terrace – the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee. The double bed in this room can be split into two singles if desired.

The 3rd bedroom has a double box spring with storage underneath. The box spring is electrically adjustable at the head and foot end and equipped with night lighting. This bedroom also has a smart TV – perfect for watching series in bed!

Next to the 3rd bedroom you will find a separate toilet and a bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, washbasin and a changing table.

GardenIn the enclosed garden you will find a dining table with 6 chairs on the terrace, with a shade cloth above, making it a comfortable dining spot on hot summer days. Even more inviting is the ‘outdoor kitchen’ with Boretti (charcoal) BBQ. While the grill master is cooking, the rest of the group can relax on the spacious lounge set with cushions or one of the sunbeds. Very hot day or a little too windy? Then you can enjoy sitting under the covered terrace.

If you brought or rented bicycles, you can safely store them under the covered area behind the lockable garden gate.

ParkingAlthough there is a parking space in front of the bungalow, according to park regulations the car may only remain there briefly to load and unload. Afterwards, you can park on one of the designated spaces in the park for €1.50 per day or for free outside the park.

Rental conditionsThis home is only available for holiday and recreational use.

Age requirement 25+: If your group is not a family, all guests must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed.

Business stays are not permitted. Bookings not for recreational purposes may be refused by Ouddorp Connection, the park, or the property owner. Ouddorp Connection reserves the right to cancel non-recreational bookings unilaterally.
