Stunning Coastal Cottage - Sleeping 7 in 3 Bedrooms - Pool and Beach Access Included.

Beautiful, light and airy coastal cottage - very close to the Amenities of The Bay Holiday Village yet still being really quiet and ideal for family holidays! Refurbished in 2022 this has all you need for a getaway!

Enter into a large spacious hallway, with lots of space for your coats and shoes after a day at the beach.

To the left is a gorgeous contemporary kitchen diner with fitted units, designer radiator and dining space for 6 people.

Off the hallway to the right is a large spacious lounge with 2 new sofas and large smart TV with French doors leading to the large patio / BBQ area. Across the hall there is a WC.

Upstairs, you will find a large master king sized bedroom with a shower room ensuite. There are two other bedrooms - one sleeping 3 people - with large king sized bed and a single bed (which is a chair / bed allowing a large space around the king sized bed) and the other bedroom has two full size single beds (bunk style).

By default the booking will be for 6 people - 2 in each bedroom unless you specify the sofa bed for the 2nd bedroom where bedding for that bed will be provided - the sofa bed is a substantial single bed - making the property sleep 7.

Honeybee Cottage is a large family home ideal for a couple of two families!

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

Another great break

We have stayed at Honeybee Cottage before and at the Bay several times so the children feel at home immediately. The cottage is ideally placed and is well stocked with everything you need for a great break.

Excellent stay in great accomodation

The only criticism I have is that under the bed hadn't been cleaned in main bedroom, otherwise the accommodation was excellent. I recommend it to others and will book again.

We stayed at this property with our family with young children. The location was perfect for a short stay with easy access to the beach with a pushchair . The property was comfortable, well equipped, clean, and the communication before and during our stay was perfect. Thank you

Brilliant stay

A lovely cottage in a very convenient situation. Everything you need and more is provided.The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery plates cups glasses etc. We enjoyed playing the games provided. The beds and pillows were comfy but my son found the bunk bed mattress uncomfortable. Although the bedroom with the bunk beds is very narrow it was not an issue

Everything you need for a family seaside holiday

Honeybee cottage was very welcoming. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you needed to prepare meals from scratch, which we did. The beds were comfy as were the couches in the lounge - which is often not the case in holiday rentals. There is a lovely beach and activities on site for children too. All in all a perfect break.

Another great break

We had a repeat visit to the Bay although in a new property to us and we had another great break - went with the grandchildren and they love it! The whole village is very well maintained and so are the properties and this one was no exception - very clean and cosy with everything you could want. - We will be back!

Wonderful house is a fabulous location

Beautiful home that has all modern comforts and conveniences. Check-in/out is incredibly straight forward, house is easy to maintain. Walking distance from a breath taking beach that is great fun for children and exploring, especially when the tide is out. The facilities on site are very good and really well run. Despite not having the best weather during our stay, we were well able to keep ourselves busy between swimming pool, classes and offsite excursions (location is near to a lot of wonderful places to visit).

Family get together

The Bay is a excellent location for a short break and this house is right in the centre and a easy short walk to all facilities and access to the beach. Nice house with everything you need and dealing with Anchor is always so easy. The only negative is the small room housing a bunk bed, we had two 10 year olds in there and they found it cramped and uncomfortable. I feel that this room would be better back as a single.

Overall pretty good

We enjoyed our stay , everything we needed was provided . We did find the room with the bunk beds very small and adults could hardly get through without touching the walls which will take its toll on the decoration , I ended up sleeping in the bottom bunk and I have got to say i found it a bit uncomfortable as I could feel the springs in the mattress. I thought that a full length mirror would be a useful addition even if it was just one in the hallway . Overall we enjoyed our stay , thank you.
