El primer piso de esta unidad cuenta con una cocina completa, abastecido para su uso durante su estancia! También se encuentra en la planta baja un comedor interior, sala de estar con una cama de matrimonio y baño de visitas. Disfruta de la vida interior y al aire libre mientras la habitación principal fluye hacia el lanai. Las habitaciones están ubicadas en el piso de arriba con altos techos abovedados, 2 baños en suite y aire acondicionado central.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama King, baño privado y un lanai privado! El dormitorio de invitados ofrece dos camas individuales que se pueden convertir en un rey a petición! El dormitorio de invitados también cuenta con un baño privado también! Dormir en comodidad con recién instalado Central AC para las habitaciones de arriba! También hay una cama de pared tamaño queen ubicada en la sala de estar de la planta baja, que proporciona ropa de cama para dormir cómodamente 6.

Situado en el corazón de Wailea, este complejo ofrece 4 piscinas diferentes para disfrutar, ¡incluyendo una gran piscina frente a la playa y un pabellón! También tiene acceso directo a la playa Keawakapu Beach, una hermosa playa que es perfecto para paseos por la playa y días de playa de la familia! Nice vacation spot for family

It was a great stay. Just wanted to say that AC is only available in the bedrooms but not in the living room area. Other than that it was a nice place. Easy communication with the manager.

Outdated dark and tired

We were looking forward to a post Christmas vacation with our adult children. The layout is wonderful, and the upstairs bedrooms are very roomy and comfortable. 2 of the 3 bathrooms are outdated and desperately need some attention. The lanai is dirty and we had to hose off debris and chicken poop everyday.

I love the property and super easy walk to the ocean. I would love and ocean view but the unit doesn't have one and I knew that. just a 2 minute walk and there is the ocean.

Ekahi works well for family gatherings. Unit has limited view and road noise. Construction in next door unit was bothersome.

The unit is dated

We had a great holiday on Maui, but this unit is old and run down. Very dark and right on the main drag so there is a lot of traffic noise. The Ekahi Development itself is quite nice. Great landscaping. Really good for families with young kids. But not good for couples. The main pool and pavillion and beach are packed. As long as the price stays reasonable for this unit, Wailea is a nice upscale area.

OK, but property and amenities need a refresh

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. There were only 3 of us, which was good, because there are only 3 beach chairs etc. And two of the beach chairs had broken straps, etc.

Our Stay at Wailea Ekahi 25B

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was okay- needs updating and deeper cleaning. The location is great, beds decently comfortable. We did not have much food in the house, but we still had a tough time with ants covering the kitchen.

Definitely lack luster

There was a warning that this property was like staying at an outdated Hawaiian cabin. The cost compared to the property was completely misaligned. This location should be much less expensive to stay given how worn down the place is. Thankfully we were not there very often because obviously it is much more beautiful to be outside vs inside.

Dirty Washer

My crew who stayed here sent me a video of their washer and it was covered in dirt and mold, so they weren't able to do laundry during their stay. I'm talking really dirty, not something you could wipe off real quick. Happy to share the video if there was a way.

Unfortunately, the suite next door was being remodeled and demolition crews made our experience miserable. The hammering and chipping noise involved in the demolition made the stay in the room unbearable from 8a.m.- 4p.m. each day. If we knew this beforehand we wouldn't have stayed there. Very disappointed.

Old Fashioned Charmer

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first thing we noticed about Ekahi 25b was the spaciousness followed by the plethora of ceiling fans. The decor brought us back to the Maui of the past. If you’re looking for granite countertops and rainfall shower heads this isn’t the place. If you want room to spread out, cleanliness, and just live it fits the bill. The landscaping in Ekahi is incredible, the new pool pavilion also leads right to one of the best beaches in the world, with a huge outdoor kitchen open to all guests. The CBIV staff excelled at customer service and were always friendly and accessible. Mahalo

Overall a nice rental but all Audio Visual Equipment was either old and barely functional or non functional, including DVD machine. T V was difficult to get on and watch… remotes not working, Given the price I paid everything should have been new and in perfect working condition

Great Complex Amenities and Outdated Poorly Maintained Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex and complex amenities that the unit is apart of are great, but the unit is very outdated, drab and dingy. The Unit seems to be barely maintained, the bathroom smelled of mildew, our electronics had trouble charging, and there were loose tiles near the window. All of the furniture, fabrics and appliances were extremely outdated and worn out. Much of the furniture was covered in glass, which isn't ideal for kids. The access to beach paraphernalia was also very limited. Lastly, we expect rental units like this to come with some bathroom and kitchen essentials, but these were lacking. We do not plan to return to this unit.

This unit is a good size but is dated and was not clean. The kitchen counters, the floors, bathrooms all were not very clean. The management company didn't supply enough cleaning supplies or garbage bags for our stay, so we had to buy our own. No contact from management company during our stay to see how we were doing, if we needed anything etc. The password for access was changed on our 2nd day and we had to contact them to get the password. Biggest negative about the resort is that one of the other unit's BBQ's caught on fire recently so all the lanai's have had their BBQ's removed and now there are several centrally located BBQ's which is a bit of a hassle. We had a great time despite any of these problems, weather and location were great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the Wailea Ekahi condos cannot be beat. Grounds are meticulous and amenities unparalleled. The unit was tidy but could use a refresh. Kitchen was nicely appointed with every item one might need. Stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave worked as needed. Sink faucet is stuck rigid and the water doesn’t get all that hot. The front load washing machine has a funky smell and could use a deep clean and wipe around the seal. Bathroom light fixtures have not been cleaned and when lights are flipped on accumulating dust is on full display. Showers would be improved with new shower heads. Bed rooms are spacious and closet/dresser is wonderful for unpacking for a week long stay. AC work great upstairs. The mattresses and bed frames are terrible. Especially the master frame which creaks anytime someone rolls over. On a return trip we will stay at Wailea Ekahi again, but probably a different unit.

Love Wailea Ekahi

Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful time at Wailea Ekahi, this was our 3rd visit. 25B served it's purpose, a place to make our meals and play family games in the evening. an easy walk to the "grand" hotels, pool, Pickleball, and the beach! Here are few recommendations from our family. Almost all our meals were prepared and eaten at the condo and we experienced a shortage of utensils at each meal, there were less than 6 spoons, forks, knives and recommend a few more basic sets be provided, so the whole family can eat w/out having to purchase plastic utensils. A few sharp meal prep knives would have been helpful too. Overall cleanliness was a bit disturbing, but we are avid campers so we overlooked it. The doors, door jams, and wall could use some elbow grease and the patio was not a welcome spot to hang out without washing it down with the hose, cleaning the patio furniture and sweeping. We did not do this, so we did not use the patio except to hang wet bathing suits and towels. We WILL book at Wailea Ekahi again in the future, but we will not rebook 25B without some knowledge of cleaning and updating.

Almost ruined vacation

Not maintained with many items in disrepair. Feels like a old motel that has been maintained by a handyman for 30 years. I found the unit to be unsafe for children with no updates like gfci receptacles in kitchen and bathroom, loose tiles on window sills, oversized glass tops for furniture, and many others. Our 9 and 10 year old daughters were grossed out by the mold stain bathroom and had to be convinced to use the tub. The shower in the master bedroom has instructions about leaking and has a curtain against the back windows. This unit should not be rented out to vacationers and was deeply overpriced. To top it all off the unit immediately next door sharing a wall had construction going on and a demo hammer was being used. It was intense. The property managers let us out of the vacation rental but not without charging us $395 in fees. We found a unit in Kaanapali last minute has cbip could not accommodate us in a unit that met the basic requirements for our family of 6. The new unit was 10x better at the same price.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked the condo very last minute for the holiday season and I had wanted to stay at Ekahi. It was the only 2 bdrm unit available that I could find and that is why I chose it. I could tell from the pictures it was not reno'ed so I was somewhat prepared for the unit looking how it did. Ekahi is a great complex with a nice pool, pavillion is on a beautiful beach and very close to the boardwalk on Wailea. I have previously stayed at other Ekahi units that have been renovated and that I have been so happy with. So here I go, I am going to be very honest about the unit. It is completely original so it is 1980's vintage I would guess. There is tile on the main floor and very old carpet up the stairs and on the 2nd floor. There is an updated fridge, stove and washer/dryer but I would guess the dishwasher was original. There was a small electric bbq on the lanai but we didn't use it, honestly I have never seen a bbq like that before. The cooking utensils in the drawers were very old and very well used, there were alot of little old pairing knives but not one large knife. The beach chairs were in terrible condition as was the umbrella. Twin beds in 2nd bdrm were in poor shape, king bed in the master was comfortable enough. The dressers all looked nice but the drawers smelled terrible such that I didn't even unpack into them (closets were fine though). Bath tub had shower curtins all around the inside of it, I imagine there was a reason for that? All of the towels were old. The unit is a good layout space wise and old can be fine if it is spotless. So if this unit had a very deep clean throughout and a few little things like new linens, towels, beach chairs, umbrella, kitchen drawer utensils, knives would make the stay at unit 25B much more satisfying and enjoyable. The management company was great to deal with booking wise so I was happy with that experience.
