Situated on the popular Argyle Street in the heart of Alnmouth you will find Longshore. A three-storey terraced Victorian property that has undergone complete refurbishment with an extended kitchen/diner that now offers modern, spacious accommodation for 9 guests and 2 dogs making it an ideal property for families and friends alike. Within walking distance of the golden sandy beach and Aln Estuary together with all amenities of the village close by, Longshore will be a popular choice.

Kitchen/diner with table and four chairs, 5 ring gas hob, single oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Patio doors to rear courtyard (3 steps down)
Cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin.
FIRST FLOOR (split landing)
Steps up to both bathrooms.
Bathroom 1 with walk in shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
Bathroom 2 with bath and shower over, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
Steps up to the bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 with 4 poster Super King bed, bay window to front of property, chair and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 with zip and link super King size bed or two single beds, window towards the estuary and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 with single bed and wardrobe.
SECOND FLOOR (with height restriction)
Bedroom 4 with zip and link king-size bed (can be twin on request) with hanging space and velux window with estuary view.
Bedroom 5 with zip and link king-size bed (can be twin on request) with hanging space, chest of drawers and windows to the front of the property.

On Street parking with 2 parking permits provided. Private courtyard garden with gate to Riverside Road. Gas central heating. All power, linen and towels included within rent. Two dogs welcome. £150 security deposit required.

Town: Situated just 4 miles east of Alnwick, Alnmouth is a charming resort popular with golfers and those seeking a peaceful holiday. The village lies on a narrow spit of land between the River Aln and the North Sea and was originally the port for Alnwick. Nowadays the area has returned to its unspoilt origins and offers a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as an excellent “links” golf course and some great rivers for fishing, as well as boasting miles and miles of splendid beaches and sand dunes to explore which afford stunning views of the North Sea. A short drive will bring you to Alnwick with its famous historic castle, The Alnwick Garden housing the Poison Garden which runs guided tours through dangerous botanicals and a variety of pubs and restaurants. Alnmouth is well situated for exploring Northumberland.

Great place. Noisy non fitting doors
We all enjoyed our stay and liked the accommodation etc. The doors are a problem. All doors seem ill fitting and to shut causes a loud bang which can't be nice for neighbours.
The locks on the bathroom doors either don't work or need quite an effort to work. A stair gate to keep dogs on the ground floor would be great. More tea towels.
