Perfect location

We just spent spring break in Seaside. My husband, myself, and our two great school children loved staying at mom is happy. There’s 100 yards from a pool and seven houses from the beach. Everything we wanted to do was walkable. Highly recommend.

We loved this property and would come back! So close to the beach! It was clean and had the perfect amount of space for our family of four. We honestly loved it, but if we were to leave any constructive criticism, it would be that we would’ve loved a Keurig machine over a traditional coffee pot, and one of the closet doors was off the tracks and just laying in the closet and one of the bathroom sinks was slow to drain. Other than that, it was really great and I would highly recommend it!

Favorite Seaside Spot!

I have been visiting Seaside since the 90s and have stayed all over the development. This property is hands down our favorite. Amazing location, easy access to the beach, very calm and comfortable decor, and well cared for. We had a minor issue with the wifi. HOC was out in minutes to resolve the issue. HOC is by far the best service in Seaside. I look for their properties first when booking in Seaside.

The house was great — we loved the screened porch for our littles and sneaking out to the upstairs porch swing during nap time. This house was a perfect fit for our family. Homeowners Collection was also great to work with — very responsive and friendly. We did have a couple of small issues and they were on top of finding a solution quickly.

The house is in a great location- close to the beach, to the pool and to the shops. We loved using the complementary bikes and also played tennis on the Seaside courts.
