A breakfast bar and a dining table for four provide flexible dining options. The lounge area has a spacious sofa, recliner, coffee table, and TV. Underfloor heating keeps the space cozy during colder months, and soundproof windows open for a refreshing cross-breeze on warm days.
Both bedrooms feature UK king-size beds, ample storage, and large sliding glass doors overlooking the private paved patio garden, perfect for al fresco dining and drinks. Blackout curtains ensure restful nights. One bedroom also includes a fold-down desk, ideal for quiet working.
The apartment has two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and overhead handheld shower, the other with a walk-in shower. A stacked washer and tumble dryer are conveniently located in a hallway closet.
