Este condominio de dos habitaciones de 1240 pies cuadrados completamente actualizado lo espera en el Gated Sounthwinds con un balcón con vista a la exquisita arena blanca y la excepcional vista al mar de la sección más buscada de Non Drive-on en New Smyrna Beach.

El condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños tiene capacidad para seis personas y tiene todo lo que necesita para una estancia relajante. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size. El segundo dormitorio una reina con dos literas.

El Southwinds Paradise incluye piscina privada frente a la playa, zona de solárium con tumbonas, tejo, tenis y canchas de baloncesto. Tiene baños privados al aire libre y un área de parrilla al aire libre.

Condominio es actualizado e inmaculado, totalmente amueblado, incluyendo TV, DVD, Internet inalámbrico y lavadora y secadora. An excellent condo and we would gladly stay again in the future. This condo was perfect for our vacation. The beds were the most comfortable we've ever had in a rental. The condo was spotless, had a spacious, very well equipped kitchen with plenty of dishware, cookware, spices, garbage bags, and other key essentials. The beach views from the patio were wonderful. The beach was quiet and peaceful as we'd hoped and was not filled with normal spring break party crowds. The unit had beach chairs and toys and even a fishing rod which was great and unexpected although we'd brought our own to use. The pickleball, basketball, tennis courts, pool, and shuffleboard areas in the complex were immaculate and very enjoyable although all closed at dark. The entire complex felt very safe and had a friendly vibe. The only issue we encountered on our visit was that the advertised penthouse lounge with pool table, ping pong and great views was closed to the entire week we were onsite due to spring break. We were not made aware of this until we arrived on site. Unfortunately we had 4 of 7 unusually bad weather days (40-55 degrees & 30 MPH winds) which kept us off the beach and indoors and the lounge would have been nice on those days. Overall this was a fantastic condo and I very highly recommend it.

Thank you Robert for the wonderful review. I apologize regarding the Penthouse location being closed. My understanding is that Management closes it during Holiday Weekends due to past "Riff Raff" that has occurred during "Party Weeks" Hoping next time you get away you can have a week with good weather no matter where you go.

Best of all

The condo was the best we stayed in on the west coast and the east. We liked the whole complex well cared for and clean. The only cons we have was the lack of easy chairs to sit in. Also the lack on safety rails in the showers. We plan to come back next summer the same time after school starts, that is if we are still able to drive. Pattie is 92 and I am 90, we walk up stairs and avoid the lift. Ron

Must Stay Here

Unit 302 was everything we expected and more. It is updated with all the comforts of home. The owners are wonderful and respond immediately to any questions you have. The view is spectacular for watching sunsets. The property itself is very clean and the grounds are well maintained every day. The unit is well stocked and they even have beach umbrellas and chairs for you to use as well as fishing poles and boogie boards. We already brought our own beach items, but you don’t have to with this place. They also have large TV’s in both bedrooms and the living room. We would give this place more than 10 stars if we could.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful experience. The property was as nice, if not nicer than the pictures showed. The beach closet with boogie boards and skim boards was awesome and my boys (9yr old) had a blast playing in the ocean. The property was quiet and the area was a great location - we took a few day trips to other areas and this location was wonderful for that. We did remote schooling as well and worked with owner to get secure wifi and never had an issue getting knocked off while both boys did schoolwork. Would 100% go back.

Fun-filled family vacation!

The Southwind is perfect for any family; beach access & pool all combined! Unit #302 was spacious, clean, nice interior decor and the owner communicated very well during COVID-19! I'd absolutely rent this unit again!

Wonderful Vacation

The condo was perfect for my family. It was beautifully decorated and has a spectacular view of the beach and ocean. Southwind is great for a beach vacation especially if you have young children. I couldn’t recommend it enough!
