Host was very welcoming and quick to respond. Unit very clean, stocked well, tastefully furnished and decorated. Amazing view from balcony. Nice swimming pool and deck area. Great beach.

Amazing place to stay!

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. Very comfortable beds made it hard to miss home! There were plenty of tools in the kitchen for cooking. I would certainly not hesitate to book this condo again! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

I spent a month in this condo and it was fantastic! The host has thought of everything you might need, and all you might want. Beautiful decor and quality furnishings. Can't wait to vacation there again!

Great Stay...

We have been staying at this property for years but never in this unit... It is the best unit we have stayed in at Southwind to date! The renovations were so adorable - bright and airy! So clean and all the beds were so comfortable! A super week with all the comforts of home!

Beautiful, Clean, wonderful views and seamless checkin process :)

We come to the Southwind a few times a year and had the opportunity to stay in this newly renovated unit for the first time. The condo was beautiful and very clean. It had everything you needed without being cluttered. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be back again! Thank you for a wonderful stay! God Bless!

Fabulous oceanfront condo

The condo was very tastefully, decorated with shades of blue evoking, a feeling of peace and happiness. It was impeccably clean. Wonderful views from the patio. Very close drive to Cape Canaveral national seashore, with wonderful walks. I highly recommend this condo

The pictures don’t do this property justice. The view is amazing and the property is fantastic. Walk out the door and you are on the beach. Great pool, shuffleboard, pickelball and tennis. Common area on top floor was a hidden surprise. Would definitely stay here again. Fantastic host - can’t rate them high enough.

Delightful & Accommodating

My family had a delightful week in this New Smyrna Beach condo! The facility was so clean, accommodating and luxurious. The owners really thought of the guest experience when decorating and outfitting the space. The kitchen is very well-stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, there are plenty of beach chairs and accessories to make sure you enjoy your time by the water. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and well-stocked. We will definitely rent again! Amazing experience and highly recommend!

Sensational stay at Southwind

We have been going to New Smyrna for over 40 years and most of those stays have been at the Southwind. This unit was one of my favorites. Very well stocked and renovated with taste and thought for guests comfort. Just beautiful. Highly recommend. Thanks so much! Melissa

Beautiful updated and spacious NSB condo!

We have just finished a wonderful week at this beautiful condo on NSB. The place has been completely renovated from top to bottom with beautiful finishes and decor. The living space and bedrooms are cozy and comfy. The kitchen is wonderful and has everything one would need. But the very best part of all are the absolutely stunning views from the living room, mater bedroom and kitchen for the sunset! We will definitely be back!

NSB GETAWAY

We really enjoyed the unit. Clean, updated and well stocked with amenities. Few issues with the condo itself, one being the pool was not heated during February and we experienced some fire alarms that could have been rectified quicker. Overall really liked the unit and the location.

Highly Recommend!! WONDERFUL vacation!

This condo is one of the best we have ever rented! It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated (not a lot of clutter), had everything we needed (TV's in every room and they all worked, tupperware, dishes, bedding, etc.). The couches and beds were newer and very comfortable. Loved having access to the Penthouse with use of the pool table and ping pong table. Beautiful views from the balcony. And we loved the shades on the windows and slider. The owners were also very prompt with their responses to any questions we had. I could go on and on!

Immaculate Condo

I'm convinced that the owners of this condo must do a regular clean out as there is no build up of dirt or sand or clutter anywhere! This condo is stocked with all you need but not filled with a bunch of stuff you won't need. We loved having an electronic key pad so we didn't have to worry about keys. Owners were quick to respond to any questions and the views/amenities of the facility are beautiful. Loving having access to rooftop with ping pong and pool table for those rainy afternoons. TV's were easy to understand, beds were comfortable and showers were very clean (no mold which is rare for FL). We love this beach and this condo and highly recommend!

Best condo to date!

My brother and I have vacationed at Southwind for the last seven years and this was probably one of our favorites. The condo was obviously newly renovated and in immaculate condition. There were so many things we really enjoyed starting with the check in process. Using a code instead of picking up a key was so convenient. The bedding was very comfortable, the appliances were new and worked great, the balcony furniture was good quality, the tvs were large and the tile flooring made it so easy to clean. Another thing that didn't go unnoticed was there was plenty of cleaning supplies. We usually bring our own but didn't need to at this unit. If I had to list a negative it would be the lights were very bright. A dimmer would easily fix that. Otherwise, we really had no issues at all and would highly recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You can tell a lot of thought and care has been put into making this unit very accommodating for guests. Everything you need for a great beach vacation is here! Communication with the owner was better than we have experienced before in other places. We definitely will stay here again. Highly recommend!
