Welcome to The Sandcastle - Right at the heart of The Bay Filey Holiday Village (see below for more information). Ideal for larger families on a budget due to the sofa bed.

Enter into the hallway with access to the downstairs cloak / WC. Walk through into the large open plan lounge. dining room and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer etc.

Upstairs the property comprises of 1 king bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with a large family bathroom complete with bath and overhead shower,

Off the lounge area are french doors opening onto a private furnished patio, surrounded by large, shared garden and landscaped grounds.

Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).

We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy house is ideal for breaks all year round.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

Lovely accommodation

Lovely house with all you need for self catering. The house was spotless on arrival, would definitely book again if we ever want to stay in the area again.

A lovely weeks stay

We had a lovely week at the Ssndcastle. Great location, clean, well equipped. Communication was great from the owners too. Would definitely recommend and stay again too, thank you so much Jenny and family

Wonderful place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sandcastle! The property is beautiful, super clean and so spacious. We visited with two young children and having a travel cot, high chair and baby gates available was so helpful. It’s in the perfect location too, close to all of the amenities on site! Amazing communication from Anchor Holidays too before and after. We will definitely be back!

lovely break

we had a good stay at the sandcastle we had to report problems with the heating and water twice but put right, the house was in a great place on the site for the pools beach and pub which we use and found clean and staff freindly i would like to see bookets on washer microwave , dishwashers as not used these before , , i will stay here again .

A nice weekend break

We have used ABH before and there systems/process is excellent and easy to follow which makes the break more enjoyable.The cottage is in a great location close to all the amenities and was ideal for couples or a small family. A small wish would be facility for a BBQ stand which is available on other properties other than that everything was great thank you and we look forward to using you again

Can't fault anything from start to finish there was excellent communication and guidance from AB holidays with details on how to enjoy the sandcastle, perfect spot with ample nearby spots for parking. Great facilities on site, didn't use the gym or pool on this visit as recently broke my wrist so had an arm cast on. Luckily my sister and her family were in a close by house and supported me and my daughter with transport and daily outings. Lovely weather which always helps. Beds were very comfortable and everywhere clean and fresh. Good facilities in the kitchen, dining chairs were slightly uncomfortable as have lost there padding overtime. Overall a fantastic place to stay and will definitely look at returning to The Bay.

Lovely break near the all amenities, would definitely book again. Service from anchor was excellent

Location excellent, especially having the table tennis through the patio doors, my grandson loved it. Lovely touch with the welcome box. Overall a good stay and I would book again. Instructions on the microwave and washing machine would have been helpful. Also quick response via text when I had a query. Thank you

Will highly recommend

Our three person family stay at The Sandcastle holiday home was the first time we had ever stayed at The Bay, and we absolutely loved it. We do not live that far away, but we wanted a relaxing few days somewhere different. The Sandcastle was perfect, a lovely, well equipped, comfortable little house with nice furnishings and decor, and with everything we needed, it felt just like home. The place was spotlessly clean, the beds lovely and comfortable and considering how close we were to the bar, there was no noise at all late at night.
