Primrose Cottage, refurbished in 2023 is a two-bedroom seaside home located in the heart of Teignmouth, less than a minute’s walk from the beach, promenade, train station and Southwest Coastal Path. The holiday home feels stylish, bright and homely, the perfect base for a family or a group of friends looking for a relaxing coastal holiday.

As you enter the cottage, you will head into the cosy living and dining area which is comfortably furnished with plenty of seating, a table and chairs, Smart TV with Freeview and a sofa bed which can be set up to accommodate two guests if requested. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to prepare a home-cooked meal and this leads to the modern shower room. The private garden at the back of the property is a real suntrap and has been lovingly set up for guests to enjoy with a patio area. Head upstairs to discover the two beautifully furnished bedrooms, the first with a kingsize bed and the second with twin beds.

When you are ready to escape the charm of this property, you will be spoilt for choice with breathtaking scenery to explore. The train offers easy accessibility to the beautiful city of Exeter, home to an architecturally intricate cathedral and unique shops. Just a short car journey from Teignmouth is Dartmoor National Park with tors, historical sites and ancient woodlands to explore. Teignmouth is also linked to the moors by the Templar Way, an 18-mile walking route, which traces the journey that Haytor granite would historically make when exported from Dartmoor.
