Vivenda dos Arcos is a fully renovated traditional three-bedroom villa with a private pool, heated for an additional fee, located near the charming and picturesque town of Carvoeiro and just a short distance from the beautiful Carvoeiro Beach and a selection of bars and restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are included in the price. Rooftop ocean view.

The open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen are modern and bright, furnished with two comfortable sofas, a dining table that seats six, an air conditioning unit, a flat-screen Smart TV showing international cable channels, including some English-language channels (bring your own login credentials to enjoy Netflix, etc.).

The kitchen features a breakfast bar with four stools, a full-size refrigerator, a freezer, a range hood, a toaster, an electric kettle, an electric oven and grill, and four electric burners. The patio doors open onto the garden. The washing machine, iron, and ironing board are located in a closet behind the front door.

This villa accommodates up to 7 people, using the main bedrooms that sleep 6 plus one extra person on the sofa bed in the living room. The first bedroom has twin bunk beds and split-system air conditioning. The second bedroom is a double bedroom with split-system air conditioning, a clothes rack, a dresser, and nightstands. Both bedrooms, one and two, share a bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom is a double room with large built-in wardrobes, split-system air conditioning, and an adjacent bathroom with a shower.

The patio next to the kitchen has a table that seats six people and a gas grill. On the first-floor terrace, you can enjoy a fabulous ocean view, a charcoal grill, and a food preparation area with a sink, a large marble dining table that seats eight, two umbrellas for shade, and comfortable sofas and chairs for relaxing and reading a good book. The pool measures approximately 6 m x 3.5 m and is surrounded by mature plants and shrubs; it can be heated for an additional fee. There is also a dining table and chairs for six people, as well as six lounge chairs to enjoy the Algarve sun.
