Centrally located in Holmes Beach, this elevated two bedroom/two bath half duplex is the perfect retreat! It has its own private heated salt water pool and outdoor BBQ area with gas grill! The beach is a short 2 1/2 blocks away. Beach chairs, umbrellas and a cart are provided. Just load up and go! There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after your trips to the beach.

Updated throughout and furnished in bright, coastal colors, you will feel right at home here for your beach getaway. Inside the house has a split plan with a king sized bedroom and a second bedroom with a queen size bed. For additional accommodations, there is a queen sleeper sofa to sleep up to 6 people comfortably.

A few of the many features included are stainless appliances, flat screen TV, plantation shutters, AC, and WIFI. There is also a one car garage with a Ping Pong Table and Corn Hole! There is even a video game console to keep the kids (or kids at heart) entertained. Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee pot provided.

The trolley stop is conveniently located just down the street, where you can hop on the free trolley and go the length of the island to all of your favorite shops and restaurants!

This house can also be rented together with it's sister property next door for the ultimate family vacation pad!

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

PET POLICY:

We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs total for 1 pet or 120 lbs for 2 pets.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
