No permitimos fiestas de ningún tipo en esta casa. Somos muy estrictos con el ruido. No se devolverá el depósito de seguridad si se viola la ordenanza de ruido. El contrato es la única advertencia de ruido, la segunda infracción resultará en el desalojo de la casa.
No se puede fumar en o en esta propiedad en absoluto.

1. Según las normas del condado: NO se permiten bodas de ningún tipo o tamaño, en la propiedad o en la casa. Se cerrará de inmediato, perderá el depósito de seguridad y estará sujeto a más multas.
2. Solo se permiten 14 personas en cualquier momento en la casa. Esto incluye cualquier cena o reunión que pueda tener.
3. Aparcamiento: 5 coches permitidos en casa a cualquier hora. No hay estacionamiento en la calle por condado y normas de seguridad contra incendios. La falta de cumplimiento dará lugar a la pérdida del depósito de seguridad. No hay autobuses o vehículos recreativos de ningún tipo.

En la planta baja hay una sala de estar completa con una gran pantalla de TV y un reproductor de DVD de Blu-ray, una hermosa mesa de billar, una sauna seca, un gran spa interior y un bar integrado como ningún otro. Hay televisores montados en la pared en el dormitorio principal y otros dos dormitorios, así como televisores en la sala de estar de arriba y en la cocina / comedor. El dormitorio principal y el salón de arriba también están equipados con reproductores de DVD Blu-ray. Muy bien amueblado con cómodos colchones en las cinco habitaciones. 3 chimeneas (gas, electricidad y madera). Hay 2 cubiertas para disfrutar, una barbacoa en la planta baja. Estás a minutos de la zona del casino y de las laderas de la estación de esquí Heavenly. Rutas de senderismo en la zona del barrio ... millares de senderos al bosque y Cave Rock. Visite el lago alpino más grande de América y explore las aguas azul zafiro del lago Tahoe.

The house was perfect for our family. My kids loved the card tables and indoor hot tub. The kitchen was great for cooking. The views were a very welcome surprise that we didnt realize from the photos, and we really enjoyed watching the sunset. The house is really well located to get to amazing hikes, beaches and both South Lake Tahoe amd Incline Village. The host was also very responsive.

We had a great stay! The kids had a blast in the sauna. Also, the pool table came in very handy for entertainment. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need as far as appliances plenty of plates cups, spoons knives, mixing bowls everything definitely would recommend this place to others, and we will more than likely book this location again,sometime in the future as well

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great! The big windows made it hot in the afternoons. But thankfully the downstairs or the balconies were cooler. The hot water would get cooler several times. And someone came to look at the heater. But it still it later. But everyone was quick to respond.

A Lovely House with "Room to Roam!"

We are 8 women who have spent a weekend a year away together for the past 34 years. COVID shut down our annual trips together for the past 6 years. This was our reunion trip. I want to begin this review about our host/property manager, Dylan! He was "OUTSTANDING!" Our first night, we contacted him with so many questions about the house. Dylan responded to every single question within minutes. He was also quick to respond to our concerns re: the gas fireplace not working. He came out to fix it within "OUR" time frame. He is a gem and World Class Property Mgmt is LUCKY to have him on board! Re: the house, cleanliness was near perfect.That said, some of the towels had a few stains. The kitchen towels were a bit worn but clean. A few (very few) dishes needed a bit rewashing. Otherwise, the house was "super clean". The check in instructions were great, but I suggest to World Class a 48 hour notice. My travel time to get there began before the 24 hour email arrived. My only other concern is that I did not receive the "check out" instructions 24 hours before. They came in 12 hours before. Us ladies always like to get everything done that we can get done the night before check out. Overall, we absolutely LOVED our stay! We remained at this beautiful house for the "ENTIRE" stay (mostly outside on the top deck). We only left the house once to go out to dinner Friday. Simply said, we had a wonderful time and I would recommend this house to anyone heading to Tahoe!

Wonderful home, everything we expected.

The house is exactly as stated in the listing. Great amenities, close to state line and lake. Host communicated promptly. Everything we expected!

Would Not Recommend

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While there were some positives to the home, overall our family was disappointed in what we experienced during our stay.The pros were that the main living room was spacious, the views were beautiful, and the beds were comfortable.The cons were the mold, mildew, smoke, and sewer smell that overtook the entire home. The house was not very clean upon arrival, thick dust covering several surfaces. The kitchen was lacking basic necessities that required us to make multiple trips to the store to cook and clean up. The heating and AC was lacking which during the day had us over heating and at night we were cold. The main issue came half way during our stay there was a sewage backup downstairs which came up through the shower while a guest was using it. We then noticed all the showers started backing up and not draining. After reporting the issue management sent a plumbing team out and they told us the downstairs was unusable and to not run any water downstairs. This meant not having access to the bathroom or hot tub. Overall the home is outdated and has several issues that should be attended to before this home is livable. Managements reply to our concerns was to offer us a free nights stay for a future booking but we do not see ourselves doing that. It's unprofessional to not reimburse part of our payment due to these issues.It's important to note half our family became very ill on this trip during and post. We are concerned there are greater issues going on beyond what we could see.While we made the most of it, overall we would not recommend a stay at this property.

Not that great

The property is in an excellent location and very close to the beach but that’s about it. From the day we arrived our WiFi was touch and go. It was really bad and some of us were supposed to work from home and weren’t able to. Then we all took cold showers. The following day the water shut off at the house which delayed our boat reservation. Then property management company promptly responded and turned it back on. The following day on check out it turned off again and delayed our check out. All of these things just dampened our experience we got a discount on the puppetry but I think our whole stay should have been refunded after 2 days of waking up with no water. Also the property felt dusty overall and needed a nice deep clean

The living room was a bit warm in the afternoons, but with the windows open, there was generally a nice breeze. The mattresses need to be updated and the jacuzzi did not work. Lots of comfortable seating in the living area and plenty of room to all eat together. Parking was great too and the location was very convenient.

A Mixed Bag

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great location if you’re looking to be out of the hustle bustle yet still close to Stateline. The house is amazing as far as accommodating large families, and has so much to offer on the lower level. Full kitchen, TV/family room, full bar area/ poker table, pool table, indoor spa, sauna and shower. However, the entire downstairs has a very musty/moldy odor, that hits you like a ton of bricks when you enter through the garage (the easiest access to the home). Upstairs has a large living room with floor to ceiling windows (with shades that do not block the sun or heat), connected to a dining room with a greenhouse type glass ceiling and walls. It was in the 80’s the week we were there and the heat made the 2 rooms unbearable/ unusable even with the 3 fans they provide going full blast. Everyone’s main complaint was the poor condition of the furniture (chairs with loose back and broken arms, torn upholstery) and the beds. I did mention to the property manager after the stay that the sheets were ill-fitting, yellowed and stained, and that the beds were very broken down. He said he would look into it. Most beds had some type of topper on them to disguise the saggy mattresses but they too were old and bunched up. Reviews from several years ago made the same complaints but the more recent reviews were pretty good so I booked this home, thinking that they had addressed to bed issues. This is a nice house but it definitely needs some TLC.

Great location and that’s about it

The house was dirty. You can tell it hadn’t been dusted in an a very long time. The downstairs bathroom floor had dirt and hair in the corners, kitchen was full of finger prints and crumbs on the counter. Carpets were also full of crumbs not vacuumed. The house needs some attention. Carpets and furniture is stained, walls are scuffed, and the water pipes make a. Wet loud banging noise everytime a toilet flushed. When I say loud, I mean it wakes you up. Wi-Fi didn’t work downstairs at all. We tried to contact the property manager but received no response yet. The checkout instructions weren’t sent to us until 10:30 pm the night before. With the bad internet, we didn’t get them until after we left. Overall, this property is poor. I know they make enough money off of it that some of these issues could be taken care of if someone would simply pay attention to them. I’m seeing a review from four months ago with the same complaint on cleanliness but apparently management doesn’t care to improve.

Breathe Taking Views

Our family ages 60 all the way down to 6 enjoyed every aspect of this home. Our family of 10, 4 adults and 6 kids loved playing pool and hanging in the hot tub! Kitchen is fully stocked, we had a full Christmas dinner! The views are absolutely amazing and so close to Tahoe! We will definitely be booking next year!!

Dirty and Dusty

The house was dirty. The kitchen sink was dirty, coffee pot was dirty, outside of kitchen garbage can was filthy. There was a pan in the cupboard that still had food stuck to it. No kitchen towels, had to use bathroom towels which left us short in bathrooms. The whole place was dusty and just not clean. Someone needs to check up on the cleaning crew cause it was not good.

Spacious but...

The house was spacious which is what we wanted. There was plenty of living area for entertainment. However, the pictures were much nicer than the actual property. We were fooled. The house was not well taken care of. It is outdated and old. The beds need replacing and were uncomfortable. The towels were badly stained and were nasty. If you stay here, bring your own sheets and towels.
