¿Cómo suena una casa relajante en el sur del área de Cape Coral para una estadía de vacaciones? Esta es una casa limpia, fresca y cómoda. No te decepcionará. El precio refleja que somos nuevos en el mercado. Esta casa tiene acceso directo a minutos del Golfo de México, ubicado en el sur del área de Cape Coral. Cuenta con una gran piscina, un muelle para pescar y hermosos paisajes. La playa pública cercana tiene un lanzamiento de botes para que pueda mantener su bote en la casa del canal. Hay todos los muebles nuevos y es un plano de planta abierto, fresco y limpio. Tres dormitorios (king, queen y queen), tres baños completos, sala de estar grande, sala de Florida, tres grandes puertas corredizas de vidrio que se abren a la piscina, cocina totalmente equipada y agradable lavadero. Hay un solo garaje para almacenamiento y dos bicicletas disponibles.
Muy cómodo para seis personas. Peatonal amigable con aceras que conducen a restaurantes, tiendas y la playa pública a una milla de distancia. Recién decorado y confortable para relajarse y disfrutar de todas las actividades cercanas. El tercer baño está al lado de la piscina, la parrilla está disponible, junto con muchos asientos al aire libre en la terraza cerrada. Hay muchos restaurantes maravillosos en el área a 5 millas. Esta casa está a muy poca distancia del río Caloosahatchee y el Golfo de México.

This is the second time we were able to stay here and it did not disappoint. Beautiful home, near the beach for relaxing walks and the pool area is just fantastic. We spent all of our time in the pool or outside relaxing. Perfect relaxing vacation to reset for the new year. House has everything you could possibly need. Just wonderful.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful visit! Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities! You can dock your boat, swim and grill out. Very family friendly and great communication with the property owner. You won’t be disappointed!

You won’t be disappointed!

The owner, Cheri was great communicating throughout our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, easy to find and very accommodating for families. Close to the beach, restaurants, and on the water so you can rent a boat nearby. The pool and outside lanai area was comfortable and great for families to relax. Our family had a great time!

Just Perfect

Great house with everything you could ever need. Great host who was super responsive and so nice and helpful with queries. We loved the house, furnishings, amenities, and pool which was stunning and there was so much pool furniture. Fans in all the rooms and AC kept everyone comfortable. Convenient and comfortable home away from home

This was our first trip to Cape Coral. The house and pool were awesome. We couldn’t have asked for better. Everything was clean and tidy, the pool was huge and the space by the canal was fun to hang out and have a glass of wine at night. Good communication by the owner. Great experience!

Great house and great location!

Cheri, the owner, was amazing to work with! Since we were kind of locked down because of COVID 19, we spent lots of time at the house and in the pool. Did lots of cooking and never were wanting for anything! Super cute house and very well appointed! Will definitely rent it again next time and telling all my friends and family!!

Felt like home

Perfect place for us to stay for a few weeks. It has everything you need for a great stay. Large pool area with different areas to sit and enjoy the view. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including an air fryer. House is very comfortable with nice sized rooms. Property is near restaurants, services and Cape Coral beach. Cheri was great to work with, responded quickly and very helpful. We will definitely return.

4th of July family visit

We booked this house last minute because our other accommodations fell through. The host was very timely in responding to any messages sent. The house was comfy and very clean, with modern updates. My older children really enjoyed the pool and having their own room. The beds were comfortable and location perfect, close to Ft.Myers and Sanibel. Lastly, the hosts are dog friendly, and we appreciated having a place where we could stay with our dogs. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat. It didn’t disappoint!

Paradise!

I stayed here with my husband and 2 children, 14 and 11, while also visiting my sister who is a Cape Coral local. The property is FABULOUS! Everything was beautiful and well thought out. We loved the pool and fishing on the canal! The kitchen and baths were complete with just what we needed. We were close to everything, in a great neighborhood! Cheri was easy to communicate with through the entire process and even invited us to check in early if we arrived in town earlier! Can't wait to return to Cape Coral, and hopefully stay in this superb property again!

Paradise House

Loved this property. It immediately felt like home. What a lovely pool and outdoor area to enjoy and relax. Our boys 9&3 absolutely had a ball! Our 9 yr old named the house the paradise house. My husband and boys fished off the dock daily, loved every moment! Location fabulous! I could walk to the beach daily, wonderful neighborhood to walk the dogs and just enjoy. We loved spending time at the beach, going to the boathouse then being home in a few minutes. Cannot wait to come back to stay at this property again!

February Sunshine Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The house is somewhat updated, nicely decorated and very well equipped with everything you need! Great location...close to the yacht club....we walked to the pier everyday. Cheri was responsive to any questions that we had, but we really didn’t have any issues. The only drawback is the fact the pool was not heated so we didn’t get to use it much. They are updating the pool area in March so maybe that will change in the future.

The patio is being enlarged with more shaded area, additional furniture and a new pool cage. It will likely include heat being added to the pool. It is a major investment with great improvement.

Perfect Home Away From Home

This property was a phenomenal fit for our family of five. The bedrooms are a perfect size, the lounge and florida room were relaxing, and the outside lanai/pool was perfect. What stood out most for us was: 1) the cleanliness of the property, it felt like we were the first guests to stay there; 2) the attention to detail that Cheri has clearly put into the property; 3) the property has all items you could possibly need from BBQ tools, Bottle openers, Tupperware to beach umbrellas and bicycles (we basically did not want for anything); 4) the location. It was a short walk to the local yacht club beach, but also Fort Meyers and Sanibel Island were a short ride away; and 5) Cheri was super helpful both before and during our stay. She was quick to respond to our questions and provided some great local information, particularly with regard to the pandemic and our concerns. The only thing we would change was to have been able to extend our stay hahahaha! We will for sure be back to enjoy this wonderful home-away-from-home!! THANK YOU :-)

Had everything we needed/wanted

What a perfect house for vacationing. We stayed for two weeks. House is warm, inviting, clean and bright. Responsive owners who have anticipated our every need with kitchen supplies, toiletries, towels, etc. Weather was chilly; pool not heated so we couldn’t use it, but it was pretty. The canal’s scenery is beautiful. There are three bedrooms, but the kitchen table seats only four people. Front doors need oil. Beds were very comfortable. A heat source out back for cold nights would be appreciated. The beach is walking distance, plus the cul-de-sac streets facilitate speed walk exercise. My husband and I would definitely rent again. Our guests seemed to love it too. I cooked a lot, did not feel the need to go out for dinner. Very functional kitchen. Recommend Fish Tale Grill for awesome seafood at home.

Coronado Arches…the best place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! We spent most of our time outside by the pool. Plenty of seating, an outdoor tv, sound system, and bathroom. We explored Cape Coral by bike and really enjoyed the easy access of bike trails. Great location for restaurants and beach. Cheri is an excellent host! Thanks for a relaxing vacation in the Florida sunshine!

Great Vacation Spot

Loved this cozy and inviting home. The pool was great, and all the amenities were as advertised. Whole-heartedly recommend this property and host!

We purchased the home winter of 2019. It has been completely renovated and updated. We love the area of South Cape Coral and continue to spend more of our time here. We bought the home to enjoy and to also make it available for those who want to experience Cape Coral. It's a perfect family get away.
