Great location walkable to all the sites and fantastic restaurants right at your doorstep. Host was terrific and very helpful. It was nice having a washing machine. Rooms were the most spacious in our travels. Chris from Canada

Great place to stay in a walkable neighborhood. Host is very responsive in a timely manner. Apartment was clean, well appointed, close to SMN train station, and many Firenze tour sites, restaurants & shops are nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Florence. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the city center, restaurants, shops, and major attractions. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again on our next visit to Florence. Highly recommended!

This was by far the most unfortunate experience we have ever had with a host. This host was incredibly rude, confrontational with my older mother who has challenges with using technology and made us feel very unwelcome. We arrived approximately 30 minutes prior to our check in time (we had been traveling for 24 hours and did not realize we were early) and the cleaning crew arrived at the same time and let us in. One of the cleaners was very ill and was vomiting on the floor of the hallway, attempting to clean the kitchen and handling the linens we were to sleep on. The host accused us of being difficult with the cleaning staff, but mostly we were VERY concerned about the cleaner vomiting all over the hallway and being allowed to clean our unit. It was very upsetting. We have always had really great experiences with VRBO, but this experience will likely result in us no longer using this VRBO. I cannot stress enough how rude and confrontational this host was with my elderly mother, it was very upsetting to witness and the situation felt unsafe from an infectious disease/illness perspective.

Fantastic location, secure, spacious flat close to everything. Two generous bedrooms and bathrooms, living space & kitchen. Lifts to the flat was a welcome bonus after walking all day in beautiful Florence. The small green grocer/gourmet shop nearby was perfect - they made us hors d’oevres several nights to enjoy in the flat with the windows open and the sun streaming in. Communications with the landlord were easy and direct and the instructions for everything from trash removal to great bars and restaurants were provided. We’d definitely come back and stay.

No paper towel no toilet paper no soap in kitchen. No clothes soap the place was not prepared. We bought toilet tissue and paper towels. No water for arrival. More tender care for arrivals.

I’m very sorry the stay was not to your liking, but i have to precise a couple of things: there were 8 rolls of toilet paper(4 in each bathroom); we gave you a kitchen cloth, not paper towels, to be used for the kitchen; In the cabinet under the sync there is always dish soap and also tabs for the dishwasher; the fact that you complained for not finding water, honestly made me smile a little - tap water in florence is good to drink, and as we’re in Florence, Tuscany, i left you a complimentary bottle of Chianti…sorry was not for your liking, next time I’ll try to do better

Great location in Florence

We had a great stay in Florence, and having everything within walking distance to/from our accommodation was really helpful. The accommodation instructions and information provided by Gabriel were fantastic and the apartment was comfortable. A helpful tip for guests: the external recycling/organic bins are located in the piazza (turn left from the property and then turn right).

Fantastic Florence flat

Great apartment right in the heart of Florence. The apartment has been completely refinished and is quite modern and bright. The shower in the second bathroom is a bit tight, but space is tight everywhere in Florence. The host Gabriel was fantastic. Allowed us to drop our luggage off early and gave us plenty of great suggestions as to where to go and where best to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
