Great place to stay!

It was bigger than expected and we really enjoyed staying here. Perfect location across from the beach and right on the outside of PCB. Will be booking here the next time we go on vacation!

Great Location

We had a wonderful time on our ladies trip. The location was absolutely perfect. The condo is located in an older building, but the property is very well maintained. Parking was easy. The pool was nice, clean, and very much appreciated after a long day on the beach. The condo interior is dated, but nice. The kitchen is stocked with the basics. We had everything we needed to cook, but no ice maker. The beds were very comfortable. We would have loved an extra blanket. Overall, this was a great condo and we would stay again.

EXCELLENT LOCATION

This is a great property, roomy, quaint, and the best location. The televisions need an upgrade in size and streaming. Most people do not watch cable or satellite tv anymore. That's the only issue I had with this place.

Fabulous Laguna Beach property

Another wonderful stay. The property and gardens are beautifully maintained, and the pool is impeccable—clean, peaceful, and inviting. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. While some might mention that it’s an older unit with a few dated features, we didn’t find that to be an issue at all. Everything was functional and well-kept.There are no elevators, just stairs, which might be a consideration for some. But if you can manage carrying your things up a flight or two, the beachfront view more than makes up for it.Overall, a great stay once again. We look forward to coming back!

As advertised and even better! The beach is right there. Great view! Pool was great! The grocery next door was wonderful. Vaca even provided towels, wash cloths, soap for a couple rounds of clothes and dish washing. Very happy and will rebook!!

Mold at the air vents and on the shower curtain. Questionable stains on the bed spread. Stains all over the couch. Break in at a condo while I was there and I was told this was not the first time a break in had happened in this condo complex. Very scary

Great view, cheap condo.

Rented this unit for the second time. Love the view, but issues with appliances working on both visits. We did not have a fridge or freezer that cooled more than a lunch bag with a melting ice pack. WiFi connected but did not work. TVs only work on the channel they were on. The place is OK, but expect some appliance to fail. Management offered reimbursement but it’s been 2 weeks and still no resolution. Beware.

Fall Vacay

Our family had a great time. Love the location of this condo! Be prepared to be uncomfortable though. The furniture was not cozy at all and also be prepared to buy a lot of things for the condo like hand soap, trash bags, Lysol wipes, mattresse foam pads for beds for comfort so you can sleep and blankets and sheets. Yes I said blankets and sheets. The ones they offer are scratchy and very thin. We had to buy all this and more to be comfortable in this condo BUT the cleanliness was okay other than the old furniture and the dryer works great! Also might want to invest in bigger tvs for the vacationers like us who come in the fall but still love to watch football;) Oh and beware the grocery store next door is waaay over priced on something’s so I would grab all your things at Walmart down the road;)

Bad!!!!!

Well first of all the dryer did not work and they didn’t let us know after we washed clothes and refegratior leaked water everywhere we had ants everywhere ! We ended up leaving early because of all this and we had to sit wait on people come fix things and look at things when we had plans and ask for a little refund but no one has ever called r spoke with us on that! I would not recommend staying here at all bc they don’t keep their word and what they claim they have they don’t!!!

Good location but bad housekeeping

Our reservation was for 6 people. The room was only stocked with a 3/4 roll of toilet paper. The bed in the master bedroom did not have a flat sheet (only a fitted sheet and bedspread) the upstairs bed had fitted and flat sheets and one blanket. There were no other linens for the pullout bed. The cable in the living room did not work. I called the property manager and about 16 hours later someone brought more supplies and fixed the cable. The ceiling fans and the furniture were thick with dust. The downstairs tub and upstairs sink had slow drains. The complex was very convenient to area attractions and had easy beach access across the street.

Needs Attention

While I love Emerald Shores the convince of getting to the beach and the location. The unit (3006) we stayed in was clean although it needs a bit more thought out cleaning done. The light fixtures are dirty with cob webs, the drapes are nasty, the stove is in need of a good clean to remove the grease from it. The furnishings desperately need to be updated! Not enough batteries for the remote. You have to constantly remove batteries to use the remote. Bedroom tv didn’t even work. There’s not even a dust ruffle on the beds! One of the kitchen chairs you can not even sit in . Owners definitely need to do a major overhaul and bring this unit up to date!

Awesome View!!

This place has an amazing view. Very nice that there is wonderful convenience & Liquor store right next door. They leave you with a lot of starter amenities for you to start off you your trip. It was great. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, great price

We enjoyed our time at Emerald Shores. The condo, while a little dated, has a great location just across the street from a quiet beach. The pool would be a nice feature, but it was a little early in the season. This is a great location and a good space at this price point.

Beautiful view of the Gulf.

Pictures pretty much are exactly what we found at location. Unit is dated, I really felt carpet needed to be replaced as I felt it had not been cleaned in sometime, I could be wrong and it was just aged. Kitchen has everything you need including toaster and blender. The balcony was our favorite as we just had a wonderful view of the Gulf. Loved that we were next door to a small grocery store with a wine/liquor store and a small boutique. Also just a short walk to Thomas Donuts… trust me, you want to go there in the morning and evening for ice cream. We did have a problem our first few days as the air wasn’t working. We had a great time, and for the price of the unit, I would never complain.

Best I have found so far

I love the Laguna Beach area and this trip was perfect. It was Thunder Beach, but it was not crowded on this end. Only a few people were in the other condos but we manage to befriend everyone.. The view from this place is fantastic.. It has everything you need to cook and a grocery store right next door. The only issue we had was no can opener that worked (we borrowed from the neighbors), the dishwasher would never stop. I had to stop it after two hours and hand dry everything. No batteries in the tv remotes (not a biggie), but the Wifi only worked for my laptop, everything else I had to run off my hotspot. Overall this place was great. Will definitely be back. Vacasa was excellent in their communications with us before and during our stay.

Nice, quiet, economical stay

The place was overall quite nice for what I paid in late September. It has everything you need for a few days or a week with some considerations in mind. It has a washer and dryer but the dryer doesn’t work very well at all. For example, you can’t dry more than 3 towels at a time and it takes about 2-3 hours. If you’re patient and don’t have much laundry to do, it’ll work for you. It was missing some basic kitchen items like a blender so we bought one and left it (you’re welcome to whoever comes next :) ). The TV is pretty basic, has cable, but not a smart TV. Didn’t really bother us cause hey, we’re at the beach! The Wi-Fi works but is sort of crummy. Didn’t really bother us but if you need to do business it’d be a problem. Definitely a quirky little place but everything was comfortable and the view was great! You’re across the street from the beach but there is nothing blocking your view in front of you as it is a public beach (also not very crowded for that reason as compared to staying in the high rises)! It also has a pool. No community grill though which was sort of disappointing. Nonetheless, it really was a great place to stay for a nice quite vacation for the money.

Ok

Ice maker did not work when we got there, plug in master bathroom did not work, had to go somewhere else to dry your hair. Ice maker was repaired on Thursday, electrical plug in bathroom was not. A little disappointing for what I paid. Floor from the kitchen counter sagging.

Overall the inside of the condo was clean and beds were comfortable. A few things could stand to be updated like the TV in the living room.
