The unit was exactly as pictured and Lonnie was a wonderful host! The kitchen is fully stocked, there were several beach chairs, an umbrella and plenty of toiletries. We had a great time!

Great stay- Lonnie was awesome and room was ready and clean when we got there. Easy check in and conveniently located. I don’t know why I expected a hair dryer but that was the only thing I felt was missing.

Wonderful room and experience

We loved the condo. Great view. Great location.

The location is perfect. You can walk to so many restaurants, Buddy's Seafood Market (which is awsome), the Pier, Dusty's Oyster Bar (fun place - excellent oysters), etc....The condo is clean, wonderful view. I love the balcony. A great spot to relax, and enjoy the sunshine. We're hoping to come back next year!

Owner was amazing! Responded very quickly with any issues we had (which was very few). Room was clean. Great being on the second floor. Only issue was it being right in front of the elevator. It can be loud at night. Otherwise a great room and location.

Loved the second floor

This property was great. Especially loved being on the second floor with the sky bridge and easy access to the ground floor. Room had beach chairs, umbrella and all the cooking supplies you could need. Owner was super easy to get ahold of and take care of any needs. We didn’t have much issues with the elevator traffic as talked about before, but not sure if it was just the time of year we went down. Wouks definitely stay here again in the future.

This was the most precise description of any rental we have stayed at. Beautiful beach view. Easy access. Friendly personnel. The absolute cleanest condo. All amenities functional and just what our family needed ❤️ Lonnie was so kind, helpful and very patient with all of my inquiries and concerns. Our expectations were exceeded. Beautiful!

the condo is nice, the view is immaculate. check in is easy. very kid friendly as well. we always just took the stairs indeed of the elevator, sometimes it was a long wait. also, condo is right in front of the elevator so during check in it got a little crowded in front of the door but that's alright! overall property and the owner were fantastic.

This condo was clean and convenient being on the second floor. I've never had a host reach out to me making sure everything was in order. He was friendly, courteous and quick to respond. I've stayed at Tidewater for years and this unit is by far the best. Thanks Donnie

Perfect Location

Condo is located on the second floor which happens to be the perfect location. The second floor is where you check in and the floor where the walkway over to the parking garage is located. The view of the beach from the room is beautiful. Condo has a new washer and dryer (much needed for a family with kids) Kitchen was well equipped. Had a slight issue with the condo being cleaned upon arrival but the host (Lonnie) stayed in touch and got the cleaners there right away and made it right with us as far as cleaning fees. That speaks volumes for me. Can’t wait to come stay again!!

Not clean!

Condo was not clean when arrived then cleaner was called to come and was still poorly cleaned after. Fans were full of dust, floor was fithys under chairs counter tops were dirty, windows were dirty. Owner was nice but needs a new cleaning service.

Room with a view

When we arrived at our destination and walked in the condo the view literally took your breath away. Absolutely beautiful. However the condo wasn't clean. I had to clean both showers because they were so dirty. Also the kitchen counters and stove were gross. And there was dust everywhere. I think the owner should make a surprise visit and take a look for himself since all he talked about was us leaving by 9 so the cleaning crew could get in there and clean for the next guests. I would love to say that I'd use him again but I don't think I will.

Never again

The owner did not send me a room number so I could not rent a luggage cart or check in until I received the information. The entryway had what appeared to be vomit on the wall as soon as we walked in, there was feces smeared on the bathroom cabinet, the shower had not been cleaned. Not a single replacement trash bag in the condo, a single dishes tablet, no dish soap, we got 1 roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper for the whole week. I had to go buy everything! I have never booked a week with nothing in the kitchen other than silverware and dishes.

Location was close to everything

Tidewater has lots of amenities! Outdoor pools were cold in March, but indoor pool was warm. Highly recommend!

Good clean condo, the only negative is the owner would not let us control the thermostat.he ran it from his phone which was very inconvenient. We will never stay there again.

I grew up coming to Panama City Beach as a child and continued as an adult. I have had many great trips to the beach here and hope to make your stay as memorable. I bought this unit 206 at Tidewater Beach Resort because of the white sand beach, beautiful sunsets daily and that My Condo is directly on the Beach. A few steps out the door and your toes are in the sand. The amities here are second to none. This is one of the newest condo's on the beach. From the whitest sands in the world to the magnificent sunsets, Panama City Beach is Paradise!! Enjoy with me

From the 2nd floor where you roll your cart straight from the garage without having to get on an elevator or even use the stairs, straight to your room.The views of the gorgeous sunsets, the amenities, so u could stay at the condo the whole time and not have to leave if you do not want to. 25 Restaurants and shopping at Pier Park within walking distance, and an International Airport to top it off.
