The condo, beach and surrounding shops were great!Owner was very responsive and nice.The stairs going to the beach needs attention but other than that it was great.

This condo is the place to stay if you are visiting Panama City Beach! It’s very homey, comfortable, with an Oceanside view that’s just down stairs and out to the boardwalk. If we visit PCB again this I where my family will be staying and we highly recommend it to anyone. Sladjana, the owner is so nice and friendly she’ll answer any question you may have and responds in a timely manner. Fantastic week

This was the 2nd time we've stayed in this unit. We really enjoy it. Altavista isbquiet and has mostly families staying at it. It is a great location as well. Thanks again!

Aquavista Resort

The unit was as advertised and clean. The balcony, and being on the 6th floor was incredible. Spent a lot of time out there. Communication with the owner was amazing. Our only complaints are with the complex/resort. Suppose to have a hot tub, but that was out of order and under major construction. Would have been nice to know that, since I made a point to pick a place that included a hot tub. The complex/resort in general just seemed outdated and needs freshened up some. All in all we had a great time.

Granddaughters first trip to the beach!

The unit was great. Sladjana was so helpful and quick to respond. The parking was easy. Right near the elevator. The room was also close to the elevator and the access to the beach was easy. Our 9 month old grandaughter had a great first trip to the beach and we will be back!!!

Close to everything. Smaller condo means less people on beach. Easy parking. Elevators. Patio overlooking the beach. Grocery store and liquor store across the street. Minutes to Pier Park. Will be back

The location and views were amazing. I love how the beach wasn’t too crowded because of the private beach access. Owner was quick to respond when I told her I was on my way and even wished me safe travels. For sure plan to book again!

2023 PCB Vacation

The condo was beautiful and the owner communicated with us with any questions/issue's. We had a great time and will definetly be back to stay at Aqua Vista. This is our 30+ year of staying there.

My family and I had a 9 day drip to Panama City! The condo was laid back and quiet (which I love)!! The condo was amazing and clean! All of my questions were answered promptly and I plan on using them in the future.

Just being honest

Good View Floors are new and nice The hosts are courteous and responsive Bad Ceiling fan doesn’t work in living room, replaced the batteries in the remote and still didn’t work Light over the island doesn’t work at all Light bulbs in both bathrooms are all different colors/lumens Used toilet paper rolls when we arrived rather than new ones Floor mats in bathrooms are dingy and cheap The beds are old and worn out spring mattresses, very uncomfortable and wake up sore I had to connect the cable to the tv in the guest rooom only to find out the service to that room wasn’t hooked up, son had to watch movies on a tablet the entire stay The blinds over the glass in the living and dining room are broken and don’t twist properly, I had to put them back in line before I could even open the blinds Appliances are old and outdated. This may seem small to some of you but when I sit down and think about how much money I spend on a place for a week, $3-$4k I truly expect much better than this. Everywhere in this area has increased their prices by at least $1000 for a weeks stay and are completely taking advantage of tourists when they come down here. We love the beach and the view but we will spend our money in places that have a much better value for our dollar.
