Linda casa de 2 dormitorios con patio trasero relajante

Dos dormitorios, 1 baño lindo Cabo rancho que duerme 6. El maestro y el repuesto ambos tienen nuevas camas tamaño queen y el sofá se retira a una cama queen con un colchón de espuma de memoria. Relájese en el gran patio trasero con un buen libro mientras se balancea suavemente en la hamaca o asar a la parrilla y comer en uno de los patios exteriores. O tomar una ducha al aire libre después de un divertido día de playa. La casa es cómoda con todos los muebles nuevos, pisos de madera, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito.

No hay necesidad de traer sus sillas de playa o toallas de playa o incluso juguetes de playa! La casa está totalmente equipada, incluso juegos para una tarde lluviosa.

La casa está situada en el tranquilo barrio de Seacoast Shores que bordea el río Childs y la Bahía de Waquoit. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage! Cozy and functional, it has everything. The backyard, bookstoys, and mermaid decorations to admire were highlights for my children. We loved exploring the local beaches that are easily accessible. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This place was absolutely wonderful. The house is decorated so cute and it was very very clean. There was everything you would need in the kitchen! I was so impressed. I especially liked the extra touch on the makeup washcloths. It’s the small things!!

Great location

Great spot on the cape to launch you to woods hole, Barnstable and sandwich! We had a great time. House was just as described-very clean and lots of beach toys and relaxing spots in the back yard. Kitchen was very well stocked!

Great getaway!

The cottage is well-appointed, very clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Big, private backyard for relaxing, dining, and grilling. Convenient location to drive to biking trails, beaches (or short walk to the small community beach), restaurants, etc. Communication with the owner was excellent! We loved it and enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Home

This beautiful home is hugely underrated in it's marketing. It was beautifully decorated and clean, clean, clean! We literally wanted to take the entire home with us when we left. It looks like it was newly renovated. Nice location. Not too crowded with barely any traffic.

A wonderful cottage!

Kristy's house is adorable! When she says all you need to bring are your clothes and a beach towel, she means it! Every amenity you can think of, she has provided! The cottage is immaculate and beautifully decorated and the back yard is huge! We will be back!

Family vacation with 2 toddlers

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute little cottage. My youngest is in a pack n play and it was tight to make that fit but we made it work. I loved that there were toys, books, and a booster seat for kids!

Fantastic Cape home!

We just transplanted from Texas and this was our first trip to the Cape! What a great place! Clean, organized and super easy to communicate with Kristy! Awesome beach equipment supplied including beach towels, chairs, tent, wagon. A fantastic cozy beach walking distance from the house! We will be back!

Loved Kristy’s Cape House

We had a great week on the cape at Kristy’s home! Thx Kristy! Small as described however they have a modern design with a cathedral ceiling in the living room which really opens up the space. AC mini splits work great! A pleasant surprise was the outdoor shower. I must have missed that on the listing. Everyone wanted to shower outside after the beach, perfect! Kristy thought of everything, plenty of towels etc...Short distance to Martha's Vineyard Ferry, and great restaurants downtown. Our favorite afternoon activity was bringing chairs to the Old Solver Beach after hours for the beautiful sunset. parking lot is open/free after 5. The water was warm and sand soft. Bonus "no risk of sharks :-) Thx again Kristy! Phil and Family ...

Beautiful Home

Overall this was such a great stay for myself, my husband and our 6 year old boy. This is in a residential area, but there was really so much do to within 15 minutes. We really enjoyed Old Silver Beach, which was just under 20 minutes away and required to pay $20 for visitors on their public beach. It was so beautiful there and such a wonderful beach for little kids. There are wonderful restaurants around and tons of mini golf and ice cream 😊 this really was a family vacation for us. The house is beautiful and the owner really has thought of everything. I was so impressed with the level of thoughtfulness on what she provided. I think the only downfall for me was the shower. I’m very tall and I generally don’t do well with small stand up showers. HOWEVER…there is a wonderful large and roomy outdoor shower. Our son LOVED IT!!! I would highly recommend this house for your next vacation.

Perfect little cottage on the cape

We had a fantastic stay at this cottage in East Falmouth. It’s a small place, but they have made good use of the space. The kitchen is gorgeous and the outdoor space is excellent for grilling and hanging out. It had everything we needed!

Impressed with the amenities. Everything from cooking utensils, high quality dishware and silverware, including sunscreen, body lotion and bringing toiletries for the week would be unnecessary.

Sweetest little cottage

This little cottage is pure perfection! Everything you could ever ask for, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful outdoor space, comfortable beds and so much more. Did I mention so clean! My friend and her two boys loved the local beaches as well. Great getaway!

Perfect from start to finish!

My husband and I rented this property to enjoy a summer week on Cape Cod and we could not have been happier! The property was adorable, immaculate and had all the little extra touches that made it a home away from home. The location is excellent. It's in a safe and pretty neighborhood and so close to many areas to explore. We wouldn't think twice before renting it again. The communication with the host was great and everything you need to know is explained in full detail. Loved it!

Wonderful short vacation

We were so happy to see how clean and well-appointed the house was when we opened the door. The yard was spacious and kids loved the hammock. Location makes it a good base for the western side of the Cape and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard is just 15 minutes away. Would surely stay here again.

Perfect Cape Cottage

Kristy's cottage was just perfect for our family - two adults and two young children. It had everything we needed and some, was sparkling clean, and so charming. The large backyard was great for our kids to run around, and the outdoor dining and lounging set-ups were awesome. The local beach was a short walk and perfect for a laid-back morning. And the location was just great - in addition to Falmouth beaches, we took a day-trip to Martha's Vineyard, which was so easy. And Kristy was super responsive when we had questions. It's a really lovely property.
