We would like to clarify that the property is not advertised with a pool. The pool area is currently under construction, and if it becomes available it will be offered as an additional amenity, but it is not part of the listing at this time. Regarding check-in, your reservation followed a same day departure from previous guests. Our cleaning team worked with multiple staff members to prepare the home as quickly and thoroughly as possible so it would be ready for your stay. We are sorry to hear about the concerns mentioned after the stay. During your visit we did not receive any reports about these issues, and we would have gladly addressed them immediately to make your experience more comfortable. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to provide the best experience for our guests.

Bronte Only had 2 issues brought up to our attention during their stay, both of them were taken care of within one hour and they were pleased. Have proof and pictures of the whole conversation. The real issue for them was that they wanted money compensation after they enjoined their vacation. They tried and lied about it. The price of the unit comes up to 37 dollars at night per person plus platform fees and taxes. We have gotten several 5 start reviews. Although we complied with all the request and gave the 100 dollars refund they wanted more and went ahead with the complaint. We are always improving and are very open to hear our costumers but don’t allow space for unfair and unrealistic reviews.
