The host interaction and cleaning staff was grear. They were polite and professional. Grear location. Only issue was that I was the host for my group which was my bday trip and we specifically picled the house because of the pool, that was not available and no notification or credit was given for the inconvenience. In addition, we came to property waited an hour after check in, then they lets us in while they still finished cleaning so basically 2 hours after check in time to be able to actual be in the house. Master bathroom rug smelled like piss, we had to use flip flops to take shower. One of the beds in master room smell like puke. The backyard was fill with construction material. Pool was filled with dirty mosquito infested water no able to use. I would have rather have a credit back or told the house was not ready so I can have the opportunity to book else where. We didn't let these tjings ruin our trip but left a bad experience with these issues. Great location but unfortunately issies especially on my 50th birthday with my family.

We would like to clarify that the property is not advertised with a pool. The pool area is currently under construction, and if it becomes available it will be offered as an additional amenity, but it is not part of the listing at this time. Regarding check-in, your reservation followed a same day departure from previous guests. Our cleaning team worked with multiple staff members to prepare the home as quickly and thoroughly as possible so it would be ready for your stay. We are sorry to hear about the concerns mentioned after the stay. During your visit we did not receive any reports about these issues, and we would have gladly addressed them immediately to make your experience more comfortable. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to provide the best experience for our guests.

Overall the issue I had was about not being cleaned properly, non hit water and the there was a leak in the kitchen.I did feel safe!

Just What We Needed

I brought down a group of 10 high school students for a service immersion trip.Between the bedrooms, living space, porch and dining area - we had more than enough space for us to meet as a group and for students to spread out.The space worked great.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

The location was the best thing. Other than that I cannot recommend that anyone stay in this house. What they show you In the pictures is a lie. The House was very dirty! I’m talking dead roaches and lizards on the floors. Ant hordes EVERYWHERE. My first night in the house,ON MY BIRTHDAY, I HAD TO SWEEP AND MOP THE FLOOR. None Of the electricity in the kitchen worked our first night. We had to figure out how to flip the breaker to get the lights back on to use the stove and microwave The second night the A/C in one bedroom went out and it was very hot. The water only stays hot for 45 seconds so whoever gets the first shower will only get 45 seconds of hot water The pool in the picture Is a bathtub. The way that they took that picture was an illusion, Not only that, But majority of the house in the bottom level looks like it is under construction and it is very unsafe to walk around. The bottom level of the house does not have a full closing door so you will be attacked by bugs and crawling creatures all night, And none of the rooms on the bottom level have A/C. There is also pipes jutting out of the wall from what should be a stove And sink hook up. The washer and dryer does not work so I hope you Bring enough clothing so that you won’t have to wash anything. The towels and washcloths that they provide are stained, dingy and see-through. So I highly recommend bringing your own towels and washcloth for your stay. And the decor was a DIY JOKE Don’t waste your money

Bronte Only had 2 issues brought up to our attention during their stay, both of them were taken care of within one hour and they were pleased. Have proof and pictures of the whole conversation. The real issue for them was that they wanted money compensation after they enjoined their vacation. They tried and lied about it. The price of the unit comes up to 37 dollars at night per person plus platform fees and taxes. We have gotten several 5 start reviews. Although we complied with all the request and gave the 100 dollars refund they wanted more and went ahead with the complaint. We are always improving and are very open to hear our costumers but don’t allow space for unfair and unrealistic reviews.

La casa estaba súper sucia, los muebles de sala tenían basura y caca de cucarachas la mesa de billar estaba llena de polvo verde de sucio los cuartos y camas no estaban limpios y la piscina horriblemente verde no se pudo usar. Le preguntamos a la gente que fue a limpiar y nos dijo sonriendo que lo sentían mucho pero que no podían hacer nada con la piscina. El host nos llamó y me dijo que el me devolvía el dinero y buscáramos otro lugar.
