The place was just as described beautiful amazing view kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils extremely clean and the staff was extremely heplpful and friendly lupita the cleaning lady was very proffesional and charismatic will definetly stay there again was amazing

This place is gorgeous.

We had a wonderful experience here, from beginning to end of our week stay. Everything in the apartment is beautiful, including the furnishings, layout and best of all the stunning scene from the wrap around windows and balcony. The beds are all comfy and the kitchen has everything anyone could need. The beach here is lovely and the water crystal clear. What more can I say about an extraordinary place?

Great Place to spread out!

We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed every second of it. Wonderful balcony - we ate a lot of our meals here or just watched the whales playing. Very quiet, low key condo. Nice heated pool and nice small beach area. Condo is VERY well stocked. Best part - they had bottled water that you could use, no need to have to lug water around like we are used to doing. Bus stops right outside the condo and was easy to take to Mismaloya or into PV if needed. Everything from the check in to the check out went great. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. Any issues we had the host took care of it in a timely manner. The air conditioning works great and the ceiling fans added the additional air movement that made the unit very comfortable. The master bedroom bed was very firm. It could use a nice soft topper or different mattress. The unit came with everything we needed. The maid took care of unit very well and Luis down stairs was always nice to talk with and answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay again

You just found the best condo in PV!

We've stayed in this condo twice for 4 months each time! There are hundreds of condos available in PV and we could have stayed at any of them. This one has excellent views right from the balcony and we watched whales almost every day. It's also located slightly away from the Zona Romantica, but no rental car is required! You just jump on the bus right in front or easily grab a taxi to get to town and back home. Don't waste your time searching for PV condos, you have found the best one available. Sally and Troy

Great Stay in South PV

Had a wonderful time at Playa Esmeralda Condos. Location is wonderful and the view from the balcony is amazing. Saw whales very close on several days. Playa Esmeralda is a great little beach as well. It does get crowded with locals in the afternoon, but the morning swims were wonderful.The condo is nice. The layout is great. Plenty of room and everything you would need is there. This is an older facility, but it is kept up nice. Fans in all rooms is a nice touch. The pool is wonderful. Took my 9 month old grand daughter swimming everyday. There is a small kiddie pool, but it was pretty dirty so didn’t use it.Overall a great stay.

Great location and view

The view is stunning from this location. The humpback whales are seen daily and up close. The building, pool and gardens are clean and beautifully kept and staff were helpful and kind. The condo was lovely and as described. The twice a week cleaning service was great but more than needed. We were disappointed we weren’t informed about the construction of a breakwater and excavators/dump trucks working 6 days a week from 9 am until dark right in front of the building. This negatively impacted our enjoyment of this otherwise lovely place. Veronica was never on site and often did not respond to communication from us but fortunately the staff were available and could help with most things. We stopped using the dishwasher because faulty wiring made it stop during the cycle. Overall this was a great place

Great Place, Great Location

After a slight mix up during the check in process, we enjoyed our trip and this location. The property was just as described with plenty of space. The pool space was great and having the beach right outside was a major plus. The only downside of the property is that it is further away from downtown Puerto Vallarta, but it was worth the quiet and relaxed feeling of the property.

Great place

This place was perfect, away from the noise but close enough to drive to restaurants and bars. The views are amazing from this property, kitchen is fully stocked and everything was in working condition. The elevator works which was a plus, you can relax at the Pool or the beach and they have grills that you can reserve to use. We had 6 adults and 1 kid and had plenty of space for everyone. Overall a great experience!
