*The outdoor (lower ground floor level) offers a private, heated 32sqm pool (8m x 4m) with a fully automated salt electrolysis system, 6 deck chairs, a hammock for two people, a lounge corner with a fire-pit, an outdoor shower, covered dining area, a bar table and a barbecue (gas and charcoal BBQ). Spacious sundeck area with artificial grassplot and some extras for your youngest (basketball hoop, a football goal, a swing and a slide)
*At the ground floor (pool level), you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island (26 sqm), a smart TV, a sofa, and a direct approach to the pool area and outdoor dining area. There is also a relaxing zone for your soul and body with an indoor Gym area with a Finnish sauna (25sqm), smart TV, and door toward the pool area. In the hallway is a separate bathroom with a shower.
There is also a Bedroom NO1 (25sqm) with a super-king size 200cm x200cm overviewing the pool, a TV, Air-conditioning, and a separate area with a single bed 100cm x 190cm.
*The middle floor offers 3 en-suite bedrooms with a view of the wonderful green surroundings and the city of Split.
Master Bedroom No2 (35 sqm) with super king-size bed 200cm x 200cm, TV, Air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower.
