An open-plan layout that seamlessly connects the dining area, living room, and fully equipped kitchen makes this the perfect place to host guests and spend quality time with loved ones. There is a terrace with a covered outdoor dining area in front of the living/dining area. There is a separate toilet at the ground floor.
* The outside area (ground floor level) features a heated 5-by-2,5-meter private pool equipped with an electrolysis system and a sun deck area with six deck chairs for sunbathing, cooling off, and dining al fresco. This property features a covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue (gas) and a private pool with breathtaking views of the sea.
* A media room with air conditioning, a TV, a PlayStation5, a cozy sofa, and lazy bags is available on the lower ground floor. Adjacent to it is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing supplies.
