Esta es una unidad de 3 dormitorios. Fue remodelado en el otoño de 2017.
El maestro tiene un rey y puertas correderas que acceden al balcón con vista a la piscina y la playa. El dormitorio número 2 tiene una cama doble y una litera para los niños (o suegra). 3 dormitorios tiene un rey y mira hacia el norte con una gran ventana de la carretera y el estacionamiento. La unidad está directamente cruzando la calle desde un restaurante de mariscos. Está a poca distancia de Live Bait.
Wal-Mart Marketplace, Winn Dixie y Publix están a solo un corto trayecto en coche, menos de 5 minutos. Muchos restaurantes se encuentran a 10 minutos en coche durante el tráfico normal. El golf y la pesca están a solo unos minutos. Está a unos 40 minutos en coche de los ángulos azules.

Great Condo

Great beach front condo which has everything you could need for a family trip! Super clean and easy access to many restaurants and stores. There was plenty of parking which makes such a difference. The correspondence with the owner Corey Hill was amazing!

We had a wonderful vacation and even extended it by a couple of days once we arrived! The owners were easy to work with and the unit was really nice! Perfect for two families with kids! Can't wait to return!

Perfect beach front condo

We could not have asked for a better condo for our spring break family trip. Super clean, perfect location, plenty of space, all the amenities plus more. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again. Also the communication with the owner is great. Easily a 5 star listing.

Nice place to stay

Unit was clean and many amenities updated. The entry into Romar Towers is a bit tricky the first time, and there was some construction/upgrades going on in surrounding units; all of which were not the owner's fault. We had a slight issue with the satellite receiver in the main room/tv at times, and the previous occupants didn't leave in TP in the place, so make sure to bring your own. Overall a nice place to stay, convenient location, and not too many other condos in the building, so it wasn't packed.

Loved the location of the condo.

My 4 employees and grandson really enjoyed the codo last week. The codo was nicely decorated and clean when we arrived. We loved that the balcony was right over the pool and that was great for my grandson. Cory was very easy to work with and made the renting process very easy. I left something very valuable in the condo and didn’t discover that until I had been home for two days.😳He responded immediately and I was able to get my valuables back that day. I will be back!!!!

Perfect Place...Perfect Property Owners

Thank you so much to the owners for great trip correspondence! Corey Hill was extremely helpful with everything! The condo was super clean, newly remodeled and FULLY stocked with everything you could possibly want or need! There was plenty of parking... always open spaces, yay! The 2nd flour was perfect for the pool and ocean front view! We were able to watch and enjoy our family even while staying in the condo! We absolutely loved our vacation! Thank you again to the Hill’s and Jimmerson’s for sharing their beautiful condo! Matt, Laura, Boone, Kate, Whit, Lilly and Ben 🤩

Great condo

Was a great condo and nicely decorated. When we arrived, there was still laundry in the washer and there was a lot of old/expired food in the fridge/pantry. FYI - the AC may need to be serviced as it did not seem to cool very well. We had a great trip and would stay here again

Beach weekend!

We loved our time at this property. It was sparking clean, incredibly well decorated, and perfectly located. Just steps from the pool and beach it made for perfect beach days that we could pop inside for lunch without having to make it a whole process. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were great, clean and lovely water pressure. The dinner table was amazing and we enjoyed big meals around it! The balcony made for a great outdoor spot to enjoy a morning coffee. The only issue we had was in bringing 4 cars for all of us there were only 2 parking passes for each unit so we got notices on our car about needing to have passes. Overall a perfect spot for families or friends and would absolute recommend!

Our Winter piece of Heaven

Great condo

The condo and location were great! This is the second time we have stayed in Romar Towers and really liked the 2nd floor because of the easy access to the pool and beach. The condo was super cute, clean and had all basic things we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfy and the air conditioner worked great! The owners were also very friendly and responsive to any questions we had! Thanks for a great week!

This family owned property is our refuge away from the stress of the real world. We hope you can unwind and build memories here as we have. This property has been in our family since 2016, However we have owned a unit in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area since 1999. We love it here and know you will too.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We particularly like this unit because it is low density. Most units here are not rented and are owner occupied. This is a second floor, corner unit that has large bedrooms and a large living room. It is low enough that only two flights of stairs separate you from the parking lot. The elevator is not even necessary if you choose not to use it.
