Great cottage in a great location on the island. Access to bikes and beach equipment was a plus. Well stocked with supplies for the stay. Beds were okay, not great, but was overall a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Great location, fantastic vacation!

This villa is close to the beach and a beautiful, tranquil pool. The kitchen is very well equipped with loads of supplies not found in most places. A screened-in porch is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. It's the ideal spot for a stay at Kiawah.

Beautiful Kiawah cottage

Excellent location to dock, pool & beach! We have been visiting Kiawah and Charleston for 25 years and this time with our dogs who loved the sand and water! Communication with the owner was simple with prompt responses. Would definitely stay here again!

Kiawah Vacation

Had a great time. Property is as advertised and had nothing special, but you don't spend a lot of time in the house when you're at Kiawah. Great communication with owner, very clean upon arrival which is nice for a pets allowed property.

A truly wonderful family vacation

My family and I had a terrific time. Tom, the host, is so responsive and great to work with. It’s hard to find a place that would meet everybody’s wants and this was absolutely the best! Walking distance to both the beach and the pool and just a beautiful place!

Gem in Inlet Cove!

We’ve stayed in several different cottages in this neighborhood over the years and this 1 is now at the top of our list! It’s in a great location, the layout is great, and the kitchen is spacious and well-stocked. Tom was also a responsive and helpful host.

Perfect Vacation House

My family has been renting this same house for 15 years, now. We have a great time every time we vacation there. Everything is well taken care of, and the owner is a great and caring guy to deal with. We will be back next year again.

Perfect Kiawah Island Cottage

Tom's place was perfect for a family getaway. The neighborhood is so pretty, surrounded by trees, and close to the beach. Unfortunately Hurricane Debby disrupted our travel plans, but Tom made sure we were safe, and he kept us up to date with all the weather alerts from Kiawah Island. We are 100% planning to stay here again in the future. Thank you, Tom!!

Great location, extremely clean! Every detail thought of. Bikes were small and very rusty could adjust seats. That was the only complaint. Would stay here again and again!

New Years vacation

The neighborhood is very charming and although the pool was closed this time of year, the neighborhood's river dock is a great place to fish, do some crabbing, or watch beautiful sunsets. The cottage is a very short walk or bike ride to the beach! That was the best part about the location. It was really nice to have access to the owner's bicycles as there are miles and miles of walking/bike paths on the island.

Wonderful location. House was nice but very dated and wore. We will definitely return to Kiawah.

Enjoyed everything. Great communication with the property manager. He did a great job. House a bit wore, probably from constant renting.could use some fresh paint inside and update a few things. Enjoyed the bike paths, location to the ocean and pool. Sat down by the dock every night to enjoy the sunset.

We loved our stay in Inlet Cove. We had everything we needed and more. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch. The pool is really nice. There is plenty of shade, along with chairs and a screened-in area for hanging out or eating! It’s a good size. We also took advantage of the dock (and the crab traps at the house) to go crabbing. It’s close to fresh field village, which has some activities for kids and families on certain days of the week. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect Family vacation

Our family of 5 plus our dog enjoyed our week of vacation in this well appointed cottage. The host was very responsive to any issues. Would say the house could use a few more beach chairs, other than that we had every tee needed. The quiet, private inlet cove community was so pleasant. We would definitely return. Our kids especially loved biking around the island, on the beach, to fresh fields. The short walk to the beach was quick and convenient. The pool and dock area were very well kept and we enjoyed our time there. Looking forward to returning again.
