Disfrute Nuestra Ventoso Beach House mientras mira a la bahía!

Esta casa soleada tiene todos los servicios con vistas a la bahía desde todas las habitaciones !!! 'Gran charca' es una bahía de agua salada que se extiende desde el río Coonamessett al océano. La playa de arena de la bahía está justo en frente de la casa y es perfecto para los niños pequeños a nadar y jugar con seguridad. Hay buenas almejas y la pesca también. Traiga su barco y explorar las maravillas naturales y las impresionantes vistas desde el agua. La rampa del barco está a sólo una manzana de distancia!

El agua caliente del sonido del viñedo es de menos de una milla de distancia - a pie por un camino de arena muy pintoresco a lo largo de la bahía de acallar las playas de Falmouth. Cuando regrese de un día en la playa, disfrutar de la sala de estar al aire libre bien amuebladas o la hamaca para una siesta o para una gran lectura de verano. Después barbacoa en la parrilla de gas, relajarse y disfrutar de la vista.

Relaxing week in Falmouth

We enjoyed our stay! The house has lovely water views and has everything you need for a comfortable week on the Cape. We made good use of the outdoor shower - a must when you're taking trips to the beach - and used the beach across from the house daily. Each day we started with breakfast on the patio and greeted the neighbors walking by. Looking forward to a return visit!

Cape Cod Gem

Beautiful cottage as well as fabulous scenic view. Inlet bay is only yards away. Relax and float in the bay or take a walk along the stunning coast line paths. We all had a fantastic time and looking forward to rent again next year. The owners, Bob & Susan were very accommodating.

Could not have asked for better weather, location or vacation

We had an amazing week. It was great to have all three kids in the same place. A beautiful home and beautiful location. The host was very easy to communicate with if I had any questions they replied immediately. The home was very clean and accommodating. Everything that is listed and that they say is completely 100% the truth. This was my first time using Vrbo and this home and vacation was more than I hoped for Thank you

Paradise!

We had a wonderful time. The house is perfectly situated for us, near our family's home a few blocks away. Great views and comfy home. Superb Week in East Falmouth with Family

We had an amazing week in East Falmouth, the house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was more spacious than we expected being such good value to rent in a sought after area. The beach out front, the views and the outdoor shower were particularly enjoyable. Supermarkets etc were really close and the small outdoor gas bbq / grill was very effective, producing several good meals. The owners Sue and Bob were very efficient and helpful throughout. Third visit to Cape Cod and this was the best by a distance!

First beach trip for baby

A great stay with our almost one year old. The bay across the street (and I use "street" loosely - 98% of the traffic we saw was foot traffic) was perfect while we figured out whether packing and hauling a kid and all of their stuff to the "real" beach a mile down the road was a worthwhile endeavor. The location is really convenient - there's a grocery store, Walmart, liquor store about a mile away, and we were able to walk to the ferry to MV and a couple of restaurants. Downtown Falmouth is a quick drive. Even with the conveniences, the actual location is very residential and really relaxing. The views from the pictured couches are exactly as advertised and a great place to sit while sipping morning coffee. The outdoor shower helped keep most of the sand outside too, which was a huge win! The overhead is a bit low as you go up the stairs to the second floor, which isn't a problem but just probably worth mentioning if your group is on the tall side. I can't say enough nice things about Sue and Bob and how communicative and generally lovely they are. Great hosts and a cute house conveniently located for a relaxing Cape getaway!

Beautiful path and waterfront property

A beautiful spot on the water with views out every window. Right next to bike path so people are walking by very close to the windows all day long. Thr property really could use a manager nearby there were several problems that we were forced to attend to because of this. The air conditioners upstairs are very old and covered in mold and though they had some one 'vacuum' them of course that doesnt remove mold. It was very hot so at times we had to use them anyway. There was an ant problem in kitchen, under the kitchen sink and area around stove smelled moldy and was damp and had some black looking mold under sink though was reassued by owner this was actually not mold. Garbage hadnt been taken out and was overflowing and smelly so we did that as well. Also had to be available to take delivery of a new fridge though owner likely knew it was broken because they had already installed a new minifridge. Spent a good bit of time dealing with these issues - except the mold- nothing to do about that but it was smelly. The owners are nice but their current system for caring for the property wasnt up to the task.

Gorgeous view

The best thing about this house is the location. There is a view of the Great pond from every room! There is access to a little beach right below. Bring your boat! There’s a boat launch a block away. The public beach is also down the path. We enjoyed the outdoor shower and also the great restaurants in town.

Location location!

This is the second time that we have stayed at this place. The location is perfect with a gorgeous view. The hosts you and Bob are very caring and wonderful to deal with. The house is comfortable. We would stay there again.

Great Cape getaway

Great location, comfortable, plenty of room for everyone. After looking at the same walls since Covid-19 started it was so nice to have such wonderful scenery for a bit. The ocean is soothing for the soul. Hosts were very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Amazing property!!!

Everything about this property was absolutely amazing and my entire family loved this place! We honestly cannot wait to go back next year. I'm not even sure where to start about the things I loved, but I'll try to list them out: 1) The location was phenomenal! Situated along a path that is a short walk to Great Pond, we spent hours on the beach right in front of the house. We could stay in the house and hear our girls out by the water, it was perfect. It was only about a mile bike ride to Bristol Beach, so we saved on parking costs. We brought our kayaks and were able to launch them right there on the salt pond beach. Also, we biked to the Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard, which was a an awesome day; it was only about 1.5 miles. We were also within biking distance to Falmouth, but our girls were tired out! 2) All of the outside space was wonderful. We spent many hours out on the side patio enjoying the sun and grilling out. 3) The outdoor shower was a huge hit with the entire family!! Everyone showered outside every day.....showering inside once we were home was a big adjustment. 4) The house itself had amazing views from every window. My boyfriend and I had the room which overlooked the bay and every morning I could roll over and look out onto the water and watch the sunrise. What a way to wake up! The house was perfectly sized; we never felt cramped in spite of 5 of us staying there. Everything about the house screamed "home!" and we did lots of cooking and relaxing there. Honestly a hidden gem, and Bob and Sue were awesome to work with. Sue was very responsive and so helpful with all of my questions. Thank you to both of them for being fantastic hosts!

Beautiful Rental Home

Thanks Sue and Bob We really enjoyed your beautiful rental home. Very well situated as we took the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, went whale watching from Barnstable (saw many, many whales) and drove to beautiful Provincetown. Close to beaches, shopping and dinning. Great Vacation

We shared this cottage with our good friends from Atlanta Ga the week of Labor Day... located perfect to stores,shops,ferrys and central to anything on the cape. It had large rooms and lots of space.. the outdoor shower got alot of use!!! All the comforts of home, but away from it... We enjoyed our stay.. Ed and Kate Wallingford CT

Best Vacation

This was probably the most relaxing vacation we have had in years.. The views out most every window were beautiful. You cant beat staying at the Cape and seeing the water and boats in the bay and smelling the salt air, makes being there more like a REAL vacation, or getaway. The house was very open and spacious, with enough yard to toast marshmellows, and relax in... The outdoor shower was awesome after the beach , which is literally right down the road. but the best part was going out the patio, walking 20yards cross the street and hanging on the beach right there.. Cant wait til next year, Thanks Sue and family...best house ever...

July getaway...

This Vacation home was probably one of the nicest my family and I have stayed in on The Cape. The views from the bay are awe inspiring, the house was perfect, plenty of room and space, but for us having water views and a beautiful little beach area right outside your front door is the best!! Seeing the ocean, smelling ther salt air every morning really makes it feel like "A real Vacation". The yard was just the right size for marshmellow toasting, and hamock swinging, and the outdoor shower was a blessing after the beach, which is literally 5 min down the road. Thanks again Sue and Family for use of the house...... We'll see y'all again next year!! Ted, Tam and Amanda

A Magical Place

Finding this house was a miracle. The week we wanted was the only one left to rent. The pictures on the site don't do the place justice. It is gorgeous. The views are spectacular, the outdoor shower was heavenly, it is very clean and there is plenty of room . We would love to go back again. Thank you for sharing this wonderful, peaceful vacation paradise.
