Real Escapes Properties se complace en ofrecer esta espaciosa casa adosada de unidad final con mucho espacio para relajarse. Olive Way 106 está en una excelente ubicación y sería perfecto para dos familias que se reúnen. ¡Este condominio de 4 dormitorios y 3. 5 baños tiene más de 1,860 pies cuadrados de sala de estar!

Al entrar por primera vez en este alquiler costero, se lo recibe en un área de pequeño vestíbulo con un pasillo que se extiende hacia la parte posterior. El dormitorio n. ° 1 está a la izquierda, con una cómoda cama tamaño Queen, ventilador de techo y TV. A la derecha, encontrarás una explosión de sol en el dormitorio n. ° 2: tiene dos camas individuales y se abre al patio privado. Hay un baño completo en la planta baja, así como una lavadora / secadora apilables.

Una vez que llegue al segundo piso, encontrará un gran plano de planta abierto para el estudio y el comedor. Los pisos de madera noble, muchas ventanas y muebles de colores claros hacen de este un lugar de reunión perfecto. El estudio tiene un televisor y un reproductor de DVD y una selección de películas si tiene tiempo adicional. Great location, property not in great shape

The location on East Beach is excellent. The property is in need of refurbishing: floors, porch screens, bathrooms, etc all were in rough shape. We've used STRs a lot and this one was not the greatest. Still, we enjoyed the short stay.

Coffee maker did not work, some of the sliding doors did not lock. May recommend to family or friend with warning to check everything-coffee maker, sand on beds, water in showers, AC.

Quick trip so it worked

It was a little run down, needs some new sheets, curtains, a good deep cleaning and a few visual repairs. Had trouble with the keys working the door lock also. If we had been staying for more than a two night stay I would have been discouraged but with only 4 adults and we stayed gone except to sleep it worked out ok

MOLD AND BUGS!!!!

Several members of my party started showing symptoms of black mold toxicity after just 24 hours! So, so many bugs dead and alive throughout the whole trip that needs to be addressed. The carpets are disgusting. Comforters look like they have never been washed and need to be replaced. Absolutely no sign of cleaning before arrival. Overall very disappointed in this unit

But, not only were there no working TVs in the bedrooms, there was only one working TVs in the entire unit. I wish I knew ahead of time there was only one TV.

East beach 4 bedroom condo St Simons

Pros: Walk to east Beach, bathroom per bedroom ratio, decks on each level, Cons: DIRTY, FALLING APART. Broken stained furniture, mattresses are old and worn out, light fixtures not working, bathtubs drains broken, carpet is worn/ripped and stained. holes in walls. balcony's/decks are all too filthy to use, grill is broken. dust and spider webs everywhere. Mosquito infested downstairs. linen is threadbare and stained. pillows are gross. spices/oils are rancid. AC is leaking into carpet.

It's not fancy, but it is as advertised and meets our needs. About half a mile from the restaurants at Arnold Rd & Ocean Blvd and roughly 1.5mi from the village. Easy access to points north on St Simons, too. We'll stay again for sure!

The tub in the master bedroom the stopper does not work. The furniture and the carpets could use some spot cleaning and shampooing. The swing and the deck off the dining room could use some tlc. Otherwise this is certainly a rental I would recommend.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wouldn't stay here again. Bathrooms and carpeting need to be updated for starters. Master bath has missing shower door which has been replaced with a shower curtain that invades your space. Twin beds had no top sheets just a bed cover which doesn't get washed. Price seemed like a bargain but after staying there, I don't think many folks would feel that way.

Disappointed!

They stay itself was questionable after renting. I kept asking the question, Does the place have grill? This question went unanswered for a while until I was finally able contact the management group for the property personally. Then we arrive at the home and the refrigerator does not work. There's a note on the fridge stating it will take 6 hours to cool and place only cool food in fridge, REALLY! Furthermore, this did not help with the ice maker doing its job, not cool or what anyone would expect while vacationing. The showerheads in the bathrooms need to be replaced, yesterday. Crud and gunk buildup on all 3. Water stains on the ceiling also makes one concerned along with an unsafe balcony off the master bedroom on the 3rd floor. The balcony is falling forward, something that need to be addressed today. Usally I am not a complainer but this house was really disappointing. The same as its important to keep the home clean and like it was found, it's important to make sure the house is safe for my family.

The kitchen table doesn’t hold enough seats per the amount of people that can stay there, no family dinners. Couch was gross and stain, it too was too small to accommodate everyone. Definitely mold upstairs, all 4 people who stayed up there got sick. Bathroom with tub upstairs felt like it was going to fall through at any moment, the huge water stain in kitchen below would confirm. All in all this place was dingy, outdated, and straight up gross. Would not put my family here ever again.

The carpet is hard to keep clean, there are holes in the downstairs bath that could be the cause of mildew ordor.A little fresheing of the sofas would help too. We hope to return next year.

Great location

The property was as described. We enjoyed that it was near the beach and had lots of decks and outdoor space. There are plenty of stairs and some Knick knacks that made it a bit hard with toddlers.

They had all the beach needs, extra mattresses, dishes, sheets and everything we needed. The grill had not been dumped but we ended up not needing it. I rearranged the furniture while I was there but its easy to move back! The house needs a couple of things fixed but we didn't mind at all. Nothing major. Easy walk to the beach. 10/10 I will stay here again!
