Condominium is comfortable, light-filled, has most everything you need, is in a lovely neighborhood to walk around, and is an easy walk into St Simons Island village.The master bathroom is marvelous!

Great Condo

The Condo was just like it was on the website. It was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our week stay. Would definitely stay there again. It was close to town, and we rented a golf cart for the week. You can go all over with it.

Breath of Fresh Air

123 Harbor Oaks is the right place to stay if you’re looking for relaxation and location. Loved being able to walk to the Pier Village to shop, eat, and watch the sunset. The home is in a gated community surrounded by trees and lovely landscape. The singing birds provided a sweet way to wake up. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and everything needed was at hand. We would definitely stay here again.

Rental had lots of room and was well equipped with anything that we needed. The unit could use some updating as it is a little older looking. The carpets desperately need to be relaxed with flooring. My biggest negative would be the mattresses were not comfortable. Other than those few negatives, the overall experience was good!!

Dear Guests, Greetings from the new owners and our thanks to those who have stayed at 123 Harbour Oaks and most particularly to our repeat guests. We wanted to update you on recent improvements. Included in the improvements to make the unit a little more comfortable and functional: new couch and two recliners in the living room, new desk with charging station in sunroom, new rugs in living room and sunroom, new front load washer and dryer and newly painted laundry, new curtains and sheers on sliders to patio, new dishes, new ceiling fan/light in primary BDRM and twin BDRM and we replaced the cable TV service with high-speed streaming (HULU live and Disney plus with firestick on all three TV). There have also been lots of little improvements like new bathroom faucet, proper disposal switch, new shades and steam cleaning the tile floor. Next, we intend to start updating / painting the back bathroom and bedrooms. We hope you enjoy these changes as we continue to share our home. Thanks for staying with us! Mandy & Phil Owners

Awesome location condo has a lot of hidden potential

The trip was fun only because my family made the best of it!!! The master suite is nice upgraded and was clean however the blinds were torn and the blanket had a stain. The room with the full/queen bed was so raggedy we turned the headboard and box spring on its side against the window and slept on the mattress on the floor!!! Luckily the headboard was wicker so my husband could do it easily. It really put a damper on things because if we hadn’t done that it would have been so loud we couldn’t sleep!!! We did not appreciate paying for a rental and being forced to sleep on the floor the entire trip!!!! The box springs were literally busted!!!! It was terrible!! The twin mattress my daughter slept on was loud as well. The furniture in the living room needs to be thrown away it’s worn, dirty and outdated. The refrigerator was the only thing in the kitchen that should be replaced all of the appliances are stainless except the refrigerator has a rusted rack in the freezer and a drawer in the fridge is completely duct taped The bathroom in the hallway has low water pressure in the shower and that bathroom needs to be upgraded!!!! Drapes are cheap and dingy!!! The condo could have been awesome easily with these things upgraded and changed its in an awesome location near shoppes and not too far from the pier!!!!

The property itself was in super rough condition and needs some love and attention: many items broken (lamp shades, decorative pieces, blinds bent and broken, cold water handle in hall bathroom sink was missing so only hot, dryer so hot thought it would catch fire when running etc...), and it desperately needs a deep clean- there were so many dirty items (all the dishes, cups, silverware etc) we either hand washed before using or ran through the dishwasher before we used them... and the water pressure was horrible- like drips. Sheets, extra towels, blankest etc- were very worn and need attention... Wouldn't hurt to deep clean furniture too.... Again great location and great rental company.
