The property has been completely refurbished in 2021. The authentic Mallorcan architecture has been preserved with exposed stone walls and wooden beams on the ceiling and a touch of modernity has been added with exclusive design elements and large windows overlooking the more than 1000m2 of land with swimming pool, barbecue and fruit trees.

Consell is a municipality located in the interior of the island of Mallorca, bordering with several inland villages, which provides a really suggestive cultural, tourist and leisure offer. In addition, the house has a closed and guarded parking, with charging option for electric vehicles, which facilitates mobility with your own vehicle around the island.
